”Stay in the fight my brother!” Celric says to Flynt
Celric then moves into the chamber staying along the right wall with his full movement and takes another strong defensive stance. “Your time is nearly up fiend, I shall give you a moment to declare your defeat and surrender.”
Action: Dodge
Bonus Action: Healing word at 3rd level on Flynt: 11
(I don’t know what happened. I usually post on mobile so I have to manually type in rolls but I remember seeing that it worked after I posted it. Should I refoll?)
i edited with a blank line and the rolls showed back up thanks monkey
I've got you at L11. From there, you can see the kuo-toa at K13 (half-cover from you ATM). You can also see part of the drider in H6 (3/4 cover). If you want to attack instead of dodge, you can.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Jarl will move 30 feet forward and move his Moonbeam as well, sending it directly behind the column he just saw the drider go towards. CON Save 16, or 18 radiant damage (half on save) at the start of its turn.

Suddenly, Celric, and Flynt see a tendril descending upon them from above, attempting to wrap itself around them (Attack vs. Celric: 22;
Attack vs. Flynt: 16).
The tendril reaching for Celric slides off of his armor, but Flynt is pulled 15 ft in the air toward the center of the cavern (above L9). You all see that the tendrils are attached to what appeared to be a large stalactite on the ceiling right in the center of the cavern (G9,G10,H9,H10).
A third tendril reaches for the illusion of Squiggles, but passes right through it.
Flynt, you are grappled and restrained, and have disadvantage on STR checks and saves (takes a DC 15 athletics or acrobatics check as an action to escape; athletics would be at disadvantage since it's STR based).
Balian dashes past the ethereal trident to N9, and presses himself against the wall, his cloak shifting to match his surroundings (Stealth: 23).
The kuo-toa, seeing Celric advancing on his position, runs around the column, back into the rubble (I10), gestures a "come here" motion to the trident, which comes up behind Jarl and attacks (Attack: 26 Damage: 29).
Shale and Flynt are up. Flynt is 15' up, grappled and restrained by a tendril attached to the stalactite, and needs a DC 14 WIS save against Spirit Guardians. To escape the tendril is a DC 15 athletics check at disadvantage or a regular DC 15 acrobatics check. You can alternatively try to attack the tendril.
"What new hell is this?!" Shale is taken aback for a moment as the tentacles grasp at his companions. He runs into the room. "How about some light of the Dawn for you creatures from below!" After dropping the column of light that fills the back half of the room, the cleric steps behind the pillar (L8) and send his spear after the fish priest.
(Acton: Dawn, centered at the point between C/D-7/8. 30' radius, DC 16 ConST, or 29 radiant on fail, or 1/2 on save. Also, this is considered daylight so those with sunlight sensitivity will be at disadvantage on attacks. Saves made again at the end of each creature's turn in the light.)

Wisdom Save: 8
"Do you think your god will save you? You think you can command spirits? I am here to inform you the god you've chosen fiend is weak and I shall squash his severant with the ease of a grape betwix my finger and thumb!"
Celric then raises his warhammer and golden translucent dragon spirits erupt from it and swirl around Celric.
"...hm." Celric smirks, "Two can play this game!" Celric keeps his hammer in the air and as he lowers it to his side once again, a spiritual hammer stays in its place -- it zooms across and behind Kuo Toa and attacks.
As the kuo-toa waves its hands, Squiggles counters with an incantation of his own. As a swarm of purple fish begins to surround the fishman, there is a bright flash, and the fish fall to the ground, lying still for a moment in the few inches of water on the ground before fading away completely. (Everyone is off the hook, obviously, for that 5d8)

After dropping the column of light that fills the back half of the room, the cleric steps behind the pillar (L8) and send his spear after the fish priest.
The drider recoils at the bright sunlight, taking the full brunt of the spell (29 damage). It's looking extremely rough.
The kuo-toa and the new stalactite combatant don't seem to be as strongly affected, but they nonetheless get badly singed by the radiant energy (14 damage).
The spear, however, is parried by the kuo-toa's scepter.
Flynt attempts to wriggle out of the grasp of the tendril holding him in the air, but cannot seem to get free. (Unfortunately escaping a grapple is an action, so you don't have an action left to use your breath weapon this turn)
The drider looks around for a target, but only sees Celric. It steps 10' toward the rear of the cave to get a clearer line of sight (Celric still has half-cover), and desperately fires off three arrows, its sensitive drow eyes dazed by the bright sunlight.
Attack 1: 9 Damage: 14
Attack 2: 10 Damage: 13
Attack 3: 24 Damage: 12
The first two arrows strike the column near Celric, but somehow the third one finds its mark, despite the cleric's defensive stance and the drider's hampered vision. Luck, more than skill, has governed this shot (8 piercing + 4 poison damage).
The drider then flees the sunlight, stepping 20' south to the west of the column.
Jarl needs a concentration check (DC 10) to maintain Moonbeam. Squiggles and Jarl are up (Celric's post is in the queue, pending Squiggles; Celric, you might want a backup plan ready, in case Squiggles should happen to finish off the kuo-toa).
Squiggles will move up to his illusory double with Fluffy. "Flynt, you appear to need emancipation from your perilous predicament." Mimicking his doubles pose, Squiggles casts Fire Bolt at the tendril holding Flynt
Yep Fluffy is going to move with me and dodge unless otherwise noted

Jarl, by right behind do you mean H7 to I8, so behind from a cardinal perspective, or something to the left of that (behind from your perspective)?
