Yes. The stairs and ramp both lead up into the large fermentation chamber on the first floor, which you've already seen. You don't know where these other stairs go. I do not intend to choose for you, in this situation.
Barnaby: We should work from a place that we know. Let's take the ramp up to the fermentation room. We will come back for the wine when the building is secure. Come, let us move forwards.
When they get tot the fermentation room, I presume Barnaby's detect magic will still be going. I believe that we left that room in a hurry last time.
yep, he seemed to have nothing more to offer so Kif ended his life, not out of anger, but after seeing how the other Druid killed himself, realizing these guys held their life in low esteem, especially when forced to tell us anything. It’s never done lightly
And it's up! Chubs, take a peek. But be quick! They're coming.
Chubs sees twig blights creeping around the first floor, and perhaps beginning to make their way to the stairs and doors in and out of the main room. I moved him on Roll20 so Josh can see.
Those of you who already rolled stealth keep those rolls. Chubs has now peeked at the main floor. Presumably he goes back down and tells the others what he’s seen.
Chubs: Well brothers, there's a crap ton of blights up there. It might be too many of them.
Barnaby: Why don't we lure them down the stairs? If Kif and Chubs hold them there, it will be a good pinch point where we can fight them one at a time.
Chubs: What a great idea Barnaby! You have a great mind for strategy. I am oh so impressed.
Josh: Dialogue with yourself is both ridiculous and self serving. :~P
Chubs and Barnaby, in earnest agreement with each other, put together a plan in which the party will cause a disturbance at the bottom of the ramp, bringing the creatures down toward the party.
If anyone has anything to say before this plan is put into action, now is the time.
Lucento moves in behind Kif and, from that position of relative safety, calls down a burst of radiant energy over the nearest surviving blight (Sacred Flame).
The party collectively nukes the ever-loving s**t out of the two twig creatures you can see.
More come pouring down the stairs - from both directions, you realize - and the front two both swing their claws at Kif. If a 19 hits, Kif takes 4 damage. The other one misses.
Everybody is up.

I’m ready to climb some ramps
Ok. Roll stealth checks, if you want to. And in the future, if you don’t say you’re being stealthy, I’ll assume you aren’t.
Chubs: Hold back brothers, I will scout ahead.
Barnaby will stay about 20' behind beckoning the others to do the same.
Chubs stealth: 22, Barnaby stealth: 15
21 stealth
Ok. I’ll give Chubs a peek at the main floor later this evening.

sounds fine
Chubs beats his mug against the stone wall of this basement, and the clanging echoes all around. The blights come shuffling down the ramp.
Roll initiative!
15 initiative
Barnaby initiative: 15
Chubs initiative: 12
Ok. I neglected to mention that I've updated the map. Sorry!
Please place yourselves where you would be at the setting of the trap.
The bad guys rolled quite poorly on initiative, so everybody gets to go. I rolled for Lucento, who also got a 12.
Chubs will attack what he can reach: Staff attacks at 25 for 5 damage, and unarmed attack at 9 for 5 damage.
Barnaby will attack whatever he can see with a firebolt at 8 for 8 damage.
attacking the twig next to me (or the one next to him) 10 if that hits 10 damage
<edit>reroll on 2 damage roll 7
