With the group of foes suppressed by the quick thinking of Chubs and Barnaby, Lucento springs into action to provide support. After pouring a spit of holy water into the palm of his hand, Lucento casts it over his companions, each drop landing audibly in the strange silence of the room. [Casting Bless on companions].
The blights in this room are of a type you have not seen in many days, though you (Barnaby and Kif) encountered several of them soon after you left your fateful meeting with Madam Eva. They are not quite as large or thick as the ones upstairs, the ones that were thick with vines, but they are much larger than the ones made out of twigs. These humanoid plant creatures are about 5 and a half feet tall and are covered with needles that look very much like pine needles.
Two of them lunch at Chubs, but he dodges their groping reach. He moves surprisingly nimbly! But he is not prepared for the assault of the one in back, which fling some of its needles at him. They tear into exposed flesh, dealing 5 points of damage. Two more circle around the far side of the wine rack and fling needles at Kif. He has seen this trick before, but one of them gets him right in the face, with a crit! Kif takes 13 damage! The other one misses.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Chubs will swing down at the twiggy in front of him with the druid staff, attack 19 for 10 damage, and then attempt to punch it in the face with his half full mug, unarmed attack 22 for 5 damage. Have a drink friend.
The two attacks together finish off the piney creature. As it collapses, and the floral, herbal scent of pine fill the air for a moment, and Chubs gets an idea.
The cultist remains held in place. Barnaby and Lucento, you're up!
Chubs uses his movement to step up to the next shrub while scooping a few pine needles into his mug.
Barnaby, meanwhile, launches a fire bolt at the closest needler. 19 to hit for 10 damage.
Edit: A clarification now that I've had a moment to look at the map. I said closest 'cause I didn't know what was where, but Barnaby's attack will be against the one next to Kif.
Lucento summons a mace of radiant light and sends it toward the blight that Barnaby just burned (unless that blight died, in which case Lucento will target a living Blight): 4 [to hit] for 6 [damage].
Barnaby blasts the one next to Kif with a bolt of fire. It burns fiercely, and for a moment looks like it is going to collapse. But it stays on its feet, and Lucento misses it, with his spiritual hammer.
It grabs at Kif, rending him with flaming claws. If a 15 hits, poor Kif suffers max damage of 13 hit points!
Meanwhile, the two attacking Chubs both swing at him. One rolls a 20, which I think hits, and the other gets a 16, which I'm pretty sure misses. Each, if it hits, deals 8 points of damage.
The cultist remains under the effect of the Hold spell, for now. Kif (if he's still conscious) and Chubs are up.
Having dropped the needles into his mug, Chubs peers down inside as froth comes up over the lid. Without looking up he takes a backhand swing with the druid staff, attack 16 for 10 damage. He takes healthy swallow. Kind of like a mosaic hops. Not my favorite, but not bad. He looks up at twiggy, smiles, and then kicks out between its legs. Unarmed attack 8 for 6 damage.
Edit: Ach, apparently these things lack genitals. Should have been obvious I suppose.
Also, GM was correct that one attack hit Chubs, the other did not.
Kif feels the heat and force of the swing as he ducks underneath it. The flaming creature, overextended, is exposed, and Kif easily slashes through its burning frame with his axe. The creature collapses in embers at his feet.
Chubs delivers a massive bonk to the barky head of the creature next to him, and it does appear momentarily dazed, but it regains its focus and is still - barely - standing.

I think I've lost control over him! Barnaby the Bold takes a small, but bold, step forwards and, with condensation suddenly forming around a pointed finger, will aim a ray of frost at what he can see of the druid. 7 to hit for 2 damage and a 10' per round reduction of the target's movement speed until the start of Barnaby's next turn. I said hold you scum!

Emboldened by Barnaby's relentless valor, Lucento summons his own courage and preemptively advances toward Kif and the druid, while (as a bonus action) pulling his radiant mace through the air toward a surviving blight-type creature: 4 (to hit) for 11 (damage).
Lucento darts into the zone of silence as the divine hammer darts over the top of the wine rack. Once there, with a crunch, it dispatches the wounded blight menacing Chubs. Barnaby blasts cultist with a ray of frost, and he staggers in shock and pain.
The sole surviving blight rends Chubs with its sharp wooden claws, critting and dealing 11 points of damage! Minimum crit damage!

I'm sorry again, inexplicably busy week.

Kif! Grab the druid. I don't know how long I can hold him.
Beads of sweat dripping down Barnaby's furrowed brow clearly show the strain put upon him by the concentration required to overcome the Druid's will.
Kif grapples with the druid Athletics (?) 13
Hold that thought, buddy.

Kif, now you're up.
FFS, ok, so theater of the mind.
Oww tree-****er
Kif will move up and take a swing at the twig that hurt him 23 to hit 6 damage
edit re-roll damage on a 1 13
Destroyed! Good job. Glad to see the skills pay off.
Chubs is up.

And the attack on Kif was a miss
Kif swings at the flaming dude 15 if that hits 7 damage
edit: rerolling 2 damage 8
Somehow the internet ate an entire post here. :(

Kif, you may move, if you want.
This map is weird because we're on it twice
But Kif, after dispatching the foe steps toward the druid type in front of him
Blue: The audience quietly applauds in appreciation.
Yeah, sorry about that. I won't do that again.
The druid begins to sway, and appears to come to himself. That's all he does.
Barnaby and Lucento, you may go.
