I think that a maid might be washing laundry in the third room, so I decide to try the south door first. I gently ease it open and start working on my story in case I'm caught. Maybe I look like I could be a servant child... stealth: 16
Sim opens the south door and sees a narrow service hall. It leads further into the property and has a single door on the other end. There is also a service staircase leading into the upper levels. These are clearly meant for the house staff's use.
We'll say that Mokiakia is quietly following Sim's lead.
Adrasteia continue her long procession, keeping two guards busy. When she passes by a patrolling group of guards on the other side of the fence, they too pay attention to her and her posse.

I call out to the two guards who have just taken notice of my procession. "Brothers, will you join in our struggle to make Waterdeep a better place for all? Your neighbors' lives depend on it!"
Persuasion: 20
I also want to continue some religious incantations and loud chanting. Religion: 22
The two guards look at each other, showing a moment of doubt, but regain most of their resolve shortly after. They are not becoming hostile, and if anything, have lost some of their initial will to interfere with the procession. Nonetheless, they are not joining it.
As a noble, Adrasteia knows that being in the personal guard of a noble family has to be one of the best paying jobs in the city. If anything, these soldiers can be as rich as some of the above-average merchants or below-average adventurers in town. If it weren't for statutory limitations on the number of paid militia a noble family can employ within Waterdeep, some nobles would have veritable armies at their disposal. It is unlikely these guards would revolt against "the rich" unless promised significant rewards and assurances.
The folk on the street, on the other hand, have little to lose. More and more of them continue to join the procession.
Sim listens at the door: Metal clangs, fire swishes, and many voices chat with one another on the other side of this door.
Adrasteia: The guards seem to be getting a bit more nervous about the amount of people you have now gathered. The two of them following you signal to a few of their companions within the Estate's fence that you are circling around to go do something (Give me an insight check).
Hoping that these sounds mean there's a kitchen on the other side of the door, I prepare to act like a mini indentured servant reporting for duty and step through the door.
Adrasteia: as best as you can tell, it looks like they might be calling for some reinforcements. Whether that means more of the Pearcaster's guards of the City Watch proper, you don't know.
Sim enters the kitchen while Mokiakia stays back to let her go under cover. The thought of a young teenager infiltrating the manor without being noticed doesn't even occur to the kitchen staff. It is much more likely that you are one of the new helpers. "They come and go like the sun," Sim hears one of them say. Within minutes, Sim is wearing an apron, and a white hat, given a short kitchen knife, and asked if she knows how to peel onions, stoke a fire, or serve tea. "Which kind of help did they hire you to do, little lady?" asks a stout older woman with more than a few pockmarks on her face.

"I can do any of it, ma'am," I say, "But they did say I was to attend to Master Henkett. I could come back later to help with the rest, though." Persuasion: 11
"Aye" The hefty woman says, convinced by Sim's words and by her remembering one of the estate's lords' name correctly despite being new here. "I am not surprised you were hired for that. Lord Henkett likes his requests tended to quickly, and little ones like you have quick legs. Well, it is almost time for his late morning tea. Why don't you boil some water and bring it up to him. Yesterday he had mint tea, which means he'll have chamomile today. You'd do well to remember that. He can be quite particular about his tastes."
She pauses for a moment and then says pointing back at the service staircase Sim saw in the hallway: "His room is the third one to the right, after reaching the second floor. You do know your right from your left, correct?"
"Yes ma'am. Chamomile, third door on the right. Leave it to me," I say with a cheerful smile. I look around for the kettle, tray, and serving pieces and get to work.

In an attempt to keep my procession going but also not be too rambunctious, I encourage my followers to reflect in a few moments of silent prayer. I give them a few topics to meditate on like making regular contributions to local temples and houses of worship that regularly support the less fortunate. Religion: 14
Hopefully, this may even draw more attention to my group.

Adrasteia's procession slowly makes its way around the Estate. It will take a while to go fully around the block.
She collects 29 copper pieces in donations.
I continue my procession. Are there any guards following me around the perimeter?
Yes, two guards are following the procession.
Let's wait a bit and see what the other party members are up to.

I hope that I'm creating enough of a religious fervor to keep at least some of the guards focused on me and not my companions in the house.
Adrasteia: You are. They are keeping a close eye on you and they have no reason to suspect someone has infiltrated the Estate... for now.
Sim: Door at the end of the hallway or service stairs up to the second floor?
Mokiakia: Still here?
I'll sneak down the hallway to listen at the door at the end of the hallway, and save the stairs for later. 15
I mentally send my prayers to my companions inside the mansion.

I revel in making people uncomfortable.

I am sending vibes to my companions to hurry. I don't think that I can take on the City Watch by myself.
