Seb'riel accepts the offered hand gratefully and regains her feet with a cheerful smile. "Oh, it is as I said, but isn't it always my brother? We are not long for having wood beneath our feet. Are you ready to fly? Perhaps the rest of you would like to climb aboard the disc?"
Before anyone can get their minds straight they notice that the water is starting to enter into the deck. The ship keeps going forward and down. The captain looks at Kyne horrified as he cannot move
Moltaris rushes forward to assist Kyne. "We keep finding ourselves in these situations, don't we!?" She exclaims to the elf before praying under her breath, "Bright Mother grant me your strength..."

Hurosk tugs on the captain's arms as the ship begins to submerge but to no avail. "He's stuck tight." He glances nervously around as the water rises. "Any chance we can take the wheel with us?! Hack it down...? Burn it off..," he suggests looking to Kyne.
Not even with the help of Moltaris the captain they are able to free the Captain. He looks and makes muffled sounds in agreement with Hurosk's idea as the ship keeps sinking and the water reaches the helm where all of them are. The water reaches their ankles now.
Seb'riel notices something weird though. The water hasn't covered all the cargo hold. After some water poured into it when the level reached it now it seems that there is some magic effect preventing it to be filled by it.
"Stand back," Kyne tells the others, drawing Daedagnír with a flash of steel. The elf roots himself in a fighting stance, and the blade flies through the air in an arc of flame as he brings it down on the wheel, seeking to sever it from its stem.
The flaming blade hits the base of the wheel and the fire spreads a little bit on its base, burning the feet of the captain, but the flames are quickly extinguished by the fast surrounding waters.
The wheel mast is almost cut, but it is still in place. Maybe another push or attack could free it, and the paralized captain with it.
"Hang on, Captain!" Hurosk backs up to the railing and then charges at the wheel, diving forward and driving his shoulder into it. The helm splits away from the base sending the orc and the sailor into now hip deep water. The ranger pulls the man up so he doesn't drown. "Maybe your visions were about this boat sinking?!"he says to Sebr'iel."Well... Now what!?"He looks in the direction where he thinks the boat which they disembarked is but the thick fog has engulfed it already.
Seb'riel shrugs. "Perhaps this was the boat, but there were men screaming and rowing from it." She looks down into the hold pausing a second, unsure whether to say the next sentence. "The water seems to have stopped filling the hold. Maybe something is there and wants to keep it so that we can go to them? Or maybe we just found a level. Who could say?"
"Drag him this way!" Moltaris shouts as she moves towards the spot Seb'riel indicates, where the water has stopped filling the hold. "I want to know what's down there that caught his mind."

Hurosk assists Kyne in dragging the captain toward the hold. "I don't know about you, but I don't feel like lugging him around everywhere... No offense," he says looking down to the paralyzed captain. "Why don't we make use of that disk of your sister's?"
The party starts to head towards the magically protected cargo hold but they found themselves with more water to deal that they had expected.
Kyne and Moltaris had no problem in move towards it, partially swiming their way towards it. The last part needed to be dive in, for the cargo hold is already under water when they reach it. They had to hold hands to the railing since they are using the cargo access to it, not the crew access but once they are hanging there they can breathe again.
Seb'riel can't decide the best way to swim around the chaos of ropes and broken barrels that fill the water between the last steps of the stairs where she is and the cargo hold, the captain still paralized floating at her shoulder's height.
Lyreis manages to reach the relative safety of the cargo hold too but a sudden wave make Hurosk lose his feet and he is thrown away from the deck of the ship.
Before any of them could react, a figure moving so fast that is hard to see, grabs him and carries him towards the railring where the others are hanging. He coughs and spits the water that he had swalllowed. While they still ask themselves what just happened, Seb'Riel sees Ryn coming towards her swiming at an unnatural speed.
Raising only her right arm and head from the water she says.
"Come with me"
The ship keeps sinking and Seb has to recoil a couple of steps to avoid beign dragged away as Hurosk did.
The grasp of the weird noble woman is stronger that Seb'riel expected and she pulls her into the water. They both dive down towards the cargo hold, with the paralyzed captain floating behind them. Seb tries to swim but truth be told is Ryn who makes all the effort.
She is there with the others in no time but she doesn't hang like a ham from the railing, she uses the disk to float down to the bottom of the cargo hold. In a minute she got the rest of the team down with her, using the disk to avoid any ankle injured, and keeping it floating at their waist height as the cargo had taken some water in before it was sealed.
Looking up they could see the surface of the water getting more and more far away, the dim light fading. They are grateful that this ship had the enchanment of sealing the cargo hold that some ships have in Eberron, to prevent losing the precious cargo in case of a storm or even a sinking.
With some coughs and all wet, with water to their knees, they look at each other.
"Well, that was unexpectedly exciting," Kyne quips, brushing the spray from the surface of his armour. The elf glances up at the water as it floods over the top of the magically shielded compartment, swallowing it whole. He clicks his fingers and an orb of flame appears in his palm, casting a flickering light upon those present. "Are we trapped down here now?"
He looks back down at the others, and his gaze falls upon Ryn.
Moltaris shakes the water off their diminutive frame, almost like a puppy. Then she stalks towards the captain, reaching back to punch him in the face.
"What are we doing here, you greedy fool?"

"You ask the question with its own answer." Water drips from Seb's hair as she speaks, and she flicks it back where it sticks sloppily to the back of her neck. "The creature from our vision will find us here if it wishes I am sure. It laid a clever trap and used the greed of men to pull them in, first with the promise of a ship, and then with the treasure of the hold. It hates men, even now it surely torments the other ship." Her voice echoes, high pitched and slow, but without a stutter of fear.

Kyne tries to wrest the captain from the wheel, but the man is fixed tightly in place.
"A little help here?!" He calls, yanking at the captain once more.
