"Black--cursed--damn!" Eugene exclaims as he stands up, dusting himself off. "Good shot!" he shouts to Vito over the din of the train as he puts another ball in the cannon and sets another charge of gunpowder.

Vito, remains upright and fires a solid shot from the Cannon into the Dragon's right leg. The Dragon seems surprised at first, as it spins around in the air from the force of the impact, but then roars in pain and outrage before it begins chasing the Train again.

So far the Goblins have been useless, and they seem to know that. They quickly jump up and begin to pick up the pace. Only one team manages to fire currently.
Attack Roll: 15
Despite them now loading the Cannons correctly, they still seem to be having some trouble. "Back!" the Portly Goblin shouts at the Dragon as he takes his second shot at it.
Attack Roll: 17
Close, but the pellets from the Shell that manage to connect merely bounce off the Dragon's Scales. "Lady Luck," the Portly Goblin complains as he Loads two new Shells into his Shotgun, "what did I do to deserve this?"

This is the First Dragon Heck's ever seen, and he might have, maybe, thought they were made up. ((That part's up to you))
The Dragon attempts to take a Bite out of the Portly Goblin.
Attack Roll: 22
Damage Roll: 14 Piercing and 2 Lightning
The Dragon takes a decent sized chunk out of the Portly Goblin's Stomach. He's not going to die anytime soon, but he'll want to see a Doctor if he survives.
Vito yells at one of the goblins, “after I’m done with this I want you to start loading!” as he pours the powder in followed by a cannonball. He then takes aim at the dragon

((I'm sorry if my description wasn't clear, but I ran up to Vito's cannon with my action and loaded it. Gonna roll with your interpretation for simplicity.))
Eugene takes aim with the cannon he just loaded, lighting the fuse with thaumaturgy, and fires a round at the dragon.
((The cantrip is just for flavor to light the fuse, making an attack roll))
Cannon: 8 + 1 (bless bonus)

Eugene's inexperience with Artillery gets the better of him and he misjudges how high he needs to aim. The Cannonball falls short and barely misses hitting the Rail Track. One of the Bulettes ends up swimming into the Cannonball. It stops chasing the Train, as it uses its front legs to hold its now painfully aching head. Two teams of Goblins Fire off Cannon Shots.

Both sail over the Dragon. "If none of you hit this Dragon before it dies or flees," the Portly Goblin threatens as he aims his Shotgun, "you're all fired."
Attack Roll: 19
Damage Roll: 6
The Shotgun hits its mark, the same leg that took the Cannonball. The damage seems to be minimal, but at least the owner looks happy, "A little payback, finally. Better not bleed out." The two Goblins by Vito's Cannon are Ready to Load it immediately after he fires.
Heck's Turn
((Gatling Gun makes 5 Attacks per Turn, each does 2d6 Damage))
Heck levels the gattling gun at the dragon, leading it to account for its flight Alright, you overgrown chicken, come get your feed! In total 35 Damage.
The hail of bullets catch the Dragon off-guard. 5 rounds fly quickly, though 2 miss, the other 3 find the mark. 2 of the rounds chip into the Right Side of the Dragon while a third one hits in the center of where the first Cannonball hit. The Dragon's Right Leg goes limp, obviously a muscle has been cut by the third bullet. One more good hit should convince the creature to flee. It swoops over towards Heck and attempts to Claw him in revenge.
Attack Roll: 14
Heck reacts by quickly bending back. The Dragon catches a little of his Leather Jacket, but that small tear is preferable to what could have happened.

Vito swivels the cannon, keeping his aim on the Blue Dragon. The rattling of the Gatling being fired by Heck jars Vito slightly and he watches the arms of the denim man shake violently as he fires away. Vito then aims at the Blue Dragon and says, "no ticket!" After he fires he looks at the pair of Goblins and gives them encouragement as they reload the cannon, "hurry boys, this bastard is gonna be coming around again right quick."

"One o' yeh greenskins what's been missing this scaley beast better have this cannon done loaded by the time I'm done!" Eugene cries as he slings his rifle from his back. "Waning Light watch o'er us, lead us not astray but deliver us unto salvation," he intones as he invokes his righteous fury, taking two quick shots at the dragon.
((No idea why it's treating that as a critical, the damage should be 11. I tried to be gimmicky and include the bless into the original roll but I guess it didn't fully work))

The blast of the guns is blowing in Heck’s ears and his blood is up. He screams at the dragon as it swoops over him. I see your cock, you bastard! Big ol dragon, tiny little cock! He swings the gun around and fires again screaming and laughing all the while. Attack: 18 Damage: 10 bless 2 Attack: 15 Damage: 12 bless 1 Attack: 15 Damage: 7 bless 2 Attack: 19 Damage: 5 bless 1 Attack: 18 Damage: 8 bless 1
((It's treating it as a Critical because of the d4 roll. The d4 is at its maximum and it was the last roll made before the Damage Roll, so the Damage Roll assumes you Crit))
The Cannonball goes whizzing past Heck's and the Dragon's face. The Goblins immediately begin Loading the Cannon again. It might be unnecessary though, as Eugene's first shot connects the Dragon winces and stops following the Train, the second shot flies over it. Heck fires another 5 rounds from the Gatling Gun, only 2 hit this time. The Dragon and the Bulettes burrow into the ground and disappear.

The Train's moving slower now, as sparks fly from the wheels. The Goblins begin to get back into the Train Cars. The Portly Goblin slowly makes his way over to you three. "I don't suppose one of you could help me with this," he asks grasping the Bite Wound he received earlier.

((Ahh, so theoretically if I put the bless roll first that should work? And awesome!! Gonna continue in cleric. Is the recharge to my spell slots due to resting or leveling up? Basically can I heal Portly Goblin before the recharge, or only after?))
"Take that yeh scaly beast!!" Dobbs cries. "And ye, may yeh walk again among sand and shadow!" he finishes triumphantly. He eyes the portly goblin. "Good ter see at least one o' yer greenskin hold yer own. Here, lemme patch yeh up.*" The ex-preacher, now momentarily imbued once more with holy fire, looks at the two humans. "Well fought strangers. Or should I say friends." He tips his hat.
