Strix whirls his staff above his throbbing head, striking at Lackley and trilling loudly as he does so, the effort making the red around the edges of his vision flare. There's a vague feeling of excitement as he senses the kill is imminent, that pales to a vague disgust as he realises that it's his own blood he's smelling. But by then its too late to hold the change back.

So instead, Dekhan will fly over and hover above Incantis as he levels Talon down at man 3 Drop your sword and step back from my companion, deny me and neither god nor man will keep you from my wrath! You're not much of a gang when you're all alone, are you? the remaining bandit hears in his head as Incantis unleashes a telepathic vicious mockery. If it looks like he's wracked with psychic pain, Incantis will chance the retreat.

(Sorry, should have specified. I'm afraid it would have been lethal as he wasn't expecting it to do quite so much damage - also, given he's down, Strix would have taken off after the runners if it's not too late to do that - 50ft)
(oooh do we have Lackley flanked?)

If Gatter hesitates, Scupper is firing more arrows. He wants him to believe that it's run or die
You do indeed.

It's the second attack that finishes him off. Lackley is down. Are you using lethal or non-lethal damage here?
Dekhan, Varinth and Incantis are up. Man 3 is the only active opposition now. Man 2 and Lackley are down or dead. Gatter and Man 1 seem to be running.
Dekhan will come over to flank man 3 and try to take him out non-lethally with the pommel of Talon Attack: 24 Damage: 12 and again Attack: 21 Damage: 13
With the flank, would the disadvantage from making a point blank ranged attack cancel out?

Yes, it would be a straight roll.

I don't think Dekhan can reach Man 3 in order to attack, and definitely not to flank. Does he have a feature that's giving him additional movement?
You're absolutely right, I was looking at the old map

Pulling Varinth to his feet would be a full action.
Man 3's WIS save: 2
He does not immediately respond to Dekhan's words.
Varinth is up.

No problem.

Would moving 5ft north to free Vaz' line of sight incur an AoO?

No, because you're not leaving the enemy's 5 ft range.
Then he will do so :)
