Yes, Incantis is coming along with the group!
Incantis sees the brawl break out with Scupper, as well as the random firebolt from Vaz, and readies himself for shit to hit the fan. Zhudala is perched on his shoulder invisible, and his new pipe is in his hand.

While Strix helps the orcs, Scupper will attempt to kick the legs out from under a "furniture fighter". He's wanting rabble not racists. So I'm guessing we're headed for full blown street mayhem
Varinth, your persuasion efforts do not go down well. The person whose clothes you set on fire starts shouting: You're one of these mages, right? That's burning people? Madman! Someone should call the Watch on you! They storm out of the tavern with a few friends, and the rest of the common room is looking at you with open hostility as you and Strix leave.
(Later, at the street fight)
The humans go first. One throws a punch at Strix:
Attack: 3 Damage: 1
He trips as he overbalances, and falls flat on his face. He is prone.
The other six humans continue wailing on the four half-orcs.
Zhudala and Incantis are up next. Incantis puts a strange pair of pan pipes to his lips and begins to play the worst music you've ever heard in your lives. You think you might vaguely recognise the tune, but the sound is somewhere between a loud fart and a madman screeching in a large, empty room. Suddenly, rats start pouring from a nearby sewer grate, headed towards you all.
Incantis, make a CHA check.
(Rats' WIS check: 2)
What is Zhudala doing? (Bearing in mind that you've already used your action and bonus action with the pipes.)

Scupper is just lookin to get in a roustabout so he's just walking into the 'friendlier' fight with furniture and sweeping at the leg of the nearest combatant. Attack: 18 Damage: 1
If Scupper’s in the other fight, then no need for initiative. After a first flawed attempt, you soon settle into your rhythm and much good-natured pounding is doled out to all.
Strix says to his prone opponent "Stay down. *ahem* - Please."then moves towards the remaining fighters.
Attack: 22 Damage: 7
Attack: 17 Damage: 7
Bonus Attack: 9 Damage: 7
All damage is non-lethal. If permitted I will entirely pull the punch and do 0 damage - contact is all that's required. Now, if the prone guy lashes out with an AoO at disadvantage, the first attack is against him (at advantage), in which case 9 if the first one missed. Otherwise the intent is to clip the nearest 3 non-half-orc's around the ear, then move back. using Mobile feat.
For each successful hit, spend 1 ki to attempt a Stunning Strike (except against Proney McProneface).
(When you hit with a melee weapon attack, you can spend 1 ki point to make the target stunned until the end of your next turn if it fails a CON saving throw (DC 14).)
In an ideal world, one of them is grounded and 3 of them are stunned. In which case Strix stands back in a nonthreatening manner and asks the aggressors "Calm please. Fight unfair. Offend Tempus. If continue, Strix must bring harmony and balance."
I don’t think you can pull the punches and do 0 damage, but you can certainly make all damage non-lethal.
These are commoner NPCs with not a lot of hit points, so...
THWACK!!
The first one goes down,
POW!!
The second one is face down on top of him,
THUMP!!
The third one drops like a sack of coal onto the others. All three are unconscious but stable.
The half-orcs, no longer facing anyone aggressive to them, stand up and sort of try to back away. One of them starts to speak: I... thank you, they...
Before he can complete his sentence, the prone human stands up and runs away into a dark alley, without a word and with no regard for his fallen comrades.
The watching crowd is hushed for a moment, then a mighty cheer erupts at the display they’ve just witnessed from Strix. The half-orcs are staring around nervous at the attention. Scupper’s fight pauses for a moment as everyone takes in the display, before someone tries to throw a sneaky punch at his distracted opponent and the melee resumes.
You are out of combat and initiative. You can retcon to attempt to stop the fleeing human if you wish. Otherwise, the crowd quiets and seems to be waiting for something, as are the half-orcs.
Incantis watches as Strix single-handedly takes down the group of ruffians to the response of cheers from the crowd, looking around whoever else from the party is watching. "He's getting good at that..." he telepaths, eyeing the group of half-orc waiting for their reactions.

Scupper calls out at Strix, "Damn fine fightin', lad!" Then he gets punched in the eye and resumes fisticuffs. At some point he'll stop the roustabout with, "Alright ye dodgy feckers! Drinks on me! Proper punch-up!"
As Strix nudges Vaz he wakes with a start.
SNAKE FEET! and lobs a Fire Bolt randomly into the room. 18
Phnuck? he says to Strix.
After putting out whatever damage was done Varinth will follow Strix outside.
(Odd number, it hits a person, even number hits an object) 15
A random patron's shirt is now on fire. In a moment, he will be burning alive. What will Varinth or Strix do?

Varinth immediately uses [Tooltip Not Found] to put out the patrons shirt.
I'm so sorry! Here, have half a bottle of rather pricey wine. Again, very shorry.
He will also make apologies to the publican and follow Stix out the door feeling a little sheepish.
Varinth, please make a Persuasion roll to soothe everyone's nerves...

"Beast? Yes, yes. All men beast. Some wild. Some broken."
He leans back from the punch (since it's not rolled yet? :D ) and laughs
"Ha! Punch is wild. Mebbe stop. Or body get broken, yes? Would be shame. Could talk?"

Charisma: 7
Zhudala gives a human-like cry of terror at the appearance of the rats, trying to instigate a group panic to scatter and break up the fight.

Others react in alarm as a swarm of rats appears, attracted by the music of Incantis’ pipe - though perhaps only Incantis knows this for sure.
Most people so far have not noticed the rats, and are focused on the fight.
Incantis, you do have control over the rats (updated)

Strix addresses the crowd, shrugging :
"Vi-lince not solve. But sometimes, vi-lince make peace look like better option."
Looking from the 4 half-orcs to remaining 3 humans, he adds
"4 verse 3. Unbalanced. Think best leave them be. Have better night."
And waves them off, then busies himself ensuring all of those knocked down are out of harm's way and comfortable for the duration of their slumber.
