Strix heads in, and as soon as he raises his quarterstaff to strike, Scupper's arrow flies through the air and takes the bugbear in the chest. (Scupper just has line of sight to it.)
Then the shifter makes his attacks, the quarterstaff striking down directly onto the head, while the unarmed attack aims for the groin - but strikes some well-placed hide armour which absorbs the blow. The bugbear nevertheless screams in pain and anger as Strix darts back to his starting position.

As Zhudala enters the room and flies past the bugbears, she sees what previously you haven't been able to see - there are several Giant Spiders curled up behind the pillars. Instantly, they move, darting out along the walls, along the ceiling, across the floor, ignoring the imp and headed towards the door where Strix and Dekhan stand ready.
One giant spider approaches from behind one of the pillars at the far end of the room, and as it does so it fires a sticky web at Strix: 9 against AC. The web misses and gloms onto the wall beside Strix.
Two huge spiders were nearer, and are able to reach the door; they fill the space before you, horrible mandibles twitching and producing chittering sounds that are either horrifying or adorable, depending on how you feel about such things.
One approaches and attacks Dekhan with a bite: Attack: 15 Damage: 11
If the thing likes biting metal armour, it hides it well. There's a weird clicky screech as it shudders and withdraws a little, but still occupying the space next to Dekhan.
Another spider tries to bite Strix: Attack: 24 Damage: 4. Strix, the teeth bite down hard into your arm and you take poison damage. Also, make a CON saving throw.

((Dekhan will use his reaction to interpose his shield btw the spider and Strix imposing disadvantage on the attack.)) Dekhan will then drop the javelin he was holding and draw Talon continuing the motion of the draw into a sweeping upward strike at the spider in front of him. Attack: 23 Damage: 11
Varinth, you can't see for sure that Nezznar is not in the room, because you don't have clear line of sight to all corners in the room. However, you certainly don't see any sign of him from where you are. You are able to get a part of the way to the door east (remember that one square is 10 feet), but even dashing, you can see that it will take some time to get there. You certainly don't get any sighting of Nezznar, so you don't cast the spell. (Do you still want to do this? You can retcon if you wish.)
Regardless of what happens with Strix's saving throw and Varinth's movement, we can proceed with a few things. Dekhan's javelin clatters to the floor as he draws Talon and strikes Spider 4 for a bad wound; black ooze-like blood seeps from the wound.
As soon as Scupper looses his arrow, Vhalak turns tail and runs, first east and then south down the passage you come through. He doesn't even spare you a glance as he dashes past Varinth and down. (Scupper has used his reaction to ready his attack action, so he can't take an Opportunity Attack. Varinth, you can take one if you wish.)
Incantis grits his crooked teeth, turning his gaze back from the fleeing drow with hardly a second glance. You'd do the same... Peeking over Varinth's shoulder, he telepaths into the genasi's mind. Let him go...
Turning back to the combat, the half-elf spies bugbear 2 around the corner of the doorway. Let's try this out then shall I?..
He twists the wanderer's ring on his finger, tapping into Zhudun's celestial presence. He casts crown of madness.

The bugbear is under Incantis' control - to an extent. It glances at the spiders, and something in its eyes seems to shift.
Nothing will happen until the Bugbear's turn. When that comes, according to the spell rules you can choose a target for it to attack, but it has to be before it moves. It's also a bit unclear about whether you are in control of its movement or not - my interpretation is that you're not, but that it's not aware it's being influenced either.

Bugbear 1 and 3, seeing the giant spiders blocking the doorway, start to put their morningstars away and draw javelins instead. They come a little closer, hoping to get a good angle on the attacks over the top of the spiders. Bugbear 2 however, sees Bugbear 1 coming closer, and makes an attack on his comrade:
Attack: 17 Damage: 8
(I'm assuming that Incantis is directing the bugbear to attack any other enemy - please correct if I'm wrong)
Bugbear 1 howls in anger and confusion, and instead of switching weapons he makes a morningstar attack on his treacherous friend:
Attack: 6 Damage: 15
But misses badly, the weapon clanging as it strikes the nearby pillar instead.
Bugbear 2's WIS save: 7
The faint image of a twisted and writhing crown that had for a moment appeared around the bugbear's head fades, and it looks at Bugbear 1 in confusion. Bugbear 1's face, however, is still twisted with rage.
Round One:
A: Scupper, Zhudala and Strix
B: Dekhan, Vhalak and Incantis
C: Bugbears
D: Varinth
Scupper is readying an attack action.
Zhudala and Strix are up. (Strix, you can attack with advantage if you wish.)
Strix dashes in, attacking bugbear 3
Quarterstaff Attack: 12 Damage: 8
Bonus Unarmed Attack: 20 Damage: 6
Then runs back to the door.

(Will update map later when I'm at home)

From his vantage point, before the doorway was blocked by Charlotte, could Vaz see that Nebuchadnezzar (I've forgotten his name) is not there?
If so Varinth will Woody Run around to the eastern door hoping to flank the situation and catch Nunchucks trying to sneak up on us.
If he does catch him he will hurl a Chromatic Orb at him (2nd Level). To hit (using Tides of Chaos): 24 Damage: 15
Wild Surge Check: 4
Disadvantage roll on Spider's attack on Strix: 20
Still hits, I reckon. If so, I need a CON save from Strix.
((Yowza, sorry Strix! Dek did his best.))

Incantis is up and I still need Strix's CON save.
(Drow went this way:)
Varinth sees Vhalak dash past him and down the stairs.
I warned you! He throws a Fire Bolt at Vhalak's retreating luxurious hair.
To Hit: 10 Damage: 10
Realising it will take him too long to flank, Vaz will then dash back to the doorway, not even checking to see if he hit the Drow.
Okay, great. Updated map below: Varinth only moved 30 feet east, shot at the drow, and then headed back to where he started.

Varinth, you do singe the drow, but he keeps running.
Incantis grits his crooked teeth, turning his gaze back from the fleeing drow with hardly a second glance. You'd do the same... Peeking over Varinth's shoulder, he telepaths into the genasi's mind. Let him go...
