The Fight on the River Bank 1) Vark's shot embeds itself in the thigh of one of the Orcs who pulls it out with a grunt and flings it in the River. 2) Norgra One-Eye - a huge one-eyed Orc that seems to be the leader of this group - grabs a Javelin from one of the Orcs and flings it back at the tower where Beedo and Vark are hiding (Attack: 10 Damage: 9 plus 1), however he slips on the muddy river bank as he launches the javelin and it sails harmlessly into the river. 3) Happy, Meiva, Sleepy, Grumpy, are free to move and relocate as they see fit, meanwhile - 4) Njorman Njormalson takes aim with his Light Crossbow at the Orc horde on the western bank (Attack: 15 Damage: 2), however his unsteady footing - he and Gwerk are balancing on the remnants of the Tower wall means he just misses the Orc he is aiming at.

Hearing the battle joined further down the way, D.O.R.K hesitates only for a moment before rushing(Dash) her way back down the towards Beedo's and Vark's tower.

Devin watches with some concern the orcs that are massing on the western side. A small ball of molten blue fire appears in his hand and he launches it at the the orcs trying to hit one of them.

The Fight on the Riverbank (Bottom of the First) 1) Gurrash grabs a couple of Javelins from one of the Orcs standing near him and in a fit of fury aggressively quickly throws them at Gwerk and Njorman - First (Attack: 5 Damage: 5 plus 1) & Second (Attack: 10 Damage: 7 plus 2) which (1 & 4) both hit Gwerk "tell'em I died game"she squeals as transfixed by both Javelins she pitches into the Moat. 2) Meanwhile five (5) of the Orcs with Gurrash, and Gurrash himself, enter the Moat. Gurrash is bit slower than the others as he has already expended some of his energy throwing the Javelins at Gwerk and Njorman. The leading Orcs have managed to swim 30 feet this round. 3) The remaining five Orcs pick up Javelins and fling them at Njorman: First (Attack: 6 Damage: 9, Second (Attack: 10 Damage: 9), Third (Attack: 12 Damage: 9), Fourth (Attack: 5 Damage: 4) and Fifth (Attack: 6 Damage: 8), and then enter the Moat. Despite being showered in Javelins, they all miss Njorman. 4) Meanwhile at the Ardeep River crossing, five (5) of the Orcs with Norgra One-Eye, and Norgra himself, enter the River. Norgra is bit slower than the others as he has already expended some of his energy throwing a Javelin at Beedo and Vark. They then enter the River. Beedo, realising that four of the five Javelins were targeted at him, growls at Vark "yuh 'as been sucking up to the real big Boss 'aven't yuh!"

"Just shoot'im, or we're both as good as Ted."Beedo's eyes go wide at that. Poor Ted the Mouth. Every other goblin in the tride told him his mouth was gonna get him right in trouble. Now he was Ted the Dead. Shaking himself, Beedo scowls at Vark briefly before shooting his last explosive at one of the Javelin throwers.

D.O.R.K continues to Dash her way closer to Beedo and Vark's Tower. If she sees any Javelin had landed past the tower, she'll snatch up what one she can on the way.
Meiva hurries out onto the bridge with Happy hurrying close behind.
"As you attack, you will be attacked," Meiva mutters, staring calmly down at the approaching orcs. Happy grumbles something incoherent as he aims his heavy crossbow and fires at the nearest orc.

Shooting Fish in a Barrel from the Bridge - Rounds 2&3 1)The nearest Orcs are eighty (80 feet away) which is out of range for the Spell in Round 2 but will be in range for Round 3 2) The Orcs are in range (long) of a Hand Crossbow in Round 2 in Kella wants to fire. 3) As Happy fires at the Swimming Orcs (Fumble Roll: 14) he slips and (Attack: 11 Damage: 4) not only misses the Orc he was aiming at on the far left but badly scares one on the far right which ducks just time. 4) Impact of Meiva's spell on a swimming Orc (DC 14 - 13) who struggles for a bit then orcfully (I can't use the word 'manfully') picks up his pace and continues to swim with the others. 5) Njorman takes aim at the swimming horde and (Attack: 8 Damage: 5) and possibly still shaken from Gwerk's death and the storm of Javelins he has just endured judges the swimming speed of the Orcs to be greater than what it was and fires into the water well ahead of them. 6)Devin & Fiddles still to act 7)Xolkin reaches the bridge just as Kella is about to step out onto it (?) to fire at the swimming Orcs and panting slightly says "miss me darlin'?"
In Round 1, seeing Kella much closer to the action, Xolkin would have dashed south to join that group, hollering something heroic in order to get under Kella's skin as he does so. Looking over, he sees Vark give him a disapproving look. "...What?" He asks, to which Vark replies. "Melvin?" Beedo snorts and rolls his eyes. "Look, man, if Melvin hadn't poked that owlbear, he would'na got dat name Melvin Mangled-Face, and wound up a perfect example of dem Orcs. Only smaller."

