Lanour moves to L5 and readies his crossbow. (Do we both hit at the same time?)

Tanrick fires his crossbow at the same time as Lanour, the arrows flying at their respective targets. Attack: 13 Damage: 8 as soon as the arrows fly tanrick releases his spell, sending a wave offlame at lanour once more. (18 damage or dc 12 dex save, half damage on success )

(You can only do 1: Crosswbow or Spell. And you didn't ready a shot with the bow.)
