“Yeah. Well, we don’t really have the luxury of time right now. Hell, I like a challenge as much as the next fella but like I said were on a clock here. So our loss in luxury is your gain in coin, Friend. Now, we will go speak with our benefactor right quickly. And I’m trusting you with my coin. You take off on me and I will hunt you down and I will take it from you and you don’t want that. Now. Where can we meet you after we are done speaking with our employer?”

"How about, right in front of this tavern? Since you already know where it is, I think it's the best for us to meet, I wouldn't want to meet in any place that you didn't know to get to, right?" Shago explains it simply, and seems to have completely calmed down at this point, the threat from Spider apparently doing nothing to faze him. "So, I think we're ready to part ways, so... I'll see you later, I might take no more than fifteen minutes with my own task, so it will still be really quick before we can start our exploration of the forest, maybe at that point, you can explain exactly where you're trying to go..."
“Reasonable. We will move quickly as well. See you soon.”
Spider turns to his friends as he leaves, “sorry to butt-in like that but I wanted to make sure of a few things. We need to move quickly. We are on a clock. And second, I don’t feel good about cutting him in on what we find right now. I have a feeling we are going to come across a lot of things. I hope you all don’t mind. We should go talk to our friend and give them the heads up before we go and see if there is any last bit of info we might need. Hell maybe they’ll reimburse me.” He chuckles

The party parts ways with Shago, the guide, and make their way around town. Not knowing where exactly Syndra Silvane was, the party had to ask about the merchant prince Wakanga. As somebody influential in these parts, it's really easy to find his location, it's in the Merchant Prince's Villa, a private villa there belongs to that man.
As the group's approaching the front door, sounds are heard from inside, and a male voice asks from beyond the door. "Are you the ones travelling with Syndra?"
There's a bit of movement on the other side, and the group can even hear the muffled sound of voices, before the man from the other side of the door comes back. "Great to see you all here, Syndra's inside, waiting for you, just a second and I'll get this door open..."
Leah looks around nonchalantly just to check if anyone is watching or following.
Perception 19
Stealth 27
Leah can notice someone, albeit they're far away. The distance which that person keeps away from the group is such that not only can Leah not identify them, she also can't tell if they were actually following the party or not, but being that this place doesn't have anyone else in it, beside them, their presence's worthy of attention. The reason it's so empty is because this is an area dedicated to the most rich, and almost everything here is private space, belonging to the different merchant princes.
(Just so you all know, when I'm hiding something in spoilers, it's not supposed to be a warning that only that person should see it, unless I state it clearly... Everyone can read them, I just do this to help with organization and directing the message to the correct person.)
After a bit of shuffling close to the door, it finally opens, revealing a man in the fanciest of the typical clothes you've seen around here, and he's clearly another Chultan, just as more than half the population of this town, including Shago who the party met earlier. The man pushs the door even further and opens his arms, with a pleasant smile. "Welcome, welcome to the O'tamu residence, I'm Wakanga O'tamu, nice to meet all of you."
As the party enters the building, with Wakanga holding the door open for everyone, every member can notice the rich decoration apparent in every inch of the room. He's a Merchant Prince, and his house is a great demonstration of what his wealth really is. When everyone is inside, O'tamu walks in front of the group and points to the next room over, where it seems like a great hall is set to be seen there. "Syndra is beyond that hall, in the diner room, I'll take you there, so we can all converse together. I still don't know a lot about your mission, except for the one who hired you."
Leah holds her hands with fingers pointed to the ground and only her fingertips touching, as she nods a silent but respectful bow as she follows the group past Wakanga.
While the party is walking through the hall of the lower level, Grungle's perception wields results. The barbarian can sure understand that most things here are expensive, like most Merchant Princes' houses would be, but that anyone could notice. Surprising himself, Grungle can completely and assuredly detect the presence of magic around this place, there are just way too many things off - the torches he saw so far, none of them were burned, even though they were all lit by fire, and there was this soft and calm music playing in the background, even though he has yet to see any musicians around.
So Wakanga O'tamu is a Merchant Prince, sure, but he's also probably a specialist in magic, if his house is any hint at it.
The party followed by the Merchant prince Wakanga, enter the guest room in which Syndra Sylvane had already been before the group's appearance in the building. The room itself was not the biggest, but it was still conforting, having four couches and one table in the middle of all of them. Syndra herself was already sitting in one of them, with the usual silver mask in her face, and long coat covering all the rest of her body. As soon as the party notices her presence Wakanga's voice is heard from behind everyone. "Hm... Excuse me." He says shortly as he starts making his way into the room, pushing into the group as a result of that. He soon walks close to the couch Syndra was sitting, and adresses the party. "So, go ahead everyone, you may all sit, and then we may talk. You all came here for a reason, right?"
Spider begrudgingly sits. "Well, it looks like we are ready to depart probably tomorrow. We have our guide. I believe you wanted us to check in one last time before we left?"

Sitting in the couch across from Syndra, Snippet addresses her. "Hello good lady, I overheard Spider snd the others taking about your quest. Since I am also heading into the jungle to finish my apprenticeship, and the goal seemed noble, I volunteered to accompany them. I hope you have no objections to that." Pausing for a few seconds I than ask in a more ttimid tone "Do you?"