D.O.R.K continues her rush(Dash), eventually finding herself stopping just short of squeezing up onto the top of the tower with her acolytes. "Query: Report? How many are left?"She asks from her precarious perch on the ladder.
Battle of the Ardeep River {Vark, Beedo & D.O.R.K.} 1) Vark's shot hits one of the Orcs climbing out of the River and he makes a quick count and says to Beedo "we 'ave 'it evry time and dey all still standing, but some ain't looking real healthy!" 2) As Norgra climbs out of the River he grabs a Javelin from one of the Orcs standing nearby and with a might heave flings it over 80' at the Watch Tower where Beedo and Vark are standing (Attack: 16 Damage: 8). The Javelin hits (1) Beedo in the thigh who yells "that stung but I can take it, can you take this?" as pops up and he fires back at the massing Orcs hitting one of them. 3) D.O.R.K. sticks his head up through the floor and realising there is just enough space to stand clambers up and has a look at the situation. Given that Beedo and Vark are small and all they are doing is popping up, firing and them dropping back down there is sufficient space on the top of the Watch Tower, despite it only being 10' x 10' for D.O.R.K. to join them and also act.
Shooting Fish in a Barrel {Happy, Meiva, Sleepy, Njorman, Fiddles, Devin, Xolkin & Kella} – Round 3 1) Happy, Meiva (carried over spell), Sleepy, Fiddles and Devin have all acted in this round. "Understood." D.O.R.K kneels by Beedo. With a careful pull and the word "Endure."spoken in a high pitched tone, she casts Healing Word on Beedo. "Keep laying down suppressing fire. We must thin their numbers as much as possible before I am able to directly engage them." She places a hand on Beedo's shoulder. "If you sustain serious injury, prepare to fall back and warn the others. The same goes for you, Vark. This is not a request." D.O.R.K walks up to the edge, and chucks Norgra's Javelin back at him.

Battle of the Ardeep River {Vark, Beedo & D.O.R.K.} - The Orcs Respond! 1) Norgra angrily pulls his own Javelin out of his chest and yells out to his troops "do something about that lot" pointing to the Watch Tower "will you?" Seeing the incoming javelins being launched in their direction, D.O.R.K. yells out "incoming - take cover!" 2) His ten troops all pull out Javelins and fling them at the Watch Tower - First (Attack: 14 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.), Second (Attack: 4 Damage: 6), Third (Attack: 2 Damage: 8), Fourth (Attack: 6 Damage: 8), Fifth (Attack: 11 Damage: 8), Sixth (Attack: 11 Damage: 8), Seventh (Attack: 8 Damage: 6), Eighth (Attack: 10 Damage: 9), Ninth (Attack: 6 Damage: 5) and Tenth (Attack: 4 Damage: 7) 3) Only the seventh Javelin is anywhere near the Tower and it targets (1) Vark hitting him in the shoulder. 4) The shower of Javelins is wildly inaccurate, however two of them are particularly poor with the first (10) of these actually (Attack: 23 Damage: 8) actually hitting another Orc piercing him between the shoulder-blades and killing him and the second (4) also (Attack: 7 Damage: 6) hitting another Orc.

2) As Norgra climbs out of the River he grabs a Javelin from one of the Orcs standing nearby and with a might heave flings it over 80' at the Watch Tower where Beedo and Vark are standing (Attack: 16 Damage: 8). The Javelin hits (1) Beedo in the thigh who yells "that stung but I can take it, can you take this?" as pops up and he fires back at the massing Orcs hitting one of them.

Given that Beedo and Vark are small and all they are doing is popping up, firing and them dropping back down there is sufficient space on the top of the Watch Tower, despite it only being 10' x 10' for D.O.R.K. to join them and also act.

Shooting Fish in a Barrel {Happy, Meiva, Sleepy, Njorman, Fiddles, Devin, Xolkin & Kella} – Round 3
1) Happy, Meiva (carried over spell), Sleepy, Fiddles and Devin have all acted in this round. However, only Fiddles was successful in hitting one of the swimmers.
2) Njorman then takes aim at the swimming Orcs (Attack: 13 Damage: 6) and manages to hit one of them.

"Understood." D.O.R.K kneels by Beedo. With a careful pull and the word "Endure." spoken in a high pitched tone, she casts Healing Word on Beedo. "Keep laying down suppressing fire. We must thin their numbers as much as possible before I am able to directly engage them." She places a hand on Beedo's shoulder. "If you sustain serious injury, prepare to fall back and warn the others. The same goes for you, Vark. This is not a request." D.O.R.K walks up to the edge, and chucks Norgra's Javelin back at him.

Battle of the Ardeep River {Vark, Beedo & D.O.R.K.} - The Orcs Respond!
1) Norgra angrily pulls his own Javelin out of his chest and yells out to his troops "do something about that lot" pointing to the Watch Tower "will you?" Seeing the incoming javelins being launched in their direction, D.O.R.K. yells out "incoming - take cover!"
2) His ten troops all pull out Javelins and fling them at the Watch Tower - First (Attack: 14 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.), Second (Attack: 4 Damage: 6), Third (Attack: 2 Damage: 8), Fourth (Attack: 6 Damage: 8), Fifth (Attack: 11 Damage: 8), Sixth (Attack: 11 Damage: 8), Seventh (Attack: 8 Damage: 6), Eighth (Attack: 10 Damage: 9), Ninth (Attack: 6 Damage: 5) and Tenth (Attack: 4 Damage: 7)
3) Only the seventh Javelin is anywhere near the Tower and it targets (1) Vark hitting him in the shoulder.
4) The shower of Javelins is wildly inaccurate, however two of them are particularly poor with the first (10) of these actually (Attack: 23 Damage: 8) actually hitting another Orc piercing him between the shoulder-blades and killing him and the second (4) also (Attack: 7 Damage: 6) hitting another Orc.
