No it doesn't, as Far whimsically spins, twirls, and pirouettes through the doors, as if she was at the royal ball and not the sentient murder-lair of an ancient cult.

Elyse extends a healing hand and revives Hadrian as he falls through the final door. Enialis trips through the first door, but recovers to get through the other two and escape. Phanuel remains.

As he gets scythed by the first door, he heals himself for 6. Then once outside he sees the still injured Hadrian and attempts to aid him as well for 11 healing.
(Do I remember there being a sword in the entryway somewhere? If so, can Phanuel try to grab that on the way out? This may be a terrible idea...)
Phanuel successfully escapes after stumbling through the first door.
(There is a sword in the entryway to the first floor. However, you're exiting through the balcony on the third floor, which means that you would have to re-enter the house through the first floor and then exit again through the blade doors.)

Enialis lays just outside the final door, a huge gash across his back and bleeding out as he tells his sister, "Never again. I wake up and nearly get cut in half. We're never coming back here and asking all children if they're ghosts."
(To be fair, those children were illusions created by Death House to lure you in, so they wouldn't have known that they were ghosts)
All of you hit Level 3 for escaping Death House. As you exit Death House, you find that the mist has somewhat receded, allowing you access to the rest of the village. There are a number of residences in this town, but most of the shops are closed and boarded up, with the exception of a store named Bildrath's Mercantile and the Blood of the Vine Tavern. The village is completely silent, except for a mournful sobbing that echoes through the streets from a distance.
Fae claps delightedly. "We did it! And it all turned out fine and we helped some people so I don't really see what the problem is Eni. Come on, let's go explore the rest of the village and find the people!" She takes off for Bildrath's Mercantile.
Phanuel follows the elves. "Look at it this way, that place was probably the worst we'll see here? right?" He seems to be recovering some of his optimism, between Fae and being out of the house.
Inside the store is Bildrath, a portly balding man with a golden tooth. His wares range from weapons to foodstuffs, to clothing, to simple supplies that adventurers might need in their day to day life. (Anything in the PHB, so long as it's 25gp or less) But what really draws your attention is that the prices are shot up to a ridiculous degree, ten times the actual worth of the items. To say that Bildrath is taking advantage of the lack of competition in Barovia would be an understatement.

"You obviously don't need what I'm selling that badly, if you aren't willing to pay for it." Bildrath quips as Phanuel visibly displays concern at the prices of his products.

(Yeah, not going back in. He'll just deal with not having a weapon for a while.)
