Dekhan has actually been Dragonguard since we found it, he likes the idea of wearing a hero's armor more than the 1 AC he loses not wearing his chainmail. He's the sneakiest no Dex bonus paladin of all time!
Round One: Incantis, Scupper, Dekhan and Zhudala Bandits 3 and 4 (surprised) Strix and Varinth Bandits 1 and 2 (surprised)
Incantis, Scupper, Dekhan and Zhudala are up first. No spells have been cast yet, no actions taken. Varinth is at the bottom of the initiative order - you can ready actions to happen after his strike, if you still want him to go first.
"Finally!! Sorry we're late..!"Zhudala cries out in common as she glides off the roof and positions herself so it sounds like the voice is emerging from around the corner of the NW alley; taking the help action to distract and aid in any way Varinth's initiation.
Incantis, not sure exactly what Vaz is about to do, though he has an idea, readies an eldritch blast.

Scupper readies an action to fire as sneak attack waiting for Vaz in the surprise (which is sounds like he gets) or any combat (in case someone jumps earlier)
Scupper uses knowledge of ambush to advise Strix for advantage on his turn. (Which would be before his redied attack in case Strix chooses to go before Vaz)
Dekhan, you basically cut the first bandit in half. It's like his armour was made of paper. The others have no time to react before you kill the next with as much ease. Bandits 3 and 4 are both dead.
Ready for Varinth's attack, Scupper's sneak attack, Incantis' spell attack and whatever Strix feels like doing to the remains. Bandits 1 and 2 are still alive, but as a reminder, non-lethal damage can only be done by a melee physical attack, not by a ranged weapon or any spell.
Incantis holds, knowing he can't knock out at range and already having conjured eldritch energies. His readied arcane power fizzles out and he waits to make his next move.

Combat is over. It was quick and it was painful, at least for these guys. Kids, more like. Two of them are probably still in their teens. You've faced bandits from this gang before - it's always been a mix of new recruits like these guys, more experienced and formidable fighters, with the odd fire mage thrown in for good measure. Scupper, you can go ahead and make that attack. :)

Did Zudalia provide advantage?
No, but you're unseen, so you have it anyway.

Okay, so Bandit 1 is still alive. Not in good shape though.
Next is Incantis' readied attack, plus Strix and Varinth's actions.

Varinth leans against the alley wall and takes a swig.
Right. Not quite what I had planned but yeah. Verily.
He hops up on a barrel and sits cross legged.
I gather they were *burp* waiting for someone so we better make the chat quick.
