I'll take the liberty of disrupting the order slightly here, and say that Ireena once again delays her turn. Now we are still waiting for Puddin, but Kif and Fope can also go.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Also I'm going to make this a Trip attack using a superiority die
for reference ◆ Trip Attack (Maneuver, PHB 74) Use after hitting a creature; I add the superiority die to the attack's damage If target is Large or smaller, it must make a Strength save or be knocked prone
Excellent. It squeals in buggy pain, as it tumbles down off of several of its legs. As it rests, half on the ground, glaring at you angrily, Ireena can no longer restrain herself. She comes running up and, using the advantage conferred by the successful trip attack, stabs it through its head with her rapier. It's dead!

Føpé will attempt to break free, and if he fails, Irena, well done, I don't suppose you could give me a hand?
Strength 10
A word here on probability. If I need to roll a 13 - 1 = 12 to break free, then on any given roll there is a 9/20 chance that I should succeed. What that translates to, is that the expected number of turns it should take me to succeed is 20/9, or approximately 2.
The variance for the roll is (1-9/20)/(9/20)^2 = 2.7
Chebyschev's inequality tells us that the probability of taking more than 4 turns is less than 1.4/4, which in this case isn't saying very much. The conclusion we can draw here is, while it is taking Føpé longer than average to break free, that's perfectly normal.
Ireena looks up from the dead beast. She hears her name called and peers around a spider that is the size of a horse, and fills most of the space between you and it. This particular spider is unharmed, and is glowering ferociously at all around it, with its multifaceted bug-eyes.
She looks a little surprised that you would ask her to do this, though she does appear to be considering the request.
Regardless of what she's thinking, you remain unable to break free of the webbing.
The spider standing over Fope finally connects with a bite. Fope, give me a DC 11 CON save to protect yourself against poison. Take 14 damage and be paralyzed if you fail the save, and take 10 damage and be not paralyzed if you make the save. Good luck!
While it's biting Fope, it gets hit in the adze with an adze. Meanwhile, the wounded spider further back in the trees stays up high, and dodges out of the way of Puddin's powerful spell. It shifts its position in the trees and shoots a web at Puddin. It hits her!
Fope, make your save. Everybody is up. I'll just mix Ireena in with the rest of you.
Fope and Puddin are restrained. Fope has not tried to break free yet this turn. Everybody is free to act, except for Puddin, though she may still use her bonus action to manipulate the magic adze.
I thought Føpé did try to break free, when I talked about the probability of how long it should take him, but if I have that wrong then here's another shot at it. But if I had that right, please ignore this roll.

You hit it! You hear it hiss in pain. It looks badly hurt, to the extent you can still see it in the trees.
Barnaby looks cross that after his dramatic speech he was unable to finish off the spider. 🤨

When it's my turn I'm going to take a swing at the spider next to me. If that spider is no longer there I will move up to the next closes one
24 attack 8

Use after hitting a creature; I add the superiority die to the attack's damage

Sup die roll to add to damage 6

We are now waiting for Fope and for Puddin. Then the spiders go.

Puddin attempts to take out the spider still in the tree with a Guiding Bolt!
Guiding Bolt: 11
Damage: 15
The Adze will attack the spider still resting on the ground as Puddin's Bonus action:
Spiritual Weapon: 10
Damage: 4
Uh, testing? 12

Puddin, you are restrained. A DC 12 strength check will get you out. Only seems to be a problem for Fope.
DC Save: 0
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. That's what happens when you have -1 Strength
CON save: 11
Few.

OK, so whenever it's my turn I'm going to move up as I've done on the map and take a swing at the spider attacking Fope
18 attack
if it hits 4
Also if that hits I'd like that to be a tripping attack again strength save
8 added to damage
