"Arric, don't go too far ahead, and remember, We are all here for you" And Joshua will inspire Arric. (info in spoiler)
As a bonus action, a creature within 60 ft. that can hear you gains an inspiration die (1d6). For 10 minutes, the creature can add it to one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw. This can be added after seeing the roll, but before knowing the outcome.
As you move through the water to the next room you see on your left a area (3 ) that is not flooded. A large part of the place is filled with glowing mushroom that are reacting to Talon light spell. Hues of red and yellow play on the top of those meter high mushrooms.
Among the strange forest are large slimy bugs moving.
Arric feels something sliding against his leg. He looks down quickly and hears that tell tale clicking sound just above him.
On the right a fire is shedding some light deeper into the cave.
(I ll be rolling init for all get the ball rolling ..)

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
((So to clarify there are four spiders above Arric. What’s sliding against his leg?))
If there is something about to attack him against his leg Arric will swing at that, but if not he’ll go for the biggest spider. He swings as quietly as he can to not draw attention.
One of the slugs slides against Arric's legs leaving behind it a trail of oily slime floating then dissipating in the current. One of the large spider hanging from a thread is almost at his head when he reflexively swings his weapon to bat it away.
One of the spider's leg is crushed and it fall into the water in the middle of the group.
Seeing the spiders, Talon would take a step backwards... Then as Arric knocks the one into the water nearby, the would let out a loud squawk as he quickly scampers and splashes away, Pulling out his rod and pointing it towards the spider. Quickly muttering under his breath, the kenku would launch an eldritch blast towards the creature as a dazzling while light erupts from his focus.
Hoyle will step to a position that is not close to a spider, but gives him a good line of sight to them. If he can see the large spider on the ground he will shoot at that one, otherwise he will shoot at the closest one.
Tait takes aim at one of the spiders, preferably one not directly above Arric or someone else's head. Pointing his wand at it, he says in a loud voice, "Pozhar!"
Tait spell blast a gouge of fire that lights up the cave and burns one of the spiders badly. I fall near Klaus who swings his axe but the almost dead creature manages to evade the blow.
Hoyle's arrow finishes the one next to Aric. It seems to fold onto itself as is dies.
The spiders attack.
One goes to bite at Klaus ( #Spider1 HP: 8 / ?? ) Attack: 20 Damage: 4
One goes to sink its fangs on to Arric (#Spider2 HP 0 / ?? ) Attack: 6 Damage: 7
On a hit roll, Con save DC 11 or take 1d6 ( I ll let you roll )
The last spider goes to the back scurrying on the ceiling and moving toward Hoyle.
Hoyle will back up some more to keep the spider moving towards him at a distance and fire an arrow at it, "You should have stayed in your nest arachnid!"
(longbow) Attack: 18 Piercing Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.

Arric will go ahead of the light since he’s got more armor than most of the group and can see in the dark.
”Klaus, you stay with Talon so the group doesn’t lose the light. I’ll be a little ahead so the light doesn’t give us away.”
