OOC: What do you mean by Gruxx to the left and Rock to the right? Both through the first door, going left and right after entering, or Gruxx through the door on the left and Rock through the door to the right? Or even Gruxx down the hall to the left and Rock down the hall to the right?
OOC: That would be both of the big guys entering through the door on the left at roughly the same time. One busting through quickly and going to the left, the other busting through and going to the right of the same room. A room clearing operation.
Glynquinal laughing replies, "As I recall, during the last encounter you needed someone to guard your unconscious body. It seems like it was a single frail elf watching over you friend. I will do so again should the need arise"
OK, here's a map. Please tell me where each of you is, and go ahead and roll your own initiative. Feel free to continue to discuss what, exactly, you plan to do. I won't move forward until you're ready.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
OK, some of your instructions were a little wonky (giving coordinates that aren't visible and Gruxx saying he wanted to be back above the stairs when he's supposed to be rushing in first). So, below is how I have interpreted where I think you all want to be. Also, I went ahead and showed what you're going to see as you rush in. You're catching them by surprise, so they will not act during the first round. Also, for the first round, let's go in this order: Gruxx, Rock, Herr Doktor, Glynquinal, and Ian.
As the first person enters, the goblin drops to the floor and doesn't move. The other three are bugbears. Two are sitting on cots and one is standing.
DM rollz: 3253
Starting with round 2, this will be the order: HDP, Glyn, Ian, Gruxx, bugbears, Rock
Remember that flanking (giving advantage) is when two allies are on opposite sides of an enemy (both within melee range) and that moving out of melee range provokes AoO (attacks of opportunity). Also, ranged attackes made within melee range are made at disadvantage.
OOC: Don't forget that you get +2 to melee damage when raging, Gruxx, so your damage is actually 6. I won't always think to double check, so it behooves you to remember. Also, you can attack from 10 feet away with your glaive. Just some thing else to consider.
Gruxx bursts into the room, quickly looks left, sees three possible targets — two bugbears and a goblin, who, upon seeing Gruxx break in, immediately collapses to the floor — and rushes the (green) bugbear. He leaps up onto the end of the cot with abandon and brings his glaive down at the creature. Surprised, the bugbear tries to duck, but is unable to dodge away completely, and the glaive comes down across its shoulder.
Rock rushes in behind Gruxx, looking to the right. Seeing nothing but a wall, he continues forward toward the other two bugbears, who are also wide eyed and surprised. He swings his greataxe at the biggest (yellow) bugbear, cutting a deep gash in the creature's leg.

"How we going to do this, Grux and I are set, Gyln you coming up the middle or hiding behind cover for a kill shot?"
Glynquinal laughing replies, "As I recall, during the last encounter you needed someone to guard your unconscious body. It seems like it was a single frail elf watching over you friend. I will do so again should the need arise"
Gruxx says and he wrings his hands on his glaive, "It's cleavin' time! Just give me the word."
"Let's go.", Glynquinal encourages Gruxx,
