(there it is! Fiorello attempts to turn undead! Okay, things are going to get a little weird. I realize that's usually a monster saving throw, but I need you to roll a d20 and add your spellcasting modifier, Fiorello. Oh, and add +1 for using Tobin's guide to do it!)
(17 +3 more if Fiorello is proficient in this form)
(You are indeed proficient! I'm going to assume that the intended banishment is upon the cabbie and not on Wrecks...)
In unison, Ruhi and Miles slump over completely, leaving the rest of you alone to confront the ghastly cab driver. He raises a hand toward Patrick, which shoots forward. Defying all logic, the skeletal aberration's arm simply unspools as the hand grasps hold of the wealthy financier's lapel. His neck pulls the same trick, extending forward at incredible speed until his face is directly in front of Patrick's. The smoke from the lit cigarette fills the rotting skull, wisps of it curl up and out of the nose and eye holes. The jaw unhinges, and it looks as though Patrick is about to lose more than a few Brownie points...
And then Fiorello appears. The owl's translucent form holds aloft Tobin's Spirit Guide, which begins to shine with a pure white light. The cabbie (and his taxi) explode and swirl away like the seeds of a dandelion.
You remain in this foggy street, however. There are no other people around, and you hear the occasional moan of what can only be ghosts; you assume that you aren't out of Oz, yet. Ruhi and Miles are still unconscious (and Miles is in the driver's seat, slumped over the wheel).
The road and sidewalks are clear in front of you and behind you. Spooky, abandoned-looking buildings line the pavement, which is odd, as you had been driving through a relatively nice block before this spectral fog appeared. There is an intersection up ahead, but you're too far to make out the names of the streets.
"Hehehe," Wrecks laughs as something unusual just seemed to tickle him somehow. What in the nine's was that? he asks himself. Fiorello lets out a sigh of relief.
And then, as Tony attempts to take control of the car, Wrecks starts singing to Ted again... "Gonna and write me up for 125..." as the car speeds out of control.

Fiorello, you feel a shudder pass through your "body". Your vision doubles for a moment... But that's it. Everything goes back to what passes for normal in your life.
Tony is going to jump into the driver’s seat! Miles is still there, so Tony will put his feet on his knees to press the gas and brake as needed!
(Okay. So.)
This is a terrible idea. Tony manages to lap hop from Perspicacious to Major Miles, but his tiny child body can't quite negotiate the heavily muscled legs of the major to allow for the act of driving a car- which, by the way, the little goblin has never done. Tony succeeds in flooring the gas pedal of the Ecto-3, which careens off the road and onto the sidewalk.
The bump does succeed in waking Miles and Ruhi, however! The major snorks as he regains consciousness. "Gah! What in blue- JIMINY CHRISTMAS!" He wrests control from the boy just in time to slam on the brakes. And it's a good thing, too! The Ecto-3 stopped just an inch short of the street signs: they read "Tilden" and "Flatbush".
“Aaaaand we’re here! No need to thank me, Major, we all gotta take a nap once in a while.” Tony pats the man on the cheek and slides into the back. “So, what’s the plan?”
Amaruve has a flashback to Prespicacious driving and screams a banshee's shriek as the automobile skids to a stop. He pries his white knuckles fists from the vehicle's interior hand holds (which are now deformed from his grip,) and he spills out into the street.
Jean eyed the sign. "Flatbush? Dare I ask what that is? Anyway, I'll take a look and see what's going on with the spooks." Journo: 28 Ghost: 1
(Not a bad roll!)
Jean sees everything around her in startling detail. Visible through the viewport of the tiny handheld camera is a hidden world.
Thronging the streets are innumerable ghosts. They appear to be entirely unaware of the presence of the Busters and the Ecto-3 (although the occasional passerby give a puzzled look in Fiorello's direction). They are very different than the New Yorkers the five of you have seen up to this point. They wear old fashioned attire (bowler hats, suits and full dresses, etc), and many of them are walking arm-in-arm. The street around you (as seen through the camera) is very different, as well. Bright ghosts of incandescent bulbs light the shops and theaters along the sidewalk, and a shiny trolley car rumbles cheerfully past. Unlike the apparitions you've seen up to this point, these ghosts seem to be unaware of the fact that they are dead. Either that, or you are looking through a window into the past!
(for the sake of moving things along, we'll assume that Jean shares all of that info with you. I can also answer any clarifying questions about the surroundings you have for her)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Ted comes out of his reverie, rocking along to the ear worms that Wrecks keeps putting into his head. He steps out of the car and grabs his guitar (and amp!) from the back of the Ecto-3. "Let's see if these hidden ghosts can hear us rocking!"he shouts. He turns the knob up (yes... to 11, obviously) on the amp, and sends out a power cord to the surrounding street, and looks expectantly at Jean to see if there's any reaction through the camera. There is quite a reaction from the passerbys who are startled by the sudden appearance of the rocker.
Ted gears up to lay down some heavy riffs. He pulls his Steinberger and his amp (a 1986 twin tube Fender, black) out of the trunk of the Ecto-3. He plugs in the jack, and the squat speakerbox is enveloped in the electric blue aura. A steady bass thrum fills the fog-filled space, and with the first chord...
A pulse of blue light ripples out to fill the intersection. It lasts for just a heartbeat, but in the first jaw-dropping second of Ted's ouevre you all see what Jean views through her camera: The Saturday night crowd of the ghosts of old Brooklyn. Inspired, he plays on. This time the pulse becomes a flood of blue light, soaking into the spectral revelers and painting the corners of Tilden and Flatbush a bright ultramarine.
The passersby are startled by the sound, but they quickly become accustomed to it and go about their night. As the song ends, the ghosts and the memory of Brooklyn circa 1929 remain that bright shade of electric blue. In fact; you're ALL painted blue! A rowdy group of young men rush past, shouting "BROOOOK-LYYYYN DOOOOO-DGEEERRRRS!" and nearly topple one or two of you as they jostle through your little cluster. Looks like you can all touch them now... and they can touch you.
As the young baseball fans rush buy, Wrecks has a little poltergeist fun and plays musical heads with their ballcaps moving the hats all around above the young mens heads before the hats finally settle back down upon an owners head. All but one that is which he wisps over to land on Ted's head. "Meh, more of a Boston Braves guy myself," Wreks gests as the hat lands on Ted's head.

