As Stonetree reaches his hand out for anyone who reaches the third table, Toxic's grip once again is unable to reach the far end and pull himself over.

Xan will bonus action dash to the first table to help Toxic. 

Would that grant him basically a reroll for his first attempt, since Xan goes before Toxic?

Yes, that is how that would work. Toxic, make another athletics check. It will be considered to be your advantage roll, if you are successful, then we will use your other two rolls for the last two tables.

Toxic reaches for Xan's hand finally able to climb over the table, he then clears the second and third tables (getting to the 50ft mark uses 40 ft of movement).

Since Toxic has cleared and Stonetree is helping Amunet, Khan will ready her action to place the lever in the platform when all of her tribe has made it to the carpet.

Actually....Khan wouldn't know that Toxic has cleared any tables yet on her turn. Since Toxic hadn't cleared any table, then Khan would have ran to the 3rd table to help whoever Stonetree doesn't. Since Stonetree gave his help to Toxic, Khan will give her help to Amunet.

(I have 40ft of movement, and can dash as a bonus action.)

Toxic will now cast Darkness centered on Iklida tribe’s Target.

LeShanna will counterspell Toxic's darkness.

Toxic moves just before the platform to cast darkness, but LeShanna waves her hand to counterspell it.

Lith will move to give Kurot a push of help over the third table before returning to the carpet.

Kurot will make his attempt over the last table - Table 3: 21 - Kurot clears the 3rd table and makes his way to the carpet with his fellow IKLIDA members. They can now place the lever in its place on the platform and begin throwing their sandbags.

Seth was so glad to have finally made it to the carpet. On his turn, he will take the lever from Niver and put it in it’s place on the platform.

LeShanna will ready an action to make an attack with the sandbag:

Attack: 24 Damage: 13

Amunet will attempt the 3rd table with Khan's help. If she is successful, she will take the lever from Khan and ready to place it in its slot when all of VELUTHE has returned to the carpet.

Amunet slips out of Khan's reach and falls back down. Amunet will cast bless at 3rd level to give all members of VELUTHE an extra 1d4 to their attacks and saving throws.

Once passing off the key to Seth, Niver will ready an attack once the sandbags are released.

When Seth pulls the lever, LeShanna and Niver launch sandbags at the target. LeShanna throws hers with surprising impact for 13 damage, while Niver's sandbag is also on target, hitting for 7.

Initiative - Round 5: 

1. Xan - [blessed by Amunet] dashes to the carpet, helping Amunet with a push on the 3rd table.
2. Stonetree - [blessed by Amunet] Grabs Amunet and attempts the table with her, but is unable to clear it.
3. Lith - Lands two attacks against the target.
4. Khan - [blessed by Amunet] readyies a sandbag for the lever.
5. Niver - Shoots and misses the target.
6. Kurot - Rages, and unleashes two attacks, hitting the target with his first attack.
7. Toxic - [blessed by Amunet] readyies an attack.
8. Amunet - [Concentrating on bless] Cannot clear the 3rd table.
9. LeShanna - Misses his attack.
10. Seth - Misses his attack.

Khan runs to the platform, readying an action to throw a sandbag when the lever is pulled.

"Let's go Amunet! You can do it!"

Niver takes another shot.

Xan will bonus action dash, and action help Amunet, finishing my movement on the carpet.

Lith and Kurot will both throw two sandbags each. Kurot will rage and attack recklessly focusing solely on making sure he hits the target. (According to Sage Advice, the bonus rage damage only applies to melee attacks, and not thrown weapons, therefore Stonetree/Kurot will not gain the bonus rage damage with these attacks, but can still rage to access their reckless attack feature.)

Lith 1: Attack: 9 Damage: 9

Lith 2: Attack: 21 Damage: 5

If Lith rolls a total of 10 or lower, will use his channel divinity to increase the total by 10. If both rolls totals are 10 or lower, he uses it on the first one.

Kurot 1: Attack: 19 Damage: 10

Kurot 2: Attack: 24 Damage: 10

Result: Both of Lith's attacks land, dealing a total of 15 damage. Kurot's first attack hits, but his second misses, dealing 6 more damage.

Amunet will attempt the third table with help from Xan.

Result: Amunet is seriously struggling, unable to get over the third and final table as IKLIDA begins to pull away.

Seth will now try to hit the target, throwing a sandbag at it.
