Vishal is unable to dodge the stone (Dex ST: 9) and on instinct rolls forward and stands up throwing his chakram at the leader and landing it dead into his skull (Attack: 23 Damage: 6). The leader kneels over dead as Vishal has his chakram magically return to him. Looking over at Taran he says, “Good job with the trap. Do what you need to do now.” (Bardic Inspiration)
Drawing his crossbow he goes closer to the soldier but upon trying to insert the metal bolt Juhaan falters and hesitates. The window of time he had is now gone.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Caelius scrambles down the cliff edge as much as he can and then crackles his right hand's knuckles and reaches out his hand. A skeletal hand extends out and scratches at the unconscious soldier.
Caelius casts chill touch. 18 to hit. 5 necrotic damage on a hit.
The hand sinks into the man's chest, and pulls back, the flesh disintegrating. The ribcage exposed, Caelius sighs silently and moves the rest of the way down. He then performs Path of the Light death rituals on every soldier, not letting anyone else touch them until he's done. He then step backs and looks sadly at the corpses.

Vishal sighs as he says, “We should take anything useful off of them and then bury them. They may be our enemies but they’re people first and they deserve to be buried properly.”
Taran shakes himself as the final soldier dies, taking the time Caelius devotes to rituals to clean and tighten his crossbow, to hide the shakes in his hands.
But, they still have jobs, the battle is barely over, the war... that is a different story entirely. Taran begins to remove signs of the battle, the clay from his poison bomb especially. Then, he strips the armor and supplies from the soldiers, shooting a crossbow through each skull as Father taught him, to be certain that they could provide no intel to the enemy should they be found. The stench of burnt flesh and blood hardly phasing him. He's seen wounds like this on the defenders of Adar he's treated.
Once the bodies are stripped of any useful gear and taken care of, Taran looks to the rest of his companions.
"D-d-do w-we leave them h-here, or, um, t-t-take them into a c-cave n-nearby?"
When the fighting dies down, River looks at her sword and blinks. Angrily, she raises it and fires several more Eldritch Blasts at the corpses while chanting in an angry man's voice. "You're useless *coo* damn bird *coo* You're useless *coo*"
Approaching the churned bodies he whistles and comments to Taran "Damn, those are crispier than a dragon's meal!" he says "Know that I know you can do that I'm sure none of us will have to spend another cold night in the open, eh?" he says smirking
Taran blinks up at Mister Juhaan, "U-um, I'm sorry, I, uh, I don't have a-another morning s-star yet, and, um, I... I don't follow Mister J-Juhaan. W-we c-can't have a fire u-until we know the a-area is c-clear, though I s-suppose I c-can build a campfire tonight... Y-you can have m-my b-blanket too, if you get c-cold at night..."

Taran turns and looks at the burned flesh of the soldiers, "I-I-I, uh, I s-suppose, M-Mister J-Juhaan..."Taran's eyes deaden as he struggles with the juxtaposition, mentally stepping back and speaking in the slow tones of his medical expertise "Some of the flesh was burnt similar to charred food, though the melting of the fats beneath the skin generally make it more like mud than crisp, that will happen later as they cool and rigor sets in."
Taran finds a longsword and light crossbow on each ordinary soldier. The leader has a greatsword and heavy crossbow, and is wearing a strange filigree amulet with the symbol of the Inspired. All five soldiers wear leather armor. In addition, two of the ordinary soldiers carry long, pale sticks of some unknown material.
The chakram hits the sleeping leader, but Vishal's shakiness leaves him unable to strike the final blow. He wakes up.
Caelius is up.

Caelius puts his hands together, then proceeds to make one golf clap. The leader's skin turns slightly blue as the cold takes effect.
Caelius casts frostbite. The leader must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or take 3 cold damage and have disadvantage on his next weapon attack.

The leader manages to avoid the icy spell. "For the il-altas!" he roars, hurling a thunderstone at the cliff face under Vishal.

It hits. I want a DC 10 Dex ST from Vishal or he's prone.
In addition, the cliffs under River begin to fall in.DC 15 Dex ST from River or she'll take 11 bludgeoning damage from falling rocks. The cliffs where Taran and River were begin to fall in. It's a good thing you moved!
The other soldier keeps sleeping.
Vishal, River, Taran and Juhaan are up.

He nods at Esteemed Vishal, he knew what he had to do.
He'd scramble down the cliffside, crossbow ready in case of a sudden ambush or the soldier springing up. (Double move to safely get down from cliff)
Hesitation kills. They hesitated in the heat of combat. He had to kill them.

Drawing his crossbow he goes closer to the soldier but upon trying to insert the metal bolt Juhaan falters and hesitates. The window of time he had is now gone.
River pops out and fires another blast of dark energy but misses because didn't realize the leader was already dead and couldn't correct her aim.
