Absinthe moves 30ft south, 5ft east, and 5ft southeast so he has a clear view of the wraith. Lifts one leg, let's out a brutal fart, and in an Airbender style wafts it up and sends it toward the wraith while releasing a dart in the same manner.
Most of the party holds an attack in case the wraith shows himself, with the exception of Az Emberi who heals Fjolnir, and Absinthe who charges right into the fungus room after the undead apparition. He misses and kicks up a cloud of poisonous spores, but manages to successfully circumvent them.
Mormesk moves 5' out from behind his cover toward Absinthe, at which point a bolt, a blast, an arrow, and a firebolt are released at him before he is close enough to strike. Between Dirk and Fjolnir, their magically imbued weapons fire projectiles that pierce the wraith's form in a way physical weapons shouldn't, and the figure disperses into the air before an attack is made.
Combat is over. You each gain 440 XP from the Spectator, the Flameskull, (again) and Mormesk. Your XP total should be 5587.

"Imagine having centuries to do and learn whatever you want with your unlife and instead spending it glued to a box in a hole in the ground before getting farted to death by a martial arts mountain man, and nobody remembers even your name." Dustfinger reflects on life, or unlife, as it were. Turns back to the room and the box. "Well, are we rich?"
Heading back into the old wizard's quarters, you find the scorched chest to be unlocked and contains 1,100 cp, 160 sp, 25 gp, three diamonds (100 gp each), and a wooden pipe adorned with platinum filigree (150 gp)

He said books, I know I said I don't care about the books and I don't.... but maybe there's pornography. I search the room for these aforementioned tomes and anything else of value not to be overlooked.
I try to recall any ways I might be able to keep that skull incapacitated despite the depths of such knowledge often being out of my bounds. 9(Arcana) I really want to keep that thing somehow.
Hymir tears the seam of the book open and a folded paper falls out. It reveals this:
Az Emberi, unless you used one of your backpacks, there are no suitable bags here. You do remember seeing some sacks at the cave entrance with the supplies when you first arrived.
Dirk, you know that the flameskull is an undead creature, controlling it would take the power of necromancy that is, as of yet, unavailable to any of you.

A voice echoes in your head. "This place. Find it. This is your next task, mortal." You understand that the voice is referring to the sketch that Hymir just pulled out of the book.
Everyone: You notice at some point Hymir's mechanical spider has ended up clinging to the outside of his pack. No one witnessed it getting there, you just notice that it is there now. It's not strange to see a spider on him since his familiar is a spider, but now there are two of them.

"Yoink." Dusty snatches the paper up as it falls and looks it over. "This place looks... I don't understand why someone would make a map of a ruined town. 'Welcome to sunny Daoine Gloine, population: those poor ****s were killed a thousand years ago.' Anyway, my inner demons say we need to go here." Waves the paper all around for everyone to see.
