On a crit, you roll twice the dice, so you get to roll 2d12+3 instead of the usual 1d12+3. You don't double the bonuses. So, you did 23 damage. Woo!
HDP decides a little TLC is in order and speaks some health into Gruxx while Rock follows up his initial smack with an absolute wallop! The bugbear groans as its lifeblood splashes the ground at its feet. Rock yanks the weapon from the bugbear's chest, and the creature collapses.
Over the side of the rift climbs two more bugbears. The draw their own weapons and prepare to attack.

Glynquinal seeing Rock wreck the first foe he faced, holds Talon in one hand and fishes his Diamond out of his pouch with the other. Speaking in the arcane language he focuses his mind on the cold fury he feels against those trying to harm his friends. Casting Chromatic Orb at the elf he smiles briefly. "By Tymora, you shall fall."
Chromatic Orb 10
Chromatic Orb Damage 13
Quickly tucking his diamond back and putting both hands on Talon, Glynquinal will move to occupy G5, taking up a Flanking position to Rock.
There is a flash of blue-white energy from Glynquinal's orb, but the blast narrowly misses the elf, who feels the magic and turns to glare at Glyn.
Glyn, to flank with Rock, you have to be opposite from him, so that would be G4 from where he is currently. However, there is nothing really to stand on in that square, so I'm going to say you can't. If you want to stand in G5 so that Rock could move to E3 to flank with you, I'd allow it, but would ask you to make a DEX check to see if you can keep from falling backward off the edge.
Gruxx, as Glyn's decision most likely won't affect your turn, go ahead and make your post whether or not he's decided where he wants to move.
Ian thrusts his rapier into the gut of the dark elf and draws it back. Seeing the elf beginning to succumb, he makes a swipe as if he is going to slice his target's throat, but instead takes a step toward the bugbear that has appeared beside him, swiping at that creature instead. Though the bugbear isn't expecting it, it manages to deflect the dagger enough to keep it from cutting very deep. (I wanted to redirect the sneak attack at the bugbear since the elf didn't need it, but then I realized there's no one else in melee with the bugbear and no way to give you advantage. Sorry.)
HDP will stay where he is, and (cast Vicious Mockery at the bugbear) yell to insult the bugbear's ugly looks that he no doubt inherited from his mother. Bugbear has to succeed on a DC 13 WIS save. If he fails, he takes 1 psychic damage and has disadvantage on the next attack roll it makes before the end of its next turn.

Rock's swing, though mighty, is blocked by the bugbear. Instead of retaliating, however, it turns and swings its morningstar at Glynquinal. (Attack: 14 Damage: 12 piercing) Despite being fairly precariously perched on the edge of the ravine, the elf is able to dodge out of the way of the attack. The other bugbear swings its morningstar at Ian. (Attack: 9 Damage: 15 piercing) Ian has the same luck, ducking below the swing.
Glynquinal and Gruxx both attack one of the two new bugbears, Glyn from the southeast and Gruxx from the north. The bugbear's armor is enough to keep Glynquinal from damaging the creature, but Gruxx finds an opening with his glaive and leaves a bloody wound.
Round 4: Ian, HDP, and then Rock, all three of you can post!
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
HDP sees Gruxx still bleeding. He casts Healing Word on Gruxx, then once again tries to make fun of the bugbear near Ian, saying something cruel about this is how bugbear public education trained him for the future. As he yells at the bugbear, casting his spell, he moves up to where the dark elf was (pretty sure I can end my turn in that square, since he is dead - If not, he stays where he is.)
7 Healing for Gruxx
Bugbear has to roll a DC13 WIS save. On a fail, he takes 4 psychic damage and has disadvantage on the next attack roll it makes before the end of its next turn.
Ian swings both blades at the (upper) bugbear. The creature deflects his rapier, but cannot dodge the elf's dagger, which leaves another wound. (11 dmg — both bugbears are looking well wounded)
Herr Doktor Professor ventures away from the cave opening, speaking first to Gruxx to heal some of his wounds and then to the bugbear to cause some mental ones. The creature shutters in response. (4 dmg)
A little south, Rock swings his axe at the other bugbear, slicing deep. (9 dmg — this one now looks close to falling)
The (upper) bugbear decides to attack the new arrival (HDP). (Attack: 5 Damage: 8) HDP dances out of the way of the morningstar.
The other bugbear swings again at Glynquinal, the smallest of the three harrowing it. (Attack: 18 Damage: 6) Glyn attempts to move out of the way, but doesn't move too far for fear of slipping down the slope, and the bugbear's weapon slams into his outstretched arm.
Glyn and then Gruxx, you're up to finish this round!

Glynquinal will give a try to taking G5.
Dexterity 17
Glynquinal slips around Rock and one of the two new arrivals, deftly finding good footing on the edge of the precipice.
Rock, on your turn, if you want to flank with Glynquinal to get advantage, move north one square to E3.
Gruxx, you're up!
Gruxx feeling invigorated from the healing he received will attack the Drow once more.
Attack: 11 Damage: 15
Gruxx swings his glaive at the dark elf, inflicting another deep wound. The elf looks ready to collapse!
