Leaping over the broken wall Syna sprints along the inner western wall. Casting an Ice Knife spell as he runs, he spots the wizard through the crowd of zombies shuffling through the hole in the wall.
Attack: Attack: 8
A thick shard of ice soars through the hoard and misses the cowering wizard smashing into the wall behind. The shard smashes into a number of sharp pieces and spreads through the tower.
Wizard Dexterity Save: 16 Spell Save DC: 13
The mage ducks away just in time as glass like ice shards spray over him slicing harmlessly at his cloak.
OOC: I'll give Brots another hour or so to reappear for this round. Don't like you guys being held up too long!
OOC: Lingering Injuries disproportionately effect our party, especially our trusty tanks, Beetle and Zyltris. They last only one fight for enemies and much longer for us. Any serious injury and we'd be forced to travel and pay for Regeneration. More of a time waster and money sink than anything. I'm fine with losing them.
Also, I have to wait to post Serak's next action until I see what the wizard does. I'll likely need to cancel Faerie Fire, leaving Beetle in the dark. Luckily, he acts first.
Edit: Never mind. The campfire illuminates way further than I thought. He should still be able to see.
With Zyltris quickly being overrun, Brots slashes with his daggers at the zombie clutching to the elfs back.

Hitting the undead as hard and quickly as he can, Brots forces the zombie to loosen its grip around Zyltris neck. Finally allowing the elf to make an attack of his own.
Zyltris, suffering slightly as the zombie finally lets go of his neck, raises his morningstar and swings at another standing in front of him (Z8). Attack: 6, (+ Adv. 15) Damage: 11
The elfs morningstar, smashes into the zombies chest. Its bones break as the blow forces a wheeze out of the creatures body. The long dead bodies of orcs, goblins, humans and elves in the zombie hoard, continue to push through the courtyard.

Seeing what his spell has done, the mage panics, diving through the vines making his way to the far side of the tower.
Serak: Upon seeing the spell cast from within the tower, Serak steps from cover and says, "Sular du ananast!"

The glowing blue Faerie Fire fades as the bard continues straight west, stopping at the corner of the outermost ruined wall. He shouts at Zyltris, "Vitiala!"
A steady trickle of undead bodies begin to surround Beetle as Talon springs to life again. Its bright green flame crackles through the air to the paladins left.

Green Flame jumps to Z5 for 3 damage
The zombie instantly burst into flame, collapsing onto the ground in a contorted mess. Green flame sprays out from the blackened husk, burning the adjacent zombies skin, though it fails to notice in the chaos.
Having dodged another attack, the wizard lets out a short shriek as quickly melting ice falls from his robe. "Please! What do you want from me? Money!?", his voice echoes around the emptying tower, "I beg mercy!.... ehh.... TOV..... TOVÉRIM TÉLUM? I think?" With a flick of his wrist, the wizards again recalls an incorrect spell. Three glowing magical darts shoot outwards from his outstretched hand.

Inside the tower, the wizard notices the noise of the battle has suddenly vanished. All around him is quiet, and he know he has again been targetted by a spell.
In the courtyard the glowing blue Faerie Fire fades as the bard continues straight west, stopping at the corner of the outermost ruined wall. He shouts at Zyltris, "Vitiala!"
A burst of energy rushes through Zyltris body as he hears the bards words. The bite on his shoulder closes over and heals slightly, leaving the elf feeling revitalized.
As it slowly begins to thin out, the zombie hoard finally pushes its way into the courtyard. The southernmost zombie (Z5) with its arm still dappled with green embers, sidesteps quickly before leaping at Beetle to knock him down.
Standing strongly, Beetle laughs as another zombie harmlessly bounces off him. Through the gap infron of him, the paladin sees Zyltris almost completely surrounded as another zombie leaps onto him.
Zyltris somehow manages to step aside just in time, the zombie missing its target. Another beast beside him again walks fearlessly though the campfire to get its hands on Brots.
Campfire Damage to Z8: 3
The smell of burning flesh fills the noses of Zyltris and Brots as the zombie catches fire but somehow keeps going. He lifts an arm and swings hard at the gnome.

