Margret, your foot slips into the hole in the floor and with a loud bang a beartrap slams shut around your leg. You take 13 piercing damage and if you fail a DC 13 Constitution save, you take an aditional 3 poison damage and you are poisoned for the next hour.
Otrov, you hear a light bang and a muffled grunt of pain from the upper level of the building.
Margret, you feel a bit drowsy and only when you try to move a bit, you realuse that the trap is chained to the floor and that you can not move far. It takes you and Dain two tries of combined effort, but you get your foot out of the trap.
Nobody, who had gone back to trying to shape other sculptures of Otrav at some point while he waited, gasp and gestured too sharply to the right, ruining what was close to being a perfect sculpture. "Ah-uh-awww.... W-wait! What? Where -- I-... You were still here? I-I mean, wait, wait,wait. You thought you heard something? Uhh--" He shoots a glance back to the corpse hole. "Y-you go on. At least one of us need to stay out here to keep an eye things. K-Karasym is already buys elsewhere."

As Otrov emerges from her hiding spot, she double-takes at her own visage in the statue. She walks up and around it, inspecting it. Nodding in satisfaction, she looks at Nobody with admiration and respect. “You know,” she begins, “I don’t know why you’re called ‘Nobody’ because this is definitely the work of a ‘Somebody’.” Gesturing towards the building and hefting The Prick, she scurries off hastily. “Nice work!” She half whispers half yells at him. She cautiously approaches the door and inspects the area. Upon seeing Dain and Margret she immediately looks around suspiciously. Investigation - 22
She gives a thumbs up sign to both questioningly and points to her rope, as if to say do you need this?
Nobody opened his mouth as if to explain the name, yet found himself simply smiling instead and waving goodbye. "Right. I really should get back to those barricades." He rolled up his sleeves and cracked his knuckles in preparation of more spell weaving. He barely begun waggling the fingers when the message comes in. Nobody replies via the spell 'A-alright, but d-don't expect much, whatever it is you need me for'. Then he's off to whever the others went, but without the same level of caution as as Otrav in stepping on inside.
Whenever he should reach Margret and the rest, he quirked a brow at any odd limp, but patiently waited for an explanation.

Otrov, the back door is locked, but after a short examination you determine that it is safe to pick the lock, especially since you noticed Dain and Margret earlier in this part of the building. It takes only a few seconds and the lock yields from your skillfull hands. You have a quick look around , some dirt on the floor suggests thaT someone came in here earlier today and locked the door behind them. You see Sildar hiding inside, next to the front door and you exchange a few silent gestures. He is ok, didn‘t see anything, but something happend upstairs. You and Nobody find the stairs and make your way upstairs where you can hear Dain and Margret ‚silently‘ work on something heavy. By the time you make it up, Margret is standing in Gristas privat rooms leaning against the cold chimney to take a deep breath. You see a triggered bear trap in a hole in the floor with a rug still half stuck in it. The door next to Margret, that leads to the next room is still closed. So are the two other doors next to landing of the stairs.

Otrov tries to suppress a giggle at Margret's profanity...but fails. "Well, let's check it out then. If anyone is here they have surely heard us by now." She will check out the room for anything interesting, specifically traps and treasure (Perception - 15 ) Then, she will examine the door closest to Margret to see if it's locked.
On the frame of the chimney are a few bright marks, as if something was standing there for a long time, but removed recently. The edges of the trap that Margret stept into are freshly cut, only a few days old. Beside that you don‘t see anything unusual here, two armchairs with a small table in between on the south wall. A cupboard with keepsakes, books a few mugs and a dried out plant on the west wall next to the door. A desk with some ledgers next to the window on the east side and the chimney with the door leading to the next room on the north wall. The door isn‘t locked and you do not see any traps or contraptions conected to it.
Nobody grimaces at the profanity. "Well, uhm, give me ten minutes, I suppose.And h-here's hoping noone is still here. Maybe?" With a frown, Nobody finds a spot in the hall as he drew forth the black iron rod and closed his eyes to focus upon on conducting some invisible choir or orchestra. Or so his movements appear to suggest as he begins to ritually cast Detect Magic.

Nobody maintains concentration on the spell for its full duration, as one could never be too safe. For all he knew, they could yet stumble upon something covered in lead. In any case, he would confirm at least that much for Margret before moving on to examine the ledgers more closely for any odd details until Margret and the rest finished up with the fresh room.
