Kif will take a moment, considering whether it would be worth it to hid behind the casters, then he decides to move up and hold an attack action if a wolf comes within reach

Chubs will do the same on the other side of the cart. Attack 25 for 6 damage.
Barnaby will, meanwhile, climb up on the cart for a good view of the battlefield and usher the winery folk to get behind his, comparatively diminutive, body for protection. Stand back children! We will handle these cretins. There is a touch of an overly dramatic snarl on his lips. He holds a firebolt to attack whichever one comes at Chubs first. Attack 7 for 10 damage.
Barnaby will also look to see if he can discern anything about these creatures, knowledge check 17, arcana, nature, religion, history all get +6. Not sure what other checks might apply.
I was referring to the tokens that are in front of the cart (to the right on your computer screen). I believe they may be left from a previous encounter.
Following Barnaby’s lead, Lucento ushers the children away from the wolves and (assuming that does not consume his action) casts bless (as a second level spell) on himself and his three companions.
They aren’t little kids. They are young men, who would ordinarily do this without you. They have been sitting on the front edge of the wagon, occasionally interac with the two horses, all morning.
Barnaby puts 2+2 together and realizes that this is a return of the creatures that you fought on the way to the winery, who were (he becomes quite confident) the same as the "hunters" the party encountered at this very intersection the day before. He deduces that they are werewolves, currently in their wolf form. Their bite can give the disease of lycanthropy. Lucento's Bless spell will give you each a +1d4 to your saves (and attacks), and could very well mean the difference between catching the notorious disease, or staying safe!
Even without the danger of lycanthropy, though, the werewolves are formidable enemies. Their eyes blaze with hate and evil, and they tear at Kif and Chubs ferociously. Luckily for the party, in their fury they underestimate their foes, and all three of them miss. Kif connects with his magic axe, opening a gash on the back of the beast attacking him. Barnaby and Chubs both miss, but Chubs quickly recalls that his fists were no match for these exotic creatures, regardless.
Everybody is up, and don't forget your Bless bonus! Lucento, Bless only works on 3 targets, so I'm assuming you left yourself out.
The young men with the wagon both urge it forward, and it moves ahead 20'.
OK, so Lucento cast bless at 2nd level, so that's an additional target he can Bless, right?
Quite right. I overlooked that. Everybody has Bless.
Lucento gets Inspiration! An excellent use of his first turn, this particular combat. And Kif gets it, too, for catching me missing something. It won't happen every time, though! :)
edit: According to the OP, they both already had it. Remember, fellas, if you need to make a critically important save, that might be a good time to use Inspiration.

Josh was aware that they are not children. Barnaby's view of age is a bit skewed by his own advanced years. It was an opportunity for them to react to being referred to as such, or for you all to say, "That Josh, what a funny guy."
Barnaby climbed on the cart as part of his turn. Did he not make it on? Did the cart move out from under him? Did the DM not understand the action? Regardless, He will cast flaming sphere in the square where I have drawn the red circle and then use a bonus action to ram it into the wolf boy directly to its north. The creature can make a dex save to see if it can halve the 10 fire damage.
Chubs holds his ground, sets his feet wide with his weight on the balls of his feet. He gestures forwards with his sloshing mug, Want some, friends? and takes the dodge action as he sways about from his morning imbibifications.
Oops. Barnaby is now on the wagon, as it slowly makes its way east. He keeps his balance as he weaves his fingers through the memorized gestures, mutters the magical incantation, and with a theatrical (but, strictly speaking, completely unnecessary) "Huzzbam!!!" he once again summons the fire sphere. He does indeed swing it into one of the attacking beasts, and does seem to irritate it.
Lucento once again summons the divine mace, floating in the air next to the same wolf beast, and slams it into the creature's flank. Kif, on the other side of the road, buries his axe deep into his foe's neck, and the werewolf yips in pain. It nevertheless strikes back, attempting to bite but (I think) missing, with a 16.
Chubs weaves a bit, perhaps from his martial arts training and perhaps from drink, and (I think) they both miss him, as well, with a 17 and an 18.
Please let me know if any of those are hits. Meanwhile, the cart rumbles on.
Oof, those both hit. That was attacking with disadvantage?
Yup. Until this round, they've rolled mostly garbage, over both encounters. All their rolls were 13 or higher to hit against Chubs.
Both beasts tear flesh off of Chubs' soft gut and he grunts in pain, pulling away. One deals 6 damage, and the other deals 9. Perhaps more importantly, Chubs needs to make a pair of CON saves, with Bless, and I'll tell you the DC: 12.
Chubs will attack the one that got hit with the sphere using the druid staff, 7 to hit for 6 damage, and then use a ki point to maintain his drunken swaying (patient defense...dodge action) with a bonus action.
Barnaby, Watch yourself boys! Those teeth look sharp, will use a bonus action to ram the sphere back into the same wolf, dex save to halve 7 damage, and his action to launch a fire bolt at it, 26 to hit for 5 damage.
Kif will take a moment, considering whether it would be worth it to hid behind the casters, then he decides to move up and hold an attack action if a wolf comes within reach
attack 19 doing 15 damage if it connects
Chubs will do the same on the other side of the cart. Attack 25 for 6 damage.

The wolves will go soon.

Anyway using bonus to do a feinting attack, which gives me advantage
Bless die 2
added to 19 if that hits 6 damage plus 1
then I'll action surge to attack again
4 bless plus 24 for an attack If it hits 9 damage
crit damnage would be an extra 10, I believe
Quite right. I overlooked that. Everybody has Bless.

Lucento casts spiritual weapon, and sends the radiant mace hurling toward one of the two wolves beside Chubs: 9 plus 4 for bless to hit for 5 damage.
Cool. We'll wait for Josh.

Good luck!
Barnaby con save with bless: 21 + 3
Chubs con save with bless: 17 + 1
Edit: Woof....thanks Lucento for the bless. :P

That’s a hit, actually
presuming a con save. 15 plus bless 2
feinting attack advantage. 18 or 18 Plus bless 3
damage 7 plus 1
reroll damage 9
And apologies, working off my phone with an old sheet
