WIth both of those, the bush is destroyed and the match has ended. The announcer's voice booms, "Congratulations all! That went much better than last time!"
Corvus and Maghdim are led to the gates of the arena where they can see that the landscape seems to be plains. Both fighters are informed this will be a PvP match.
Both of you can choose your starting location, roll initiative, and use one round to hide, hold an action, cast a spell on yourself, etc. (You can put anything you don't want the other person to see in spoilers. Please be fair and don't read other people's spoilers)
The announcers voice booms all around you, "Ladies and Gents, its time to welcome a fresh new face Maghdim!" The crowd erupts in cheers. "And of course to welcome back Corvus. Let's see if he has any new tricks up his sleeve this time." The crowd seems to love the mystery and as the cheers start to die down, you hear a single word, "Begin!"
A raven suddenly springs out of the tall grass (4-K) and flies straight for the new comer (8-C). The bird flaps in Maghdim’s face to distract him from what it’s master was doing (help). While Corvus traces an arcane rune in the air and reaches out towards his familiar. The bird darts toward Maghdim as Corvus incants ”Ŝanĝi vundojn”. And there is a green flash of light from the bird trying to peck Maghdim. Then Corvus walks towards his opponent (8-E)
The frigid ray slows Corvus as he makes his way toward the wizard (12-E). He reaches his hand forward drawing it up. ”Sankta Flamo” pale green flames erupt from the ground around Maghdim.
And with that, Corvus is down. The announcer's voice booms over the intercom, "Well that was... short. But the winner is Maghdim the newcomer. He seems to be a powerful challenger."
A few confused cheers from the crowd and with that, Corvus' body is teleported away and Maghdim is led back through the gate.
Corvus gets 100 XP and 30 gold
Maghdim receives 350 XP and I'll give you your prize options in a private message.
Damaia, Kierro, Raza, and The Kid are led to the gates and see a fiery, rocky landscape. All of you can feel the heat from outside of the arena. You are informed this will be another PvE match.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Damaia, deciding that she doesn't want to be near any bushes in case of a repeat performance of last time, takes her position at A1, using the rock as cover. Her tail moves from side to side and green mist swirls around her hands as she prepares herself to keep up her not-dying streak.
Initiative:11
Readied Action: Eldritch Blast - Triggers on the sight of first enemy. Hit: 21 Dmg: 11
Damaia is startled by Kid's... interesting entrance. She nearly mistakes him for a monster and hurls her Eldritch Blast at him (Emphasis on Nearly. She doesn't do it in the end). She looks up with a face of pure "what the ****". She says, "Is that a flying broom? Where the **** did you get a flying broom? How the **** did you get a flying broom?"
Raza fires his short bow at the shrub in row F while moving 4 spaces closer to Kierro and The Kid
Atk: 14 Dmg: 5
Damaia's blast incinerates the bush and the arrow thuds into the dead shrub sending it to the ground.
The remaining shrub will attempt to hit Kierro.
Attack: 8 Damage: 4
Everyone can have their turns.
“Let’s finish this! Sacred Flame!”
Damage on failed save: 5
Damaia says, directed to the last standing enemy, "Looks like you're the only one standing. I'd say we've already won."
Eldritch Blast: 21 Dmg: 8

The plague doctor steps on to the field lantern glowing softly at his side. He walks out a few yards (8-K) and stops waiting for his adversary.

Haven’t used this account in forever. Still a big fan of crawling claws.
(The speed in 50 ft, not the height. Also the net that protects the crowd limits your height to only 30 ft)
(Yes, I wanted to fly 50ft. So I’ll go 20ft up.)
