Xel thinks "I maybe might not have though this 'go out into the world' thing thoroughly enough" as he blocks out the pain from the zombies attack. This situation has gotten out of hand very quickly."
Xel moves 15 feet to C7 and casts Chill Touch on the Zombie in I7.
Xel moves to a point where he can see the zombies. He sees the prone form of Epos but unfortunately he cannot recklessly rush in to offer him any aid. He hopes that the zombies will be attracted to a living moving target. He concentrates on the spell he has memorised by rote and casts it, praying he can take one down.

OOC: Khial, you can pick up your bow, but stashing it away will use up your action. Also, you should roll with advantage since the zombie is prone. (Another thing, on your first attack roll, where is your attack bonus?) Please make another attack roll.

But Khial is now wise to the ways of the undead; he brings his rapier up in time to stop the zombie.
