((So I'm realizing the confusion, but I was saying since it's an action to actually see through Zhudala its up to you what she decides to relay to Incantis, could I use his previous action & Zhudala's turn to attack with her?))
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
Incantis, half-elf warlock (great old one) 4/bard 1 ● Thorok Earthhand, hill dwarf mountain druid 6/grave cleric 2
Cragmyre Ironseed, earth genasi ancestral barbarian 3 ● Cyrus Natriallae, aquatic half-elf warlock of the deep 3
So Incantis used his previous action to see through Zhudala's senses, and that's done. This turn, when it comes to his turn, he can give up his attack action to allow Zhudala to attack using her reaction.
Right now, Zhudala can act as she or you wishes and take her normal turn, but making sure not to use her reaction. Then when Incantis takes his next turn, he can get Zhudala to attack and that will happen immediately. That's my interpretation of the rules, at least.
Spider Attack!!! (On Scupper)
Attack: 18 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
The spider is disappointed.
Incantis and Dekhan are up. Incantis, you can make your attack through Zhudala now if you wish. I also skipped over Zhudala's turn a bit, so you can direct her to attack directly as her own turn.
((No that's absolutely a fair rules interpretation, but I'm clarifying that I didn't use Incantis' action to see through Zhudala; I said that Zhudala uses her turn to scout ahead and telepathically relay back to Incantis what you see fit as DM. I was waiting to hear her response before taking my action on Incantis' turn. Happy to roll with what happened though cause I see how my wording was confusing and Incantis has already seen the info from Zhudie))
Zhudala scurries up Nezznar's leg, ready to help Strix maintain his grapple.
Seeing the pressing priority, Incantis lets off another agonizing blast at the spider, the cramped quarters of the hallway beginning to fill with an acrid and eldritch aroma.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Dekhan closes with Vezznar again and his eyes blaze as he swings Talon at the evil magic user. Attack: 13 Damage: 9 and his whole aura seems to glow as he imbues the strike with his holy might. Divine smite 8
Nezznar flinches at the feeling of Zhudala running up his leg, attempting unsuccessfully to bat the little spider away, but Incantis's familiar is too fast and stealthy, and he almost seems to be grasping futilely at the air, instead of paying attention to the armed warrior hovering above him. Incantis's bolt of eldritch force blasts past him harmlessly, distracting him further. But then a glimmer of holy light on Dekhan's sword becomes a steady glow of radiant power as he swings Talon at his adversary. Nezznar looks up, eyes wide, and he opens his mouth to speak.
Dekhan, would you like to describe how you kill this drow?
As Vezznar opens his mouth to speak Talon crashes into his left shoulder, passing through muscle and bone. The blade cleaves into the Drow’s chest as Dekhan lands next to him, an inscrutable look upon his angelic face.
Nezznar, the Black Spider, seems to have something to say, but only blood comes from his mouth as his insides are carved up by Dekhan's sword. The body sags, crumpling slowly to the ground, an easy kill for a party now feeling the power it can bring to bear.
The panicking bugbear yelps as Strix strikes him, but has the strength to continue on.
Strix, you now have your full turn to take, as do Varinth and Scupper.
The spider burns. Only the bugbear remains, feel free to attack out of initiative - if you don't want to let it escape, it doesn't really stand much of a chance.
And so, the Black Spider, Nezznar the drow, kidnapper of Gundren Rockseeker, employer of Iarno Albrek the Redbrand leader, sometime employer of King Grol of the Cragmaw tribe, master of Vyerith and Vhalak and seeker of the Wave Echo Cave and Forge of Spells, lies dead.
You stand in the temple as yet another wave echo passes through the area, shaking the ground below you and the ceiling above you, yet passing harmlessly as always. The temple, which has served as Nezznar’s makeshift camp, is littered now with corpses, but you still see points of interest: the statue at one end with large emerald eyes, the table with documents to the side, and the so far unexplored door in the passage to the east that Zhudala noticed earlier.
((Don’t worry Steve, at least you’re hitting Dekhan!))

Cragmyre Ironseed, earth genasi ancestral barbarian 3 ● Cyrus Natriallae, aquatic half-elf warlock of the deep 3
As a bonus action, Incantis moves his hex over to spider 2, cursing its strength, though his movement forward is blocked by the giant arachnid.

The last bugbear sees his boss go down, and panics, fleeing east. Strix and Dekhan, you can take opportunity attacks if you wish.
Varinth, Scupper and Strix, you can now take your turn, as you are all before the next enemy, the last giant spider.

Quarterstaff opportunity Attack: 15 Damage: 8
Strix releases the Drow just in time to avoid losing a thumb, using the momentum to try and bop the fleeing bugbear.

Eight almost imperceptible indentations arrange themselves in a circle on Nezznar's stomach as Zhudala lands safely.

Varinth, eyes wide and a little over excited, throws a quick Fire Bolt at the Spurious Spider.
FTUMCH!
To hit: 19 Damage: 6
Oooh! Crit! Damage 6!!
Scupper had taken a step back so should be free to fire another sneak attack arrow at the spider.
The spider burns. Only the bugbear remains, feel free to attack out of initiative - if you don't want to let it escape, it doesn't really stand much of a chance.
Scupper fires an arrow into the corpse of the burning spider and then shrugs at Vaz.
Jest makin sure, eh?

SNA! Vaz makes one of those involuntary noises one makes when one is too enthusiastic to word.
He scrambles over the smouldering spider and starts looking about.
Dwarf! he manages.
Varinth, are you searching for the dwarf? If so, make a Perception check.
Dekhan wipes the blood from Talon before sheathing the blade. He flies up to the ceiling surveying the room from above. Perception 6
