Zinn grunts and walks over to examine the door, after a long pause, and only after he laboriously and thoroughly investigated the mechanism finally casts Dispel Magic on the lock.

As before, the door unlocks and can be easily opened after Zinndispels the magic protecting the painted door.
Inside is a relatively empty 30' x 30' room, save for a few pieces of furniture and a wooden table in the center of the room that bears a map made of loose stones arranged to form walls and doors. A passage leads to another room to the south but before anyone can search this room or enter the next, a disembodied voice calls out.
"What are your intentions in breaking into my sanctum?" says the masculine voice in common.

Shiftcannot tell where the voice is coming from. It seems the echoes in this chamber are too much to pinpoint the voice surrounding them.
"My business is my own, just as your business is yours...until you enter my chambers, that is," says the voice, pointedly ignoring Shift'squestion. "However...perhaps we can help each other. I do know the way to Skullport beyond level 3. I will share this information with you if you will do something for me."
The voice turns sour as it says, "The Xanathar guild has set up two outposts on this level and I want them gone. Bring me the heads of Nadia the Unbent and Shunn Shurreth and I will direct you all the way to Skullport."
The Black Blades know of Skullport but have never been. This would be at least a little enticing of an offer...

"Skullport..."
Shiftgives his friends a look that suggests he thinks this is a nice opportunity.
"This Nadiaand Shunn, what could you tell us about them? What kind of difficulties might we face, perhaps their locations for our map? Not that we have agreeing to this arrangement, yet...but this might help us decide if this opportunity is for us."

The voice is happy to provide details. He describes the location of Shunn as the place marked on their map already as "Quarters". It is a ways back through the maze to find it, but most of that way is places they have already traveled today.
The location of Nadia as a kind of makeshift barracks that none of the Black Blades recognize. The voice says that it is just before the "Ballistae" on their map, which is relatively close.
"They are armed, of course. But Nadia also travels with about 10 guards. Shunn has about 9 or two with him as well and is fond of laying a few traps, from what I recall."
Zinn folded his arms and scowls as he looks around the room for any sign of the voice. “I have no issue decapitating and burning through some of the Xanathar if it gets us what we need... but if we find the Skullport on our own before we do all your dirty work, all the better for us. Nonetheless, I appreciate someone who is willing to do business... though I do like who know who we are doing business with. What is it that we call you? Trust me, you don’t want one of them to saddle you with a nickname.”

Zinnscratches his long reptilian chin as he considers Rizzy's offer, but he remains silent while they are in the room. Once they step away from the Rizzy to discuss their options, Zinntakes out the map and tracks a path to where Rizzy had indicated the Xanathar agent Nadia could be found. "If we make our way here, we can try to go directly to the third level which is just a short distance south. If we that doesn't get us to the Skullport, then we can confront this Nadia. Who knows, she may have a better offer than poor Rizzy. Have any of you ever dealt with the Xanather before?"
"He did say that Skullport was beyond level three. I mean, if he's willing to give us directions all the way through level three and then to Skullport wherever that is on level four..."
"It sounds like a good deal, unless these two outposts turn out to be hard to take down."
"I've heard of the Xanathar's guild, supposed to be run by a beholder, dunno if its true, but it would suggest maybe the members of the guild are a little crazy?"
“Wouldn’t hurt to go see if we can....parley...with this Nadia,” Kaltent says. “If she can offer us a better deal, great. If not, we can always take her out at that point. Or choose to go on our way if we don’t want to risk the fight.”

(Y'all are the Black Blades! Don't go beheading each other....)
"Hmm," the voice says. "Yes, I suppose you haven't tried to kill me yet. I am Rizzeryl. And you are?"
Shift smiles at Zinn's comment about nick names, mischief dancing in his eyes.
At Rizzeryl's provision of his name, Shift starts playing with it.
"Rizzeryl, Rizzery, Rizzy, ha! Right royal Rizzy, got us in a tizzy!"
Shift smiles broadly again and gives a short half-bow to the room.
"Let me introduce us, we are the Black Blades, the greatest mercenary band of the northern sword coast."
Shift points around the room,
"This is Zinn, Kaltent, Bronx, and I am Shift."
Shift points back towards the door where Krennic and Statue stand waiting.
"And those two are our current employers. So we will have to check with them before we commit to any deal with you, my fine Rizzy."
"But directions to get to Skullport directly, might be worth the side mission for them."
Shift looks over at Krennic questioningly, seeing if he has any input, or if he wants to wait to talk somewhere more private first.

What does Zinn know about the Xanathar? History 21
OOC: OOPS! Sorry about that, I wrote 'black blades' and I meant 'Xanathar'. I've updated the post.

"Let's smash 'em!" Bronx says, pounding his fist into his palm. It isn't entirely clear who is talking about.
Krennic studies his nails as he waits for the Black Blades to decide on their course of action.
(Kaltent can still weigh in or Shift and Zinn can just make the decision to move things along.)
“Wouldn’t hurt to go see if we can....parley...with this Nadia,” Kaltent says. “If she can offer us a better deal, great. If not, we can always take her out at that point. Or choose to go on our way if we don’t want to risk the fight.”
"Do we have a deal then?" Rizzeryl says, not impatiently.
Shift puts his head back into the room to reply to Rizzeryl.
"We will see what we can do. We'll be back if everything works out."
Shift directs his friends south towards the Festive Hall.
"Let's go and meet this Nadia and then we can see what our options look like."
Shift nods at Kaltent and Zinn as he says this, recognising them for suggesting the idea.
"Worst case, we skip all this in-fighting and head to level 3 ourselves."
Shift looks towards the door to the Festive Hall as the group heads further south.
"Do we want to check in on the festive hall before we head around?"
