Bhuraelea passes a bag of ballbearings to Scar and a bag of caltrops to Anton and gestures to them to spread them on the floor 3 feet away from the door. Then he points at the corner that will be covered by the door once the door is open, to imply they shoud hide there.
He will gesture to Geth to magically open the door with a detached hand once he gives the signals and to hide behind the corner.
He will gently pull up Obsbens cloak hood to hide his face and point to the corner 20 feet opposite from the door and to get his crossbow ready.
He will take Meepos hand and guide him to the middle of the bend in the room. He will show him to get his sling ready.
He will show Cassius and Adalbrecht to hide behind the bend together with Geth and to extinguish all torches. Also to put the enchanted light pebble in a pocket and to cover the floating light orb with a coat as soon as the door opens.
He himself then takes position behind Meepo and beside Obsben faceing the door. Crouching down and pulling up his hood too to hide his features and to appear smaller.

Anton quietly spreads the caltrops as instructed and hides behind where the door will open. He sets a piton on the ground to serve as a wedge, preventing the door from smacking he and Scar in the face.

Gentle or not, Obsben waves off any attempt to move his cloak. However, any follow-up gestures to explain gets a wary nod of approval before the halfling takes care of things himself. Although not without given Boh a brief stink eye for trying to touch his cloak; a dark thing full of patchwork of tender love and care. When all is said and done, he holds his shot until the last minute, waiting to fire on the first to try and flee the ambush if he can see as far, or the next in the goblin congo-line after the first.

Geth's disembodied hand grasps the doorknob and pulls, opening the door. The goblin conversation in the room quiets. A heartbeat of silence ends in the twang of a Boh string (couldn't resist). One curious goblin falls to the ground spraying blood, skewered through the neck with an arrow. Obsben sees another green face appear in the door and squeezes the heel of his crossbow. The goblins head snaps back from the force of the bolt and it goes twisting off into the room. Surprise round is over.

Unless Obsben can see another past the door, or get just within eye sight without tripping over any of the traps, another crossbow shot is lined and readied to loose upon the unsuspecting. No matter how things go, the first kill leaves the halfling a little shaken.
Scenario#1: He cannot safetly get/has no further LoS on other goblins.
Obsben holds his breathe, and tries to continue blending in the surroundings.
Scenario#2: He can get/still has LoS on other goblins.

Niether Boh nor Obsben see anyone else and lay in wait. Scar hears the goblins yell out in goblin, "Intruders!" The sound of heavy footfalls follow and and door opening, you can hear the goblin repeating the word echoing deeper into the ruins.
Meepo looks around for a brief second, his eyes get bright and he motions to stay quiet. He begins to bark with the recognizable kobold "Yip!" "Yip, yip, yip!"
Cassius watches the goblin that was laying in its cot stand and start looking for it weapon, frantically searching until it stops. It slowly looks up and makes eye contact just as you release you grip. TWANG! The goblin spins almost all the way around before falling back into the cot the resume his sleep.

Geth loads his crossbow and then steps out into the doorway to take a shot at the closest goblin, after which he steps back into the corner for cover. Arianrhod, meanwhile, keeps an eye on Boh, attempting to coordinate a flyby distraction with the elf's next attack ( help).

OoC: I'm assuming that Geth had taken the hide action before opening the door with mage hand and was successfully hidden with his roll of 18, but if that's incorrect, ignore the advantage roll.
Responding to Meepo's yipping, the goblins begin to scream about kobolds! With a yell of "Kherek Nor!" (attack!) a goblin wielding a notched, rusty scimitar comes through the door. Geth darts from behind cover and stops it's advance with a bolt. ( 2 left). A second goblin yells comes through the door, ducking and weaving wildly. He hits the ball bearings first, dex save 13 and wobbles a bit but maintains his balance. He never even sees the caltrops. Dex save 6. The goblin yowls in pain and grabs his foot, his scimitar drops, clanging, to the ground.
Anton steps from behind the door and brings his quarterstaff down upon the wailing goblins skull. With a wet cracking sound the goblins head disappears, sinking deep into its body. It falls a moment later. There is just one goblin left. He is currently screaming "intruders" at the top of his little green lungs. It is Scars turn.
