Eya's eyes widen as the dead rise before them, she looks to the others then puts her hands up for a moment, "Woah okay, hold on just a second. You are the spirit of the high priest if I'm correct? We are here to free your great god, Vetra-Kali, and we have an acolyte of yours with us. His name is Halthus."
Eya points to Halthus then says to him, "Halthus, a little help here?"
Going to try and work this out with Diplomacy, but if he attacks I want to have Eya ready a spell if possible on the trigger condition of any of the wraiths attacking us. Eya will cast Glitterdust on all of them at a DC 19 Will saving throw.
“Can you tell me the difference between a witch and a wizard?" "Sure, a wizard is what they call you when they want to hire you, and a witch is what they call you when they're getting ready to run you out of town.” SunWolf replied ― Barbara Hambly, The Witches of Wenshar
Abraxxus looks a little uneasy at the apparitions. As they charge he roars in fury though. The shaft of his new axe creaks from the pressure his monstrous sinews place upon it. His body grows wider and larger until he almost hits the ceiling with his frills he chants. He then looks at his even larger axe and commands in draconic, " valignat astahi." ( Burn them) Flames suddenly cover his axe blade.
Seeing Calarel quickly become ill in the room with the bench, it only takes a few seconds for Kiven to realize why she is suffering much worse than everyone else. He begins to feign some of the same symptoms. Helping Calarel out of the room as swiftly as possible, he slumps down beside her in a safer space, still exaggerating his own suffering, he says to her privately "I think I know why you and I were most affected" with intentions of explaining more later that it was because they are the closest to being 'good' in the party.
Privately Kiven stairs off blankly, pondering what this says about his own choices. Apparently his relatively brief time on his only possible, but still questionable, path to achieve his goals rendered him not much better than Blau, Eya, Respar or Abraxxus on the cosmic scale of good versus evil? The tall elf would seem more distracted than normal while pondering this over the next few minutes. He did not support all of this demon and devil worship, and his primary enemies were those pitiful Mitrans.
Eventually snapping out of it for now, Prince Aloro pictures the bench with the enchantment and the word 'Nen' once again, intent on confirming the teleportation when near that room again.

Kiven calls out "kill the smaller spawn first!"while raising his bow and starting to whisper his chosen enchantment (+1 and shock). The bow begins to crackle with electricity.
Continuing his spell weaving, Kiven casts Shield upon himself as he unleashes two arrows from his enchanted weapon at one of the smaller wraiths, ideally choosing a target the others can also attack.

Respar draws his rapier, cursing softly under his breath. "I hope I can damage these things..." He heads for the nearest apparition, hoping his rapier will hurt them despite not being enchanted. He will try to flank one with one of his allies.
Eya's tail whips into her bag as it retrieves a wand. Quickly, she grabs the wand and aims it precisely to fire a red bead into the room that erupts into a massive ball of fire, catching several of the wraiths in its wake.
Eya flings the glitterdust she'd gathered at her fingertips at the wraiths as they attack in spite of her pleas. Two of them seem to be affected, with the dust somehow clinging to what passes for their faces.
Blau and Abraxxus pause for a moment to cast bolstering spells.
Respar moves in, striking at one of the lesser shades. His blade simply sinks into the thing's form without effect. Kiven fires a few arrows, but misses his mark. Eya flings a fireball at the enemy, engulfing three of them. Grumblejack charges in as the flames die down, looking confused as his maul passes straight through the former high priest.
One of the wraiths wanders off in the wrong direction, flailing blindly, but the other three close in. The high priest strikes out at Grumblejack, his arm passing through the ogre's body, seeming to drag something out of him as it goes. The other two move to engage Respar, the blinded one misses, but the other strikes home.
I wasn't sure glitterdust would work on these buggers at all, but it seems as if it does.
Respar takes 4 negative energy damage, and must pass a DC 17 Fortitude save or take 3 Constitution damage.

With a sigh as he sees the ineffectual attack by the group's thief, Blaupunkt steps forward and says "Hold still for a moment and let Lord Asmodius help your strikes". With a surge of magic and a touch of his hand, flames appear along the length of Respars blade.

Eya watches as the wraith seemingly rakes through Grumblejack, then calls out to him, "Are you okay, Grumblejack?" She grits her teeth and rushes up behind the ogre then places a hand on his thigh. She chants some words in Infernal as a dark purple shimmer glistens over Grumblejack's skin. "Normal armor won't work against these creatures, but magical armor like mine or Kiven's will," she informs the group.
"Blau, can you power up Grumblejack's Maul too?" she asks.
Abraxxus chuckles as they are attacked. As his head towers towards the ceiling he roars in fury. Running forward with his flaming axe he flaps his wings slightly to rise off the ground briefly before descending and slicing downward with all of his strength behind his axe.
Grumblejack seems more tired as he answers Eya's question, "hurts, feels funny."
Flashes of light pop in the room as Eya and Blau enchant their friends' arms and armor to stand against this threat a little better.
Abraxxus attacks one wraith while Respar strikes the other. These attacks have considerably more effect than the rogue's earlier strikes, but they still don't seem to be doing as much damage as they should. The same goes for the arrows from Kiven that strike home on the one Abraxxus attacked.
Grumblejack growls in frustration as another attack with his maul passes straight through Ezra with no effect. The dread wraith strikes out again, but this time his claws skip off of the glowing armor Eya placed.
The blinded wraith that had wandered in the wrong direction finds its way back to the fighting, striking out at Blau and landing a blow. Respar is struck again as well.

Blau groans as the far too familiar negative chill energy resonates with his own and sucks some of his life force away.Pulling a scroll from within the depths of his backpack, Blau steps away from one of the dangerous undead, and incants a spell, touching his party as he can to imprint the magic and guarding his companions better from the ravenous hungers of the wraiths.