"Down to business." Amaruve says as he walks into the arcade... Or rather, the building where the arcade was. Amaruve isn't quite sure what an arcade is, he has an image in his head of carefree boys going to war, and practicing impossible feats of martial skill, but it's all a bit muddy in his mind. In any case he wasn't anticipating this innocuous store front. He seems to recall that the advent of this "Arcade" was a fairly recent development, and that the scene surrounding them was from a time before such a thing existed.
Fiorello doesn't know what to think about the whole situation. One minute, all is well with the Tonies, the next he's seeing through the eyes of some very strange spirit, now electro-twilight. But... it is quite interesting, he tells himself. This is unlike any plane that he'd read about in his studies. He urges Ty to follow the Patrick guy into the building and the aberration does what would amount to a shrug if nebulous spirt-type form of consciousness had shoulders.
Wrecks whistles to Ted, "Hey, come on party dude, looks like it's kickin' in here! It ain't metal baby but it sure is swingin'!".
As they enter behind Patrick, Fiorello's eyes widen. "An alchemy lab!" he says, though it appears no one can hear him. He watches as the alchemists behind the lab bench create potions for the nicely dressed patrons. "Perhaps we will be able to obtain some potions useful for our attempts to get out of this place."

Tony flips through Jason's memories for a moment, then points confidently to a non-descript building one door up Tilden from the intersection. While this building is home to a popular video arcade in 1989, here in 1929 it's unclear what sort of business takes place inside. The modest sign in the window simply reads "Joey's Leisure Room".
The gang make their way through the door. They are met by a few older looking men (blue, ghosty men) who look up from their cigars to stare incredulously for a moment before turning back to their papers (the front page of the nearest paper reads "Fiorello Wins Election!") Somewhere, a radio announcer is narrating the events of what sounds like some kind of race:
"And it's Horseface in the lead, followed hot on his heels by Nuckelavee! Tikbalang is trailing just behind and... what's this?! Keshi is making a mad dash from the rear! This could be the END OF EVERYTHING, folks!"
