If the bound hill giant is awake, Lukian will call in a loud whisper (in Giant) from the window, "Hey! Over here! Why are you chained up, friend?"
The Giant looks around in surprise and then realising that the sound is coming from one of the windows yells in a somewhat petulant tone "who talks, got food cos Bewdiful Boy is ungry!"
At the mention of the word 'food' the hill giant roars "give food now, Bewdiful Boy 'ungry"as he lunges towards the door (18). As the Hill Giant lunges forward the chain that is used to tie him up pulls him up short and he falls backward. In response to the Hill Giant's cry a voice comes from higher up in the tower "go back to sleep Bewdiful Boy, get more food soon!"
If there are more windows higher, Lukian flies up to peer in to see what the other giants are doing.
Lukian flies further up the tower and peers in a arrow slit. On the second floor surrounded by a large variety of food detritus - various bones of indeterminate animals, sacks if grain, barrels of liquid, etc. he can see four more Hill giants; Hungryfella is one of them.
Lukian flies over to the others. "It is as Dork described. The one giant is bound below while the others are sleeping above. I cannot get anymore information out of the bound one than he wants food. I believe if I can break his binds that he will move the stone to exit in search of food. Would that be a benefit to us?"
D.O.R.K bows her head for a moment in deep thought. "... I have to agree with Devin in that regard. If they have been denying him food to the point of lunging at you at the first opportunity on top of that, that makes them a dangerously unpredictable element... One we could use to our advantage, if he can be coaxed into properly to seek 'food' from the others. Which depending on his condition, will likely include him feasting upon his kin readily, or at least until restrained again." She finally looks and directly at Lukian.
"Unfortunately, if they have even gone this far with their own kin knowing full well their appetites and nature, I believe that is more than sufficient enough evidence that no deal -- at least not with this group -- will hold. They must be eliminated. All of them." She adds, before then looking to Torunn. "Are you absolutely certain that the charges will be sufficient to bring the Tower down? Addition inquiry: Can they be set so that it falls straight down as much as possible to maximize damage?" After a receiving an answer there, she then looks over to everyone else.
"Unless there are any counter plans that would be more preferred, here is what I propose. While the charges are being set, I and anyone have the miracle of Silence prepared for today shall encapsulate as much of the towers lower area within that bubble. Once all is set, we hide a fair distance away within the muck and mire. I believe Ebonitus can help here especially. But in any case, we would need to be far enough that, if any giant survives, we can unleash more potent miracles upon them."
"Though before then, as the one chained will likely be freed as a result of this, we give that one a chance to go after any living kin... or run. Which is unlikely with 'food' readily available." She said, throwing up a thumbs up. "Unfortunately, it will be difficult to hide Mr. G. Thus, I will call upon another protective miracle that should keep him safe long enough for us to finish the job.... are there any questions?"

"Are you absolutely certain that the charges will be sufficient to bring the Tower down? Addition inquiry: Can they be set so that it falls straight down as much as possible to maximize damage?"
"Can't be sure of anything with blasting powder but I reckon I've got enough to make a solid dint in the walls - maybe even bring the whole lot down." Toruun answers
"I agree with D.O.R.K" Bluntly states Ebonitus. "We should bring the carcasses of the ogres/bugbears and place them where the Hill Giants will see them when they come out of the remains of the tower. Perhaps they will be enticed by the 'food'. Then as long as we stay grouped - within 30' of me, then I can certainly help us stay hidden using pass without trace, which may even help Golemgote to be hidden if we keep him close. I have silence prepared today so can help with that as well. I should also set D.o.R.K. up with warding bond in case she needs to get up close and personal with the giants."
"That plan works for me. Go ahead Toruun, plant the charges."
Toruun fiddles around for a bit making sure that the charges don't get wet as he plants two strings in the wall adjacent to the rock that blocks the doorway muttering himself "that should do it but keeping the wick alight in this weather could be a bit of a pain!" He then bends down to light the charges.
(OOC: I'll make a lighting roll and explosion if it happens once I know where everybody is positioning themselves.)
Don't actually have a map of the tower in the landscape so needs to be theatre of the mind. As I envision it the tower sits on a small mound (motte) above the moor. When first built it was probably a motte and bailey castle but virtually all of the structures (see below) except for the stone tower have rotted away.
OOC: Pixie dust? That's cool.

Are they awake? Eating? Sleeping? Playing cards?
Probably best described as a post dinner doze

"I suppose it could unless the tied up giant is a super psycho and is tied up for a reason and we unleash a bigger problem."

height of motte = about 30 feet but due to ravages of time no longer as well shaped as in picture
