Jarl will also use his reaction to use Halo of Spores on Brix (this would happen on Brix's turn, before the INT save, if that matters), on the off chance that he'll fail a DC 16 CON save and take 6 necrotic damage.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
You all start to feel leeches crawling all over your skin beneath your clothes and armor. For Squiggles, Flynt, and Celric, the sensation lasts only a moment as you recognize the illusion for what it is and it loses its power over you. For Balian, Shale and Jarl, however, the sensation seems completely real to you; you even think you see the leeches crawling on the exposed parts of your skin.
The three of you each take 4 psychic damage. On your turn, if you want to take an action you first need to pass a DC 12 CON check (not save) to summon the fortitude to act despite the sensations. Alternatively, you can use your action to make a DC 14 Investigation check to discover the illusion, ending its effects permanently. (Your ability to take reactions is unaffected)
The aboleth raises its head out of the water and looks straight at Flynt, frustrated that he seems to be unaffected by its illusion. It glares at him with its column of eyes, which seem to glow red for a moment. (Flynt, make a WIS save)
The aboleth then dives down into the water, positioning itself directly underneath Balian and Squiggles at a depth of 10'.
Underwater combat:
When making a melee weapon Attack, a creature that doesn’t have a swimming speed (either natural or granted by magic) has disadvantage on the Attack roll unless the weapon is a Dagger, Javelin, Shortsword, spear, or Trident.
A ranged weapon Attack automatically misses a target beyond the weapon’s normal range. Even against a target within normal range, the Attack roll has disadvantage unless the weapon is a crossbow, a net, or a weapon that is Thrown like a Javelin (including a spear, Trident, or dart).
Creatures and Objects that are fully immersed in water have Resistance to fire damage.
Squiggles casts Haste on Flynt: "Let's speed this up my dragon-kin." and laughs like a maniac at his own joke. Moving another 25 feet towards the door, Squiggles punches the air again with ferocity. (Forceful Hand, Bonus action):
Attack: 10 Damage: 31
(Bigby's Hand, Round 2/10)
After seeing the giant hand miss terribly, Squiggles looks at his own and clenches/unclenches his fist a few times, unused to failing this spectacularly.
Question: if it's a CON check and not a save, would I have to also do a CON save every turn if I passed the check the first time and cast a concentration spell?
Haste and Bigby's are both concentration spells, so if you cast haste it will end Bigby's
What square are you wanting to end up in?
Jarl:
I won't have you make a separate save, but I think it would affect your ability to maintain concentration. We'll say that a single check covers both, and on a 12 or higher you can maintain concentration and take an action, on a 10 or 11 you can maintain concentration but not take an action that turn, and 9 or below you lose the spell and your action.

Squiggles: The aboleth is within 10' of you, so is currently threatening you. However, V9 is still within its reach (according to fantasy diagonal geometry), so you can move there without an AoO.

As Celric's spell takes hold in the aboleth, its already flaking flesh begins to disintegrate further, as bits of skin float up to greet Balian and Squiggles. Although it manages to resist the full impact of the spell, it still sustains a serious blow (26 damage), enough to disrupt its concentration on the mass illusion affecting Balian, Shale and Jarl, who no longer feel the leeches on their skin.
The aboleth responds by lashing out in fury at Balian with its tail (legendary action #1)
Attack: 10 Damage: 12
managing to overcome the thief's evasive maneuvers.
Waiting to see what happens with Flynt before Brix takes his turn.
It just adds insult to injury that not only are you collectively rolling terribly, I'm also rolling really high (aboleth's concentration save notwithstanding). This should by all rights be going better for you than this.
INT save: 9
Jarl will also use his reaction to use Halo of Spores on Brix (this would happen on Brix's turn, before the INT save, if that matters), on the off chance that he'll fail a DC 16 CON save and take 6 necrotic damage.

Oh man, what is going on with these dice?
The cloud of spores surround Brix, but his tough barbarian body resists their effects.

Yeah, I thought about your ring, but it doesn't say that it protects against this. Moot though, since you rolled high enough that nothing happens.
