If Margaret eyes Zurzg's spiderlegs, he slowly hides them behind his back with one hand while making the 'I got my eye on you' motion.
Nobody shakes his head softly. "I've already been enough of a burden as is, and I much rather take this time to enjoy having the use of limbs for a change... no matter how tired I am." He smiles weakly before moving on to lay his back against the wall until Margaret finished her experiment.

So you return to the begining of the cave. Wich familiar are you sending with the letter to Gundren? Are you going through the old mineshafts, where the slime is or are you avoiding that area?
You return to the first cavern and cut the two dwarfen heads free. And while Marco tries to deliver a letter to Gundren (perception or survival check for Marco please), the rest of you starts to rebuild the stone greaves for the two brothers. Nobody finds himself a quiet corner and starts to rest, while Zurzg keeps watch.
I assume you take a long rest, could three people roll me a perception check for the night please.
It takes you some time to finish the two stone graves and just as you finish, Marco returns together with Gundren. He sees the second grave and just looks at you, not saying a word.

Otrov
Dusting her hands off, Otrov stands back to look at her work - though she didn’t help much at all, truth be told - and glances at Gundren. Oh geez, maybe we shoulda asked him what he wanted for his kin. Hope he doesn’t want cremation! she thinks to herself. Looking carefully, it seems Gundren didn’t look phased at all, which struck her as quite odd. Remembering the dwarf from town and the grey-skinned shapeshifter from the Cave, a momentary bit of worry passes through her mind....
”Gundren, are you alright, mate?” she asks. Insight check if possible - 20
"Yes Gundren" She looks at Otrov "He's lost two family members,"she hangs her head somewhat blaming herself "I'd say no"
Then the thought that Otrov was thinking came too her head "We're going to do that test again in the morning Kai if you would please prepare it Unless you can do it now."
"Yes, your brother was already gone when we got to him." Dain says to his fellow dwarf. "We thought it best to bury them together." He nods to the two graves. "The one behind it all managed to slip through our fingers though, running off and using magic to evade us." he looks grimly in the direction Sabastian saw the Spider fleeing. "We will meet him again one day, and I assure you, he will not be making it out of that next meeting."
Gundren nods and walks over to the greaves. He gives you a thankfull but silent nod as he does so. Over the next several hours, while you rest, he simply sits next to the graves and talks to his brothers. Those of you who understand dwarvish, understand that he talks about great deeds their ancestors acomplished, adventures they had together and his plans to dedicate this forge in their name and to make it the most famous smithy for centuries on the swordcoast.

You all (except of Gundren) take a long rest. The night passes without any incidents.
In the morning Margret looks at this little group with pride, accomplishing so much with so little. She stretches to limber up once done she fixes her morning meal
"You're going to have a meeting with a resident here Gundren He's been here a long time and he's a wraith who took a shining to Otrov He calls himself Mormesk. A spirit of a wizard who used to run this place I think. I suggest we should go back to Phandelin get some books and a spell scroll or two that he requested first. The mans a treasure trove of information on how to operate the forge and being a wraith, I don't want to irritate him"
Come the next morning Nobody appeared still drained but in better spirits. However, once he comes around enough to see the state of Gundren and the graves, having at best only vaguely remember them from the night before, the tiefling almost appears to withdraw into himself and keeps his nose buried in his spellbook; adding to old entries or completing formulas. At least until people are ready to do one thing or another.
Zurzg polishes up a left over spider leg for breakfast before wandering over to Margret and Gundren. Doesn't say anything though, but appeared to be at attention.

In the morning you take the time and explain to Gundren what happened in the cave yesterday. You show him around the furnace and the workshop and warn him of the slime and the poison mushroom cave. You do briefly introduce him to Mormesk and the two have a friendly exchange about what they would like to accomplish and what they expect. They work out a basic agreement, similar to what you already discussed yesterday with the wraith. You then make your way out of the cave and through the mountain valleys back northward towards the open plains. 10 Where you turn west following the foothills towards Phandalin.
It takes you until an hour after sunset, but you reach the village without any incidents.
"I'm ready for a few ales, some non-ration food, and a bed to sleep in." Dain says as they enter the town. He would head towards the inn, unless the others have somewhere else to go first.
