Dicaeus slowly picks his way through the sharp rocks, coming to stand with his three companions. “It is done, then. We should search the bodies for what evidence we can find, and then take the head and make ourselves scarce.” He starts to walk towards Drogon’s body before turning back and putting his hand on the slightly burnt shoulder of Carrus. “Carrus, I apologize for the... mistiming of that second blast. That was poorly judged on my part. Tend to the wound as much as you can. I can grab the head.” He accepts the cloak from Anax, stows it away, and then continues on towards Drogon and commands the sharper bones of his collection to start working the head free. If none are sharp enough, then he does the work himself with a knife
Carrus frowns slightly at Anax's commanding tone, but says nothing. He's been wondering, since Achilles left, what the command structure of the group would be. In most of their training exercises, the General had designated a leader, and there had been no thought of questioning that. Now they might have to choose one for themselves or, and Carrus hated the very thought, continue without one.
As Dicaeus puts his hand on his shoulder, Carrus feigns annoyance for a brief moment before letting the corners of his mouth twitch upwards and grasping Dicaeus's shoulder in return. You killed four beasts. And barely touched me. That's a win, my friend. Despite his smile, Carrus's tone is entirely serious, as he wants Dicaeus to enjoy his triumph.
As the others see to their tasks, Carrus uses Lay on Hands to heal himself 47 HP, then walks over to Cybele. That really worked he says, letting some of the joy he feels at the victory enter his voice.
None of those bones are any where near sharp enough to cut the thick flesh of the fallen Minotaur. You remember the carving knife given to Cybele by Frigg, those types of knives are specifically made to cut threw flesh.
As you begin working on severing the head you can help but notice the odd belt Drogon is wearing. It actually has straps that come to the shoulders, Explains why the pauldrons stayed in place. On the front of the belt you see a depiction of some kind of face. The cloak was unharmed by the heat of the Heat metal spell and looks very well made.
It takes 5 minutes but you eventually cut threw the last strand of muscle and have the head of drogon free from the rest of his body. It is HEAVY, Dicaeus you cannot lift it by yourself.

Does the belt seem special? I can't tell if you've drawn attention to it because of it being a design we don't recognise or because it's magical in nature. Either way I suppose we can grab it.

Anax takes the belt, It's surprisingly heavy but not too heavy to cause any strain when carrying or wearing it.
Carrus the head weighs over 40 pounds, this was a BIG minotaur. You or Anax could probably carry it but I would give you disadvantage on any stealth checks you make.
Weight wouldn't make a difference to Carrus or Anax, both of you are fairly strong. Its the awkward nature of the head, this is a massive bull skull that is going to be awkward to carry and maneuver around.
Cybele, still in bear shape, will lope over to the body of the drow that fell from the cliff with Drogon and paw at it with a grunt. She'll grunt at her companions, hoping they get her meaning since she would rather not change back yet.

”Whichever one of you isn’t carrying Drogon, come get this fellow! It’s proof the drow are involved, and we can potentially get secrets from him through the clergy. Given time, I’m sure they can find someone who can Speak with Dead.”

As Dicaeus is inspecting the Drow corpse, Carrus will make an attempt at searching the tent for any surviving papers, artifacts or objects of interest. Perception22 (-4 if Investigation.)
Afterwards, Carrus will pick up the Drow and sling him over his shoulder. He nods back in the direction of Athens to indicate his vote.
Dicaeus the drow is wearing worn leather armor thats lined with fur, it looks old and well used. Flipping the body over you can see one of the jagged rocks impaled the drow threw their good eye and killed them instantly. You see the drow has a belt with 5 daggers shoved into it, Rummaging threw the pockets you find no papers but do find a Gold pouch. It's a hefty amount and makes a noise as you pull it free.
Carrus the tent is in flames at this point, anything pertaining to the Alliance between the Minotaurs and Drow is now ashes. You do find a rather nice looking battleaxe, Sharp to the touch and long enough to be wielded with both hands. A small effigy of a Bull is actually forged into the face of the blade. You gather this was probably Drogons weapon.
So its back to Athens then?

Ok, so you leave the bottom of the Ridge. Having acquired Victory and fairly easily thanks to a brilliant strategy. Taking the spoils of the battle with you along with the Corpse of a Drow and the head of Drogon. You being your two hour march back to Athens, the first hour passes by without any sign of trouble. The northern wall comes back into view as you grow closer, following the same trail you had taken previously. You look to where the Northern gate would be and you can see hundreds of flaming arrows sailing threw the sky, the War between Athens and The Horde still rages on.
If you want to add anything do so now.

Changing out of her bear shape after the run back to the city, Cybele will wobble on her feet for a moment before casting Cure Wounds using a first level slot twice.
9 + 11
"Agreed, lets find the King and show the enemy their leader has fallen."
Edit: And another cure wounds at 3rd level because owwwww 14
Good call Jaydee, Cybele took a beating from Drogon.
Ok if no one else has anything they want to do. You continue to follow the game trail back to the secret exit, Walking for another hour. The clouds have slowly seperated and moved on by now, the sky is clear with millions of stars. The stench of death reaches your nose as the wind picks up, a distant odor from the battle that is still being fought. You find the exit and open it with Anax having to throw the head of Drogon threw ahead of him. Picking it up again once you are all in the city limits, Frigg is no where to be seen.
You eventually come back to the warhall to find it unguarded and the gates barred shut. Taking this as a sign that Theseus has not yet returned from the frontline you go to the northern gate. Here you can hear the screams of wounded soldiers as some have their limbs amputated while others are simply given a hot cup of tea and put to rest. You see hundreds of folk in white robes, Clerics of Athena running back and forth; Doing what they can to keep the soldiers alive. The Clerics look exhausted and spent, having resorted to field medicine and bandaging instead of asking for Athena's power.
You find Theseus and Achilles just past the front gate. Both look worse for wear, Achilles is covered in guts and gore; His armor is broken and dented. He seems to have taken a rather nasty wound on his face, a large cut has robbed him of his right eye.
Theseus looks like he is about to collapse, Dozens of fresh cuts cover his body. His robes are stained with blood and other bodily fluids, He is resting, sitting on a simple stool trying to catch his breath. Frigg, Who is bloodstained rushes upto Achilles and Theseus with a pair of steaming Cups; Handing one to each of them. She notices you arrive and upon seeing the large Minotaur head, Cracks a smile. "Well well, It seems The Four live up to their reputation."

Anax will grab the belt and shoulder guards if nobody else does.
Pauldrons could be cool, and minotaur-sized ones will probably fit him.

Carrus inspects Drogon's head while the team is working on it; approximately how heavy is it? Could he or Anax carry it? Investigation if needed: 8

Anax can comfortably carry 600lb, or push/drag/lift 1200lb (roughly the average weight of a horse).

Investigation: 9 (advantage roll if Cybele decides to help: 3)
