"I understand that, but clearly she was right here during that span of time. But regardless, we're far from civilization, inside a cave while a storm rages outside, so it makes little sense for us to take her back to civilization now when there is still the remainder of this cave to explore."

"One of my -personal- investments."Nirzeg said, voice deepened from having finally completed the change. "And do not worry. I have not wholly taken leave of my senses." He chuckled. "Mostly. What tribesman done? Not forgotten. Nor wholly forgiven. But potential? This I see. And this will be explored once Spider Chow here has recovered enough. Something that even with what I gave her will still take some time out of the cold." As that is being said, Nirzebear further checks on her condition.
Once it become clear at least she wouldn't expire from her injuries any time soon, or had the strength for that matter to do much moving on her own anyways, he bundles her up further in his winter cloak, and set to the awkward work of putting her on his back. "Need few minutes. But once done, we can continue exploring tunnels."

The githyanki falls back, cracking his head painfully against the cold ground. However, he lays there dazed for only a moment, before scrambling to his feet and giving chase after the woman yelling, "Wait you, Duuo--Raven haired wonder! Just hold on a second! I'm ******* try'na help ya! You're gonna freeze to death at this rate!" He yells as Zeek just hovered by the others, shaking his head over the whole scene.
(As per Derrikoth's rolls on Discord) Derrikoth is able to catch up with the barbarian woman in the tunnels, and tackles her to the rocky ground.
The woman spits a question in accented Common. "You horrid dragon-man. You talk of my comrades...you must know that they are powerful. Release me, or they will hunt you down and take your head!"
The Githyanki eventually catches up, if albeit slightly winded and still rubbing the back of his head. "Bloody-... Ah! Well, look at that! On point as always, Big D. 'preciated as always, my scaly compatriot." He says grinning. "As for you, I love a woman with an accent. Unfortunately, this isn't quite setting for that sort of thing. Before spit any more vile anyone's way, a brief introduction. Name's NIrzeg, and unfortunately, your comrades are quite dead, including the white dragon. We can take you to them later, if you insist. But-..."He smacks his lips and rubs at the back of his neck.
"Well, they won't much help to you... So, way I see it, you got two options. One, I can take your life into my hands. I'll even make sure its a more honorable one than freezing to death in some cocoon, if that makes feel better. Or, you can live. Under... certain conditions."

Derrikoth stands, keeping a firm grip on the woman's arm and bapping Nirzeg on the back of the head with a gauntleted hand, "What do you think you're doing? You have no such right to take in this sort of criminal. Besides, I doubt you can even control someone like her."

Derrikoth blocks the first blow but the second catches him right in the jaw. He rubs the injury, glaring at the woman, "Then you can't blame me for what happens next."
He opens his mouth, letting out a few sparks and the smell of ozone before blasting her in the face with his breath weapon.
"Well, so much for that promise. Though as you say, Big D, she can only blame herself." Nirzeg said casually, watching the light quickly fade from the woman's eyes. He claps his hands together and closes his eyes, seeming to prayer over her body for a few moments. Just as out of character he had been, he makes the dusting hand motion, "Well, alls well that ens well I suppose. You got your kill, I lost my investments, and we can... move on." He started off cheery, but towards the end found himself sigh and rubbing at his forehead.
"Anyhow... Shall we check out the rest of the tunnel network?" He asked of Derrikoth, and a hopefully caught up by the n remaining party.

You are able to circumnavigate the tunnel system. The westernmost passage opens up abruptly, high upon the mountainside. The treacherous slope drops hundreds of feet into clouds.
This is obviously how the spiders got in, but would be a nearly impossible climb for anyone without the proper gear.
"On that much we can agree upon, my big blue friend." Nirzeg said alongside a nodding Zeek. Though whether out of paranoia or habit, he steps aside so that Derrikoth could lead the way back as always.

Harshnag greets you once you make your way back through the fissures. He's on his way back up the hallway towards your location, and steps over the broken pieces of the shattered stone sphere. He's had some time to treat his injuries, and looks much better after having rested for a bit. He's kept the horses with them, and the beasts all look at ease following the giant around.
"Well...did you find anything interesting?" Harshnag asks. "We haven't explored the rest of the temple so far. I was about to head up the stairs, or maybe into the room across the main temple area. Any thoughts?"
"Room across the.... Ah. That one. Waitwaitwait!"Nirzeg makes a few incidentally funny faces, as focus turned inward for a few moments. "Wasn't there.. Hold on..." He snaps his fingers a few times. "To the left of the statue. The one responsible for pushing the boulder that nearly killed me? That one! Did you check out the area to the left -- well, right going from here to ******* there, but you get my point. You see anything there, or was that pretty blocked off? If not, I say lets ******* check it out. And if it is, up the stairs."

"We may have to deal with her sooner rather than later, depending on what Nirzeg gave her. What did you give her?"
Derrikoth addresses the last part towards the Gith-bear.

The dark haired woman suddenly pushes off of Nirzeg. If successful, she runs out of the cave and to the south-west.

As Nirzeg runs off after the woman, Derrikoth shouts, "Where are you going?! Stop!" taking off after the Gith when he undoubtedly continues running.
