BASTION remains perfectly still as the sea kitten approaches. After a few initial sniffs - BASTION sticks one finger out and lets the little furry beast brush against the smooth metal.
To the empty room BASTION quietly releases a low mournful sob - that dissipates just as quickly as it appeared.
As Agency listened to Garda's response she had already kicked her legs up and crossed her arms behind her head. Before Garda could finish Agency's exhaustion had caught up to her and she began to doze of nodding and just mumbling Uh huh uh huh.....zzzz.
The last thing that crossed her mind before passing out was that she needed to remember to get 2 of those daggers and that potion of fire breath.
She had a weird dream that she was a fire breathing dragon in a circus and that she would throw daggers at someone on a circular board. Mid flight she would lite the dagger on fire with her breath.

Having sussed out that Bastion is okay, the cat jumps into its lap and goes to sleep.
As night falls over the sea a meal of cured meats and and crusty bread is served. Soon Bael brings out his cask of hafling red and offers it to the party, those members of the crew off duty partake as well. Bael takes out his viol and leads the crew in various sea shanties and drinking songs. The mood is one of good cheer and happiness, the salt air seems to be doing everyone well. After a while the cask is empty and the off duty crew go to their various cabins, into the hold, or find space to sleep on deck. Issa gives the party thin mattresses and tells them they can take the space around the main mast to sleep for the night.

Ackam does not take one of the mattress, but instead he finds himself a spare hammock net and sets himself up on the upper deck, out of the way from the crew, but close enough to be on hand if something is needed. If there is a watch order then Ackam will take the third shift (OOC - guessing there are four shifts?).

Varris, having spent most of the day enjoying his surroundings and getting reacquainted with the seas, prepares for a sorely needed rest. Seeing Ackam set-up a hammock , he thinks to himself:
Ahh, it has been many moons since I slept under the starts. A rare opportunity indeed!
Seizing the opportunity he follows Ackam's lead and begins hanging a hammock on the top deck.

Happy to take whatever watch! Also, thanks for the loot list, Kristi!
I know Jesse mentioned this earlier, but we should try to organize who got what and make sure everyone updates their character sheet. So far this is the breakdown of all the items we have received so far and who has what, but tell me if I am wrong:
That sounds right to me, Dom. Maybe we never got that potion identified, but we can say that Jayce identified that one too, it's a potion of lightning resistance once I get most of a watch order we can proceed. everybody just hit me with a preferred watch and a perception check.

Aedra jumps in with Bael and sings for the group a song in her elven tongue taught to her many years ago by her grandfather.Loosely translated it goes something like… I don't want her, you can have her, She's too fat for me, She's too fat for me, Oh I don't want her you can have her, She's too fat, Much too fat, She's too fat for me.Needless to say it sounds much prettier in elvish. She takes a mattress and finds herself a cozy spot to get some quick shut-eye.I’ll take the second watch shift if someone will volunteer for the first.

No problem, Jordan! That's totally my sparkly spidery brooch tho, Dom. Just sayin' :P

Earthhand spends the evening drinking with the halflings and sharing his kenabi with the wizard. He has the good sense to cast goodberry before getting too drunk. It isn't long before he is proper inebriated, and several raucous hours pass wherein none of the any party members are able to discern anything he's saying; at some point he may have hit on Aedra, Agency, Garda and possibly also on Varris, but it's impossible to say for sure. He forgoes the bedroll, wrapping himself in his wolfpelt cloak a distance away from the party. It's a good thing; he snores with the fury of the storm in his home high in the Zephyr Mountains. He awakens before the rest of the party, effectively taking last watch.

Btw Mark that item tag didn't go through on the potion.
The ship begins to quiet down as sailors begin to find their bunks, hammocks, or empty space on the deck for the drunker ones. The first couple of shifts go quietly, Bastion and Aedra see a whale 30 yards off the port bow, a spray of water rising into the moonlight before it quests back down below. Ackam wakes up for his watch, he walks the deck looking out over the water, reminiscing about his days as a pirate. He is pulled from his reverie when he hears a strange clicking noise coming from out on the water. One of the crew hears it too and moves towards the rail. He peers into the darkness, after a while and turns back around and shrugs at Ackam Sometimes there’s a Ackam doesn’t hear the rest of what the sailor was going to say because at that moment his body jerks forward as a harpoon explodes from his shoulder. He stands for a moment in shock and is jerked back over the rail. Bael comes running All hands! All hands! Stay the hells away from the railings! There’s a Merrow out there or I’m a stone gnome! The sound of webbed feet hitting the deck draws Bastion’s attention as tall aquatic humanoids climb over the railing, their hideous voices rising in a chorus of gurgling shouts. Dainlen’s hairy balls! Sahuagin! Just then a huge tentacle wraps around another sailor and pulls him into the water, a giant octopus pulls itself on to the deck a moment later. And now this! At them, lads! Or we sleep in the depths tonight!
I got you!

Aedra glides over to Earthhand and looks down at him with wide, gold-flecked eyes as she asks, ever-so-sweetly, Are we there yet??

So i guess we are all asleep 4 the night?
Sorry, yeah, unless there’s anything else you guys want to do story wise, or if you want to set a watch order.

Dom that's incredibly helpful, two corrections - the shield went to Bastion and the Brooch went to Aedra IIRC
