He sees Dain, Otrov and Margret leaving the Miners Exchange. Several human adults working on fields and two men constructing a new roof on one of the old buildings. He is on his way west now, unless you want to change that.

Curious, Nobody mentally redirects Karasym to secretly keep an eye and earhole on Ree'lyn and his new friend. While he knew it to be a lie that some soreness had been remembered from when they last worked together, the whole business of a roaming assassin had not fallen on deaf ears. Even if he hadn't felt particularly helpful for sniffing out some shapeshifting and/or disguise wearing, this much he could try at least.
Before tuning out the world, assuming Karasym can stay within range as he piggy backed off his senses, if he sees Margret and the rest approaching, he waves to them before tapping the side of his skull. The closest he gives to a warning before syncing minds with Karasym.
Otrov seeks out her kid gang if possible for any info. She’ll part with a few coppers if any info relating to strange behaviour of previously predictable people comes out. In that case, she’d want to know more and would part with more money. Also, I’ll mention to Margret about the dead drop in town and try to swing by and see if anything is there.
