Nephrius will make long eye contact with Jackson "You are kind, this is much more then I could think."
Nephrius speaks to the group. "If anyone minds say now, I am going to look ahead, not far but just so."
If no one stops her she will keep quiet and just look through the next door whilst people finish off their rest, only enough to see.

OOC. Would the sword make it harder for me to stealth? If someone speaks up about her looking ahead she won't do it just put it there if everyone was happy for her to do so.
OOC: the light from the sword would be visable to enemies and would remove your ability to hide in the shadows. For stealth purposes you can sheath the moontouched sword and use your regular one
OOC: The sword will be useful in completely dark areas, where one needs dark vision to see at all. If most of the bandits are humans, they will likely have plenty of ambient light and the sword won’t be needed. If you don’t want it, Harukai can keep it, then draw it whenever it is too dark for him to see...
OOC: Given the rules, the quarterstaff can be used as a 1-handed weapon, so Harukai can fight staff and sword like Gandalf at Minas Tirath! Good luck with the Recon!

OOC: This is correct. You will use your bonus action when making a second weapon attack but you don't add your bonus to the second strike. Would look cool I bet too.
Nephrius, looking out the door of the laboratory, can see another small room with a door just opposite of the lab door and a set of stairs leading down to darkness on the left. From the door she can hear loud voices, which seem to be locked in an argument at the moment.
Nephrius, looking out the door of the laboratory, can see another small room with a door just opposite of the lab door and a set of stairs leading down to darkness on the left. From the door she can hear loud voices, which seem to be locked in an argument at the moment.
Nephrius will come back to the group quietly but quickly. ”I hear people arguing in the next room over, if we are all rested we can finish this soon... hopefully.”
She has her blades still drawn but focuses on the door.
Harukai keeps his Moonblade sheathed at his side, as there is enough ambient light to see by now that they are out of the secret tunnel. He carries the Glasstaff in one hand and prepares to head towards the door with the loud voices, asking Neprhius, "Could you hear what they were saying?"
The group attempts to sneak through the door to surprise the individuals in the room. The group eases the door open to find four redbrand ruffians involved in a game of knucklebones, a dice game, and they are having a heated argument of potential cheating. One of the group sees the door ease open and, thinking it is Iarno says "Sorry boss we didn't mean to disturb you." He immediately notices you and says "Hey, you're not the boss!" and pulls his shortsword.
As soon he sees one of the Redbrands acknowledge him, Jackson goes after the closest enemy, clutching his warhammer with both hands before bringing it over his head for a downward strike.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
On Harukai's turn, he plunges into the melee, launching a two-handed spinning strike at the nearest redbrand with the Glasstaff. He calls upon his Ki and follows up the staff attack with two quick snap kicks at whatever redbrands remain standing.
Jackson's warhammer strike to the head seriously wounds one of the redbrands. Harukai's glass staff strike hits a second redbrand in the side. His first follow up kick misses but his second connects the third redbrand in the upper thigh, causing a cry of pain.

OOC. Thanks I thought it might, i appreciate the offer none the less @Scott_R_Simmons.
Before Nephrius heads off to scout she will speak to Harukai. "Your offer is kind, but keep it for now, your eyes need it more then mine."
When she gets back hopefully she will tell the group what she sees.
