(Nothic CON save: 12 )
Round 2 player actions:
Jack's spell does 4 damage to the Gargoyle (successful save). The Nothic is affected by Froskan's frost spell (6 damage and attack disadvantage). Reverie's combat blows have been off so far. Trimyrai's bow shots are off as well. Iskander is up in the air.
Start of Round 3
The Gargoyle will try to Grapple Jack. Jack should roll Athletics or Acrobatics (his choice) to resist. If the Gargoyle wins, it will fly (with Jack) near the mimic and within melee range of Iskander. If not, it stays in its current position. Gargoyle athletics: 16
The Nothic swipes twice at Reverie. Attack: 12 Damage: 5, Attack: 10 Damage: 4
The mimic tries to bite Trimyrai. Attack: 13 Damage: 8 + 6 acid.
The monster attacks missed this round.
Jack needs to roll Athletics or Acrobatics to resist being grabbed by the gargoyle.

Crap.
Jack is angered by the grabby Gargoyle. “Let me down! I will kill you!” He swings!
Attack: 15 Damage: 4
(please crit or something)
Jack yells at Isk. “If ye wouldn’t mind freeing me from this, or killing that goop, it would be appreciated!” Isk is Inspired! (Bardic Inspiration! Yay!)

Round 3 player resolution
Jack was lifted off the ground by the gargoyle. He connects with his sword (2 damage for non-magic weapon), and the gargoyle drops him. He doesn't take damage from the fall, but he is now in melee range of the mimic (along with Trimyrai).
Iskander misses the mimic, as he was distracted by the gargoyle flying at him. Trimyai misses, as he had to avoid Jack falling on top of him.
Reverie hits with the nothic with her (magic) scimitar for 7 damage. She criticals with her dagger. It does 6 damage (3 is doubled, and does not add the DEX bonus). She uses the bardic inspiration for the dagger damage (the 6 is doubled to 12). And this seems like a good time for a Divine Smite (marked off a spell slot, double for the critical for 11 radiant). Total damage to the nothic this round: 43. Combined with the earlier damage, this is just enough for the nothic to explode in a gout of green ichor.
Froskan is still staying clear of melee range. Nothic CON save: 13 It resists Froskan's spell. With the nothic exploding from Reverie's attacks, Froskan switches his spell to the mimic. Mimic CON save: 14 Mimic takes 6 cold damage.
Start of Round 4
The gargoyle claws and bites at Iskander. Attack: 11 Damage: 7, Attack: 16 Damage: 5 One hit to Iskander for 4 damage.
The mimic tries to bite at Trimyrai, with disadvantage. Attack: 8 Damage: 6 + 4 acid. The frost-slowed toothy pile of goo misses.
The nothic claws at Reverie. Nothic is no more.
Status - Jack (12/24 hp), Reverie (11/28 hp), Iskander (14/24 hp), Trimyrai (12/25 hp).
The Gargoyle (7 damage) is next to Iskander, up in the air. The Mimic (24 damage) is in its natural form next to Jack and Trimyrai. Reverie (covered in nothic guts) and Froskan are outside of melee range, for the moment.

Froskan is still staying clear of melee range. Nothic CON save: 19 It resists Froskan's spell. With the nothic exploding from Reverie's attacks, Froskan switches his spell to the mimic. Mimic CON save: 11 Mimic takes 6 cold damage.
...
Froskan is outside of melee range, for the moment.
(Totally thought I'd been in melee range of the nothic and mimic in bteween them. Just went back and read the original post where it never actually said that :P)

Trimyrai with the nothic dead trimyrai will move over next to reverie and then try to shoot at the gargoyle.
Movement: Trimyrai will move across the room over to where the nothic was. (i assume i'll get hit by an attack of opportunity from the mimic)
Action: Arcane Shot: Seeker Arrow (You can choose one creature you have seen in the past minute and fire an arrow that flies toward that creature, moving around corners and ignoring three-quarters cover and half cover. If the target is in range and a path is available, it must make a DEX saving throw [DC 10] or take damage from the arrow plus 1d6 force damage and you learn the target's location [half damage and location is unrevealed on success].)
Damage: (if it fails the save) 7 (piercing damage) 5 (force damage)
Bonus Action: no bonus action this turn.

(Iskander said he was flying high enough to be out of melee range of the mimic. That means the gargoyle is out of Reverie's melee range. You can change the attacks to the mimic, if you want.)
(Just noticed Trim's action. Gargoyle DEX save: 9 Will hold off on the mimic's reaction to Trim moving until later.)
