Killian will sheath her longsword (free object interaction) and crouch by Hox, while keeping her shield up, and touch him to Lay On Hands (Action) the remaining 15 hp she has available. Hopefully she is blocking Fauxmbles from attacking Hox. "Your friend is down and he has not become a frog, barbarian! Are you convinced now?!"

OOC: (I apologize, the posts looked so similar I just missed it being the next round)
Zane sees Killian take care of Hox and continues mocking the frog. Although it's been seemingly ineffective so far, there isn't anything much better he can do. (Vicious Mockery once again for possibly 5 damage)

The gnome once again seems to ignore Zane's mockery. Using her bugbear companion for a moment of cover, Killian sends divine energy coursing through Hox, sealing the worst of his bleeding. The kobold wakes, conscious but still in pain.
Round 3 Order: Fumbles Players <===== Gruun and Hox are still to act
Tracking: Killian and Gruun are engaged in melee combat with Fumbles. Roccar is 20 feet behind the combat, near the portal. All combatants are within melee range of each other.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Hox scampers away as he regains consciousness. "Not friend, Hox stole from clan man before. Pay debt by serving and killing." He says as he throws his dagger at the imposter. He pulls his shortbow out as he keeps out of reach.
(Disengaging, attacking, then pulling out shortbow.)
"You will stay here until we're done with you!" Gruun bellows as the "gnome" is moving away from them. He slams his Greataxe in a downward arc Attack: 13 Damage: 18 Leaving it embedded in the ground he reaches out to grab "Fumbles" Atheletics: 24
OOC: Hox's dagger would be on the ground from being unconscious, so Interaction = picking up dagger, Action = throwing dagger, Bonus Action = disengage. He can then use his Interaction next turn to draw his shortbow.
DM Screen:

Hox's dagger collides with Gruun's axe as it embeds itself in a gap between the stone of the floor. Gruun's decision to leave his axe behind surprises Fumbles, and the gnome is suddenly wrapped firmly in place by the bugbear's gangly arms.
Roccar doesn't respond to Killian, but he stares at her over Hox's unconscious body before she brings him back to consciousness. His face becomes a mask of unbridled rage. "HOW DAREYOU, frog!" he screams, finally bringing his axe to bear on Fumbles.

"Roccar, you're not thinking straight! Stop for a moment and--" Fumbles desperately tries to wrench himself free of Gruun before Roccar arrives, to no avail. The barbarian brings his greataxe down, hammering at the gnome while Gruun holds him in place, dealing 22, 10, and 11 slashing damage. The force of his blows should have cleaved the gnome through his collarbone, but the axe only leaves a gouge, which now gushes blood even as some of the party's previous strikes begin to heal.
Round 4 Order: Fumbles Roccar Players <=====
Tracking: Killian, Gruun and Roccar are engaged in melee combat with Fumbles. All combatants are within melee range of each other.
Zane is disappointed at his ineffectiveness, so he will just help the others. Bardic Inspiration to Gruun and Help action as well, helping him keep "Fumbles" in place.

Gruun will take advantage of his grip on "Fumbles" and attempt to Shove him onto the ground and maintain his grapple. Shove: 16 Grapple: 25
Here I think I have two options, if an object interaction is seperate I would like to draw my dagger to attack, if not I'll just punch him. Dagger: Attack: 27 Damage: 12 ADV if shove works 26 Fist: Attack: 8 Damage: 7 ADV for shove 13
(OOC: Gruun can use the bardic inspiration dice as well to add 1d8 to one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw. This can be added after seeing the roll, but before knowing the outcome. Lasts for 10 minutes (or until used) )
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.

