As the first of you land safely on the ground, a brilliant purple mushroom nearby begins to shriek. It is loud. While not low enough to rattle your bones, it makes your teeth ache. Those of you that stayed behind topside, and those in transit down the hole, can both hear the blood curdling scream. The skeletons turn to see what has set off the Shrieker. Brandishing shovels, they begin to amble towards you. Nearby, another dead tree looking monster has torn itself free from the garden and has started towards you.
Cass goes does second with his crossbow loaded and ready to fire at the skeletons.
Cassius initiative 14. Starting down the rope will take a full round. Its 80' which is beyond dashing, but you are gravity assisted so speed down that rope. Your first go will be in round 2!
That being said, Anton, when you get to your turn it will cost you 10' of movement to get down the rest of the rope, so factor that into your move.

I follow, Scar, down the vines, after i have secured myself with two 50 feet rope.

No you are almost down when combat started, you will just start in round one with 10' less of movement to account for rope time.

I move diagonall so that i end up 3up 4 right from where i started. booming blade Attack: 19 Damage: 18+1 if it moves.
Then i use my cunning action to move straight backwards towards the wall.
