Thagros considers Volgiah's speech. "Thagros will allow you to pass through his domain, but first you must pay a toll. Bring me the body of the great worm which lurks in these tunnels, and I will guide you to the place you seek."
Nadaar tugs at a golden whisker for a moment or two, but eventually nods in agreement. "Your will shall be done, milord."He sweeps again into a fanciful full bow at the waist. "However. It is safe to assume this great worm is rather unique of its ilk here?" He requests plaintively.

Thagros sighs regretfully. "It would be the crowning piece of my collection. Many times I have attempted to slay the worm myself, but it has eluded me."
Oggéd steps up a bit farther. What size is zis creature? Surely it is small in order to not be captured by such a collector of bones. Is it about the size of a man?
"So it has some level of wisdom in it to choose evasion over confrontation with you, milord."Nadaar states, almost seeming proud in ascertain. After awaiting a moment to see how Thogar responded to ogged's question, Nadaar properly bows one last time as he leads the way out, if no one else beats him to the punch. "I do not suppose any of you have a background in tracking undergound beasts?"

Oggéd checks out the walls and floor of this tunnel to try to find anything related to what the dragon spoke of.
Investigation: 9
Even with his dark vision, he can't see much. A little miffed about that, he pulls out his hooded lantern casting bright light in a 30-foot radius and dim light for an additional 30 feet.
Well friends, I don't think I am of much help currently.
(Thought i had that. Sorry. Got a +7 to investigate, got a 2.)
(@ShyVid: Not Nadaar, that's for sure. You also still got his Bardic Inspiration, so can add a d8 to a survival check though.)
"Do not let yourself, mon cheri. All will be well. We just need to kill something rivals a dragon and drag its sorry carcass back here. It so simply." He says brightly to Ogged, then looks to Volgiah the lady of words! "After you, perhaps? Don't worry. I'll be right behind. Or next to you, if preferred, hand in hand?" Nadaar's grin transforms into a toothy one at that last comment. Pooling together his limited remembrance of the tunnels, he puts them forth to help whoever wishes to lead the hunt.

When you realize you're doing too much: Signature.
You wander through the goblin tunnels for hours before Volgiah steps into a massive pile of excrement. By the temperature and consistency of the waste, you can infer that it is still relatively fresh.
You continue down the tunnel for another several hours and emerge into a titanic cave. Stalactites jut from the ceiling like rotting teeth, and in the center of the cavern floor is located a gaping black hole from which emanates a foul odor. The sides of the hole are relatively smooth, and the bottom of the hole, if there is a bottom, is lost in shadow.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"If that isn't ominous -- why then, I don't know the meaning of the word anymore." He whispers to the others as most if not all came to see the hole. Nadaar otherwise keeps his distance from the whole, and instead looks around the greater area for any signs of other predators lurking about, seeking scraps or work coincidently in concert with the creature.
Neither Ogged nor Nadaar find any clues to indicate whether the hole was naturally or artificially formed. An oppressive silence overhangs the cavern, and the air is damp and heavy. A feeling of claustrophobia begins to rise in your souls.
Nadaar gets in close to look down the hole himself first before saying -- motion anything. With a grimace, he turns back to Ogged, shrugs, then motions an "after you" to whoever seemed the most eager to climb down.

"I'm alright with that, what say you all?" Volgiah asks, turning to look over her shoulder at the others.
Garrus huffs, but gives a small nod. Not happy with it, but willing to play nice since everyone else seems to want to.

(Sorry for the repeated delays, everyone. I had several all-day commitments last week, but I should get back to posting once a day.)
"This worm rivals the great Thagros, Lord of Bones..." The great dragon repeats his various titles.

Oggéd will stealth (7 ) up to the hole as to not cause a "drums in the deep" moment.
(Is there any scratches against the walls of the hole, or was this carved by water? Also 17 passive investigation, dark vision too.)

Maybe we should repel down?
