Despite not feeling very well, Otrov wants to get to a point where she can see the skull if she peeks out around a corner - if she needs to move to do that then she will. She will then fire at the skull: Attack:18Damage: 10 She'll hide from the skull (stealth - 9 )

Margret does what she does best she sheaths Talon bonus actions her bow aims but holds her action she looses her arrow when it comes out. "Talk to us!"

Either taking her literally, or having been pushed further pass the brink at the creature's arcane trick, Nobody literally does spit at the skull. A nice, black loogie that explode around it. As he did so, he mentally demanded Karasym sneak its way into the mouth of the room from the left tunnel and wait someplace hidden for further instructions.
Action: Cast Dragon Spit, inflicting 3 Acid Damage on a failed Dexterity Save[DC 12].
Karasym's Movement: Fly over to bottom left of smelter.

Dain takes another shot, if it is back to his turn again, readied with him waiting until any active shield spell goes down to fire. He is working to get the skull out of shield spells if he can manage it... Rollowing with disadvantage:
Dain bolt hits. It doesn’t make much damage but nonetheless the blurry shape of the skull flickers for a moment, before it is clearly visible again. Con save:7/fail

After makeing the attack you are not hidden any longer, but you try to hide again (8 stealth). Anything under 10 you can safely assume is a fail.
Otrovs hidden attack surprises the Flameskull and does some damage. (Not as much as expected, but more then any other attack before.)
Happy to hear the satisfying smack of her bolt making some damage on the skull, Otrov smiles. She winces as she does so, the effects of the fire still paining her - she swoons at the pain. She grits her teeth and fires at the skull again, and after that she will try to sink back into the comfort of the shadows/cover. Your second bolt misses its mark and as you disappear into the shadows, you notice that the skull is scaning the cave for a moment looking for someone, before it stops and focus two more streaks of fire on (N/M/D:6) Dain and Nobody again.

It then hovers over and behind the furnace to get out of your sight. (total cover)
Reminder, the furnace is 10ft high and can be climbed easily. The bellows are difficult terrain. Dain, you are in the entrance of the tunnel that connects to the banquet cavarn. The furnace is 20 ft to your left and it is a 20 by 20 square that is 10ft high. You can circle around it on the south side, but on the north the path is obstructed by the bellows that supply air to the furnace.
(From the sounds of it Dain cannot get into melee reach, or line-of-sight to the skull this round, at least not with an attack still possible. His speed is 25 feet, so cannot move to the furnace and climb, as that would take 40 feet of movement, 20 to get there and double movement to climb the ten feet. Also going around the south end I'm guessing is out of range, as it takes 20 to get there, 20 to move to the south end, and another 20 to move to the far side, so 60 feet of movement. Not even a dash is going to get him into line-of sight going around. If this is all true, then Dain's action is as stated below.)
Dain will move to the furnace, and climb up it, using a dash action. he will move within melee reach of the skull, thus giving it disadvantage on any ranged attack it makes.
The flaming skull is hidden behind the furnace and got total cover from you at the moment. The spioler in the first post on this page contains a map if you want.
Still spitting mad, Nobody circles around the south end of the furnace. By the time he is just south of the skull again, Karasym has already acted as bided, making a general nuisance of itself about the skull to keep its attention. "You can't hide from me." He spat as he brought up the crossbow and fired on the skull, not even caring about any resistance it might have in the heat of the moment.
(Karasym will move to just to the immediate north of the skull, and perform the Help action for clarity)

Do you want to stay on top of the furnace or jump down next to the skull (DC 10 Acrobatics to avoid damage, a DC 5 not to land prone).
You will be within melee regardless of your choice.

Jumping down is gravity, no additional movement needed, but you would need an Acrobatics check to see if you stick the landing.
