Incantis takes half a moment to withdraw his dagger, his eyes glinting with a mixture of fierceness and fear. The former enters Dekhan's mind as a similarly telepathically chanted bardic inspiration. The later he focuses into a mental probe, conjuring dissonant whispers to wrack Man 1's brains.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Dekhan will fly around behind Lackley and attack Attack: 12 Damage: 6 then let the light flow through his blade 15 and use the momentum to bring the blade around again. Attack: 24 Damage: 5 once again letting his divine energy course through the blade. 16
Dekhan flies behind Lackley - it's a really tight squeeze, and he's not able to keep his wings out while he's pressed against the building, so he's forced to land to make his shots.
(Less than half of that square on the map is available to stand in. I'll allow it, but not with wings in use.)
Lackley takes a huge slice across the back, his armour coming apart. But he's still up.
Man 1 is still alive, but only barely. I assume that was fire damage?
Also, please roll a d20 for Varinth's Wild Magic check.
Gatter reaches the end of the alley, and... stops. He turns, looking around wildly, apparently not willing to go out into the street as badly beaten and bloody as he is. He readies himself to dodge any incoming attacks.
Man 3 circles round Incantis to get a better look at what's going on, but he's all business as he makes his attacks:
Zhudala follows Gatter to the end of the alley, continuing onward slightly to perch atop the very corner. She's looking for an opportunity to help Gatter actually, with the intent of creating a diversion for him to gain the confidence to move forward for her to keep tailing.
Scupper shouts out "Inky! Zhudalia mind the rabbbit to the burrow! I'm going after the leader!"
He makes a show of trying to keep up with Gatter on the rooftops. He'll even fire a couple wide shots with his bow before giving up.
((Oh right, took 4 hits))

Oops, missed that. Yes, he's still up, so he's running for the alley's exit. Incantis gets an Opportunity Attack if he wishes.

Knowing it might leave him open to a followup, Incantis slashes downward against the man's leg, trying to nonlethally hamstring him.

((If that drops Lackley Dek will head back up into the air using his remaining movement.))
Alas, Incantis' parting blow misses.

Varinth is up.
Still unsure whats going on or what seven is, Varinth tosses a ball of energy at Man 1 from his position on the ground
Chromatic Orb at 2nd level. Attack: 17 Damage: 25

Make a Deception check for Zhudala. Or persuasion, if you think that makes more sense.