The zombies clawed hand smashes into Brots face scratching deeply across his face. He winces slightly with pain that quickly turns into vengeful anger.
On Zyltris opposite flank, another zombie launches itself at him, desperately trying to bring the elf down.
Zyltris remains strong, swiping away another zombie with his weak hand as he raises his morning star. Behind him, another undead (Z10) slashes at him with its withered hands.
Zombie (Z10) attack roll: 14
As his arm rises with his weapon, the zombies attack misses. Its claws slash through empty air leaving the zombie bewildered and lost.
From the rundown tower, the final two zombies emerge. The first of the zombies, (Z11) charges headfirst towards Beetle, its once fair elven hands now gnarled from death. Its teeth razorlike.
Pushing its weight into Beetle and snarling angrily, the zombie struggles to get close enough to move the paladin from its rooted spot. Meanwhile the final undead creature emerges into the hole in the tower wall and swings a long skinless arm Beetles way.
Zombie (Z12) Attack Roll: 14
Pushing itself against the gap between the wall and its fellow zombie, the bony arm fails to reach. It scrapes noisily against the jagged edges of broken stone, leaving trails of white behind it.
I'll use Zyltris attack as you've given already Ryan unless you want to change. Also thanks guys for the notes in your turns - Serak and Beetle even having lines about spells ending, collateral damage etc makes my job alot easier!

OOC: Have to update this a little earlier tonight. Work early tomorrow so probably won't be able to update in the morning. I'll take Brots turn again, but if he comes back and wants to change his action I'll work it in tomorrow. I'll update up until the wizards turn again.
Crouching behind the low wall, Syna sees the zombies before him. An intense heat burns in his palm as he extends his arm outwards, creating a bonfire around the nearest zombie (Z8). A bright light fills the courtyard as the fire explodes into life.
Zombie Fortitude Constitution Save: 17 Fortitude Save DC: 5+7=12
In the blaze, the zombie screams an unnatural cry, falling to the ground as it burns. Within moments the creature is lies motionless in a solid blackened pile.
Syna watching the creature burn, spots Brots lit by the firelight, the deep red gashes on his face dripping with blood. The druids calls out to the gnome, casting Healing Word .
Brots Healed HP: 7
Pain leaves the gnomes face as his injuries slowly recover. Turning towards the creature hassling Zyltris from behind, he steps back, stabbing his blades into the beasts side.
Brots Attack Roll 1: 12 Damage: 6
Brots Attack Roll 2: 8 Damage (Crit): 7
Brots' blades sink deep into the zombies soft rotting flesh. The undead grabs out at the wounds, delivers an angry stare at the gnome and turns his attention away from the elf.
Zyltris, with one less zombie to worry about raises his morningstar again, and roars at the gradually diminishing hoard. With a strong swing, he targets a human zombie beside him (Z9).
Attack: 5
His swing is misjudged. Its momentum taking the spiked weapon past his target and through empty air.

Wizards Move:
Sensing his time is running out, the mage draws a healing potion from his cloak. As the tangle of vines around the tower wither away, he takes a swig before throwing the glass bottle aside. He takes cover along side the curved tower wall and stares up into the night sky above him. With nowhere to hide, the situation feels helpless.
Wizard Healing Potion: 9
Unable to call out, he says a short prayer in his mind to his lord Myrkul, asking for guidance and strength. With an immediate flash of inspiration, he knows what he must do. Mustering all of his courage, the wizard pulls his robe tightly around him. With a deep breath he charges forwards, the zombies seemingly subconsciously parting before him. He passes Beetle on his left, seeing the shining steel of Talon slash out at him.
Beetle Opportunity Attack: 25
The blade slicing before him, the wizard instinctively turns right, running into a dead end between the raging inferno and the towering figure of Zyltris. Without a moment to think he finds himself saying the words, "PASSUS!" A silvery mist covers the magicians body before suddenly dissipating leaving empty air where he once stood.
A sudden faint silvery flash alerts the party to the sudden reappearance of the mage, cowering in silence beneath a tree, in the shadow of the broken tower beyond the courtyard wall.
Serak, Syna, Brots, Zyltris:
OOC: Wizard is behind 1/2 cover but also in the range of Seraks silence spell. Can't see the zombies moving very far if Syna, Brots and Zyltris want to make their moves as well.
