Yes, that's Zhudala. Dekhan is wearing studded leather armour, putting his AC at 12 I think? Incantis is at 15 and Varinth at 12, but that's no change for them I think.
Scupper if he can, Scupper will sneak attack the Man 2 from hidden and then use cunning action to hide again. It means I'll probably have to move next round while stealthed to pull this trick again from somewhere else.
You can just lean over from where you are now. So we're taking the unused rolls from last time...
This is an ambush! the man says, loud enough to be heard but not quite shouting. He takes a hefty chunk of damage from the arrow that appeared from nowhere, and Scupper is hidden again.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Strix runs for the edge of the roof and leaps, one hand hooking the guttering to swing him back towards the wall, sliding down a few feet and kicking himself into a roll that brings him to Gatters rear. (Reaction : slow fall, cancels more damage than 3d6 can do)
"Citzin's 'rrest!" He proclaims, using his momentum to spin his staff at the back of Gatter's knees
Quarterstaff Attack: 8 Damage: 11
(Gatter flanked by Varinth? 22 - if that hits, Stunning Strike, Con Save Vs DC 14)
Rebounding from this he rolls under the mercenary's elbow and pivots past Varinth to drive the end of his staff at Man2's chin,
Quarterstaff Attack: 21 Damage: 4
before tumbling back towards Gatter, pistoning a foot out at his chest.
Bonus Unarmed Attack: 19 Damage: 9
(Ending in the square left of Varinth. Sorry for the delay, I'd forgotten how much the mobile version of this site hates words and typing! Mobile feat so no AoOs)

Gatter's CON save: 17
Strix's quarterstaff thuds into the back of Gatter's legs, but the man isn't stunned. Gatter and Man2 both continue to take serious damage, but are not even bloodied yet.
Lackley charges in, grim, wordless, and slashes his scimitar twice at Strix:
Dekhan will steps forward gripping Talon in both hands as roars a challenge and brings the blade down towards the thug north of Strix Attack: 12 Damage: 8 He grits his teeth and swings again Attack: 12 Damage: 11

Staggering like he's is drunk but actually because his world has large purple clouds forming everywhere, Vaz starts to panic
was happnin' ... who you? WHO YOU!
Spreading his fingers out of muscle memory he gurgles the somatic words and casts Burning Hands at 3rd level at the three bad men in front of him doing 22 damage (half on a dex save over 13) and also knocking himself flat on his back due to not bracing himself.
First two attacks bring the sorcerer down, I believe? If so, his dagger attack is for Dekhan, and without advantage it doesn't hit.
Varinth is unconscious, but not bleeding out. You can all see that the man's attack did non-lethal damage, and that the attacker took great care on that point.
I'm guessing this is just because I lack the observational qualities of most people but the token upper right...is that Zhudalia?

Zhudala will use her action to fly up and scout, seeing if the commotion is drawing any attention.

Incantis, half-elf warlock (great old one) 4/bard 1 ● Thorok Earthhand, hill dwarf mountain druid 6/grave cleric 2
Cragmyre Ironseed, earth genasi ancestral barbarian 3 ● Cyrus Natriallae, aquatic half-elf warlock of the deep 3
Are the ones who were dousing the houses still carrying the flasks of oil?
The men put down their flasks of oil and drew their weapons as soon as combat started.
Zhudala unfortunately doesn't see much over the city, but no sign of anyone nearby paying attention to the alley.
Man 2 dodges round behind Varinth, and with his scimtar attempts to knock the sorcerer unconscious:
Attack: 24 Damage: 5
Attack: 13 Damage: 7
He comes very, very close to succeeding. Varinth is barely standing.
Round Two

Man 1
Strix and Scupper
Lackley
Dekhan, Varinth and Incantis
Gatter and Man 3
Zhudala
Man 2
Man 1 realises the fight is on, and dashes to reach Dekhan, though he cannot attack this round.
Strix and Scupper are up, still on the roof.
Scupper if he can, Scupper will sneak attack the Man 2 from hidden and then use cunning action to hide again. It means I'll probably have to move next round while stealthed to pull this trick again from somewhere else.

Strix, Shifter Shadow Monk in Lost Mines of Phandelver ¦ Sihegiall Human Soulknife Rogue in In Search of Molly McGuffin

Attack: 9 Damage: 8
Attack: 23 Damage: 6
One strike connects, but barely a scratch.
Dekhan, Varinth and Incantis are up.
Dekhan will steps forward gripping Talon in both hands as roars a challenge and brings the blade down towards the thug north of Strix Attack: 12 Damage: 8 He grits his teeth and swings again Attack: 12 Damage: 11

Dekhan's attacks all miss their target.
Man 1 DEX save: 14
Man 3 DEX save: 20
Gatter DEX save: 17
It doesn't affect them as much as you'd hoped, but Gatter is starting to look a little roughed up.
Incantis is up.
Incantis grimaces as he sees Dekhan's miss after miss. He contacts the warriors mind. Fate guides not your strikes friend, keep us alive!
He hexes bandit 2 and lets loose two eldritch blasts.
Attack: 11 Damage: 16
Attack: 27 Damage: 24
Incantis, half-elf warlock (great old one) 4/bard 1 ● Thorok Earthhand, hill dwarf mountain druid 6/grave cleric 2

The guy takes two hits to the face, and is beginning to look a little rough.

Gatter's up, and he's hurt and angry. He draws a dagger along with his scimitar, and sets about killing Strix:
Attack: 14 Damage: 8
Attack: 10 Damage: 7
Attack: 9 Damage: 5
Two big hits there, and Strix is looking rough too.
Man 3 edges round to get behind Dekhan, and makes his own attacks, now with scimitar and dagger:
Attack: 16 Damage: 8
Attack: 24 Damage: 6
Attack: 16 Damage: 4
Dekhan, your unfamiliar leather armour just isn't up to the job; it's a strange feeling of vulnerability as slash after slash hits home.
Zhudala is up.
Zhudala divebombs over Strix’s head at his assailant’s face, helping with Strix’ next attack.
Incantis, half-elf warlock (great old one) 4/bard 1 ● Thorok Earthhand, hill dwarf mountain druid 6/grave cleric 2
Cragmyre Ironseed, earth genasi ancestral barbarian 3 ● Cyrus Natriallae, aquatic half-elf warlock of the deep 3
Man 2 attacks Varinth:
Scimitar Attack: 25 Damage: 11
Scimitar Attack: 23 Damage: 7
Dagger Attack: 19 Damage: 7
First two attacks bring the sorcerer down, I believe? If so, his dagger attack is for Dekhan, and without advantage it doesn't hit.
Varinth is unconscious, but not bleeding out. You can all see that the man's attack did non-lethal damage, and that the attacker took great care on that point.
Round Three
Man 1
Strix and Scupper
Lackley
Dekhan and Incantis (Varinth is unconscious)
Gatter and Man 3
Zhudala
Man 2