With one hand still firmly gripping Fumbles, Gruun shoulder-blocks him into the ground, falling atop him with Zane. Killian has to pull her attacks, trying to find room to strike, but Hox is able to find a gap, firing an arrow into Fumbles' stomach.
"Enough of this!" Fumbles shouts, his voice growing deep and gravelly as his skin turns a mottled black shade and his skin stretches to almost three times its previous side. Where Fumbles once lay is now a death slaad, bleeding from multiple wounds and still held in place on the ground by Gruun and Zane.
Gruun Athletics:20 Death Slaad Athletics: 22 +1 Greataxe vs. Death Slaad: 22 +1 Greataxe vs. Death Slaad: 21 Bardic Inspiration: 8 +1 Greataxe vs. Death Slaad: 27
Try as he might, the slaad cannot escape Gruun's grasp. Practically defenseless against the angered barbarian, the slaad can do nothing but watch his greataxe slam twice into his thick legs, dealing 17 and 13 slashing damage. Unable to sever his limb, Roccar aims a third attack for its neck, missing by inches as the slaad manages to wriggle free just enough to turn it head away from the strike. Its wounds are not healing as quickly as new ones are appearing, and for the first time it wears a look of desperation.
Round 5 Order: Death Slaad Roccar Players <=====
Tracking: Killian, Gruun, Zane and Roccar are engaged in melee combat with the death slaad. Gruun and Zane have the death slaad restrained and prone on the ground. All combatants are within melee range of each other.
Zane is finally feeling useful, but he also notices the thing not attacking back, but instead trying to escape. So he keeps Helping Gruun keep it pinned and hopes the others can finish it off fast enough. "Hox, give it your best!" (granting a d8 of Bardic Inspiration to Hox).
Keeping a firm hold on the now Slaadi, Gruun brings his dagger up and goes for the neck but anywhere in the face will do. Attack: 21 Damage: 8, 10 OOC:(I left of Advantage since being prone doesn't help me when I'm what's keeping him there. Added it to the end if it does)
OOC: Botting Hox for this round with a shortbow Attack: 27 + Bardic Inspiration: 3, Damage: 24
The slaad strains against Gruun as the bugbear brings his dagger down into its neck. Choking, it manages to bring one arm to bear, smacking Killian's sword aside. Quicker than it can react, she stabs down through its arm, pinning it through its stomach.
The creature spits in Gruun's face. "It...gahah...loves...you," it gurgles with the last of its strength before Hox silences it forever, firing his arrow through the side of its head.
"Graaaaaaaaaahhh!" Roccar brings his axe high, careening it toward the ground, where it severs the slaad's head from its body. Releasing his grip, the axe falls from his hand and the room falls quiet, save for the exhausted breathing of those within the room.
The rage on Roccar's face slowly fades, replaced with a look of somber sorrow. "You...Fumbles; you said it earlier, that Fumbles gave his life for you. You saw him fall?" he breaks the silence.
OOC: Each character has received 100 XP for reaching the portal room while avoiding slaadi ambushes, 400 XP for saving the half elf, 200 XP for convincing Roccar that "Fumbles" was fake, 300 XP for avoiding traps along the way, and 1,180 XP for defeating the death slaad.
Killian wipes her longsword on something handy. "Yes, he bid us run, we saw him with his necklace, surrounded by Slaadi, then there was shattering boom, and the ceiling fell in where he was with the them. What do you know of this portal? Can it be closed?"
She will take a moment to scan the party with the monocle, just in case.

Everyone in the room now appears the same through the lens of the monocle. Roccar steps up to the slaad's corpse and grabs the monocle it had dropped, taking a moment to gaze over the party as well.
"Then we have lost Sundabar. All of Fumbles' work, for naught," he sighs, dropping his forehead into the palm of his hand and rubbing at his temples.
"Despite the way it looks, this portal is currently closed. Had you arrived a moment later, the slaad would have heard me speak the command word and been given instant access to Luskan. I have no doubt they infiltrated Sundabar in a similar manner. I feel no small amount of shame that I, of all people, was fooled," he laments.
He looks the party over again. "I don't know who you are, but if you earned Fumbles' trust enough for him to tell you of this location speaks volumes of either your character or the desperation we now face. Please step through with me to Luskan. I would like a debriefing of Fumbles' last moments; and I could use your help."
"Hox. I care not of your past. You fought hard for Thane, and risked your life for his girls. You earned your freedom. I do not ask this to press you into further service. You will all be well paid for your help," he says.
