Seeing P8 charge into the grease and go prone, Kaori swoops in and takes two big swings with her sword. She misjudges her speed on the first, planting the blade in the dirt, but recovers nicely on the second swing and plants it hard in the centre of their chest. Cooing, she continues to hover directly above the prone soldier, moving her body and waving her shield to keep them distracted as she takes two more swings, both cutting deep.

Caelius scrambles over the wall, and points at an air soldier still frightened by the shadow spirit. A green beam streaks towards them.

Moves to I4, casting ray of sickness at 2nd level, aiming for S1.

Attack: 12 Damage: 21 poison damage. On a hit they have to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 15) or be poisoned until the end of my next turn.

The shadow spirit strikes at the prone figure in front of it. Its elongated claws hanging at its side touch the ground.

Akuma narrows her eyes at the still standing enemy in front of her before her eyes flicker to the ready archers. As the arrows are let loose towards her, she instinctively switches her stance, the shadows around her arms flaring and almost grabbing hold of the arrow heading straight towards her. In a swift motion, the shadows warp, sending the arrow launching back towards its origin before another arrow strikes Akuma, causing her to hiss in anger. 

Redirected arrow attack: Attack: 20 Damage: 3

Without hesitation, Akuma turns her attention back to the enemy in front of her, using her momentum to unleash an onslaught of quick forceful movements, shifting her stance to be as defensive and precise as possible.

Taking a running long jump to end up next to Jade-Lin (O7) His eyes glowing bright blue before erupting in a beam of light searing all but one of the Inspired soldiers though none on them go down. “Just go down already!” He says a flaming chakram appearing next to the one by Kaori and missing in its slash of it

As Akuma reaches her new target, an arrow grazes her side, immediately drawing her attention just in time for her to bring her hand up, unleashing her shadows to catch the next incoming arrow, letting them curl and twist before redirecting the arrow back.

Without seeing whether the arrow makes contact, she quickly moves into her battle stance to unleash her fists of fury on her new target.

Taran loads his last walloping bolt, breathing steadying as he lifts, aims and fires at the last Air Soldier to the North. (S1)

He stays in position, wondering if the last of them will try and break and run.

Caelius runs forward and fires another beam at the soldier who just became unfrightened of the shadow spirit.

I move to L4 and cast ray of sickness at S1.

The shadow spirit's form pulls and stretches as it runs over to the soldier and slashes at them.

Her target fallen, Kaori raises her shield in front of herself, towards the archers, and begins flying towards them. As she goes, her body pulses with faint black energy and her wounds look like they maybe want to heal but don't heal all that much because thanks Avrae.

Dodge action, garbo SW, and Fly to R7, 5ft in the air.

Books is just going to have the soldiers make their saves against the tornado on Siepha's turn because she keeps forgetting.

The air soldiers fire, except for the one engaged with Akuma, who switches to their shortsword. They do not look like they're planning on running away.

Rushing forward to (U6) keep on the assault Vishal holds his chakram out and a roar of blue flame assaults the two soldiers though they’re still standings. “Isn’t this just like old time.” He says with a grin to Akuma

Vishal does the fwoomy thing. Jade-Lin runs towards the almost fully intact air soldier and two more brassy spectral blades appear in the air around her and fly at the soldier.

Taran pulls out another bolt, taking a steadying breath and sending it flying at the soldier getting pummeled by the Air Elemental.

"W-why aren't th-th-they r-running?" he wonders as he presses his back into the stone scree wall again.

Akuma hisses as the blade draws blood, narrowing her eyes as Kaori cuts the culprit down. With a thankful nod and a slight crack of her neck, she offers a half smirk to Vishal, eyes flickering in dark shadows that block out her irises. "Indeed. Well needed combat practice to dust off some old tricks." With a determined nose twitch, the shadows pour out of her eyes and arms to engulf her form again before she entirely vanished from Vishal's sight, the shadows reforming her directly next to the closest enemy (placing her at V8). Without warning, she unleashes some sudden surprise attacks on her new target.

Kaori finishes flying at the soldier at V7, feinting into a hard slash across their chest. Twirling around to face the soldier at U9, the Kenku kicks off of V7's chest, sending them sprawling lifelessly to the ground as she propels herself towards the other living soldier, distracting them with her shield as she stabs through their shoulder, keeping them occupied to give her teammates a leg up.

Caelius points at the air soldier and another green beam shoots towards it.

Caelius casts ray of sickness at S1.

The shadow spirit slashes into the same soldier.
