So it's early afternoon, even with our friend's wolf bath and short rest. I don't want to lose sight of the Hendrik guy, I feel a little sense of urgency there because of the threat to the church. Should we try and go over there and get the bones back to the church before we go to the party on what is probably spook hall? We should have a 3-4 hours and if we show up to lady Whateva's bash she did send it at the last minute and we had conflicts
Vallaki is shaped like an isosceles triangle. Flat on the bottom, proportionally wide at the base, with the southern boundary of the triangle a bit (but not much) longer than the boundaries on the northwest and the northeast. You entered through a gate at the eastern point.
The town square is just right of center. The inn is a bit west of that, just a hair northwest of center. The temple and orphanage are near each other, further west. The coffin shop is near the southern boundary of Vallaki, and it's to the east, back near the gate where you entered.
Eventually I'll produce a map. Anyway, you find the shop:
This uninviting shop is two stories tall and has a sign shaped like a coffin above the front door. All of the window shutters are closed up tight, and a deathly silence surrounds the establishment.
Barnaby opens his cloak a bit and the little owl flies out.
Tulip - and through her, Barnaby - quickly discovers that all the windows of this two-story building are shuttered and the door (as you can see) is closed.
Oh, cool
Say good sir would the Burgomaster and the Wacher families happen to be on good terms or is there a bit of enmity between the two
Hey, anybody, remember that time we got invited to a thing and ended up in this whole *****, vampire, werewolf mess?
I remember that.
Ah Føpé, remember that time when you stood on the chair demanding accountability...good times,
“I don’t know for sure. Though I guess you don’t see them together much, so maybe not.”
Remember Daggerford? Fun times.

I suppose duty calls, but I hope Føpé's other shirt finishes drying in time for the party if he gets blood on the one he's wearing.
Lucento nods in agreement with the suggestion of a trip to the coffin shop. From what Miljov said, it sounds as if Hendrick has much to answer for.
I figured your short rest took about an hour.
I’m in!
Barnaby recovered a second level spell slot during the rest.
OK, off to Hendrik's hovel!?
are we there yet?
Yes!

Perhaps Tulip could fly around the building, get a look at the other sides and the roof.

edit: Nothing exciting on the roof.
Well, let’s try the direct approach. Barnaby walks up and pounds his small fist against the door. Hello?!
A man's voice responds from inside: We're closed! Go away!
We have just slain the demon at the orphanage. We know something of your problem. We're here to help. Please let us in; we just want to talk.
Persuasion: 12
There's a pause, perhaps he's weighing your words or maybe he's just confused, but you hear nothing. Then he responds a second time:
Go away!
Kif, would you mind opening the door for us?
My pleasure
Kif steps up to bust the door down
