"I doubt we can negotiate with these people but I do agree with Otrov, our familiars are the best scouts. especially before we get to open ground. We at least need to find away in unnoticed."
Depending on the clearing she'll stop the group far enough away to stay hidden in the woods and use Marco senses
The goblin's eyes light up at the opportunity to lead the group once more, and he grins at the thought of releasing wolves into the fray. "Zurzg can help with wolves, Zurzg will lead the way!"
OOC: Zurzg will approach at the front, no weapons drawn, shield on his arm.
"W-well it is like I said. Er, meant, I guess at this point. It'd be less of a negotiations, and more a chance to get our foot in the door, if the area leading up to a point of egress is to open /not/ to get spotted by them. At worst, they'll try to demand to keep hold of our weapons, which is.. mostly fine, as most of us aren't reliant on that or can get them fairly quickly. At best, we keep them distracted in one area, while potentially two of us sleep around to unleash the beast. J-just a thought to consider." Nobody smiles sheepishly and would continue to follow along until Magret called the halt.

Relgalyn will listen as the others discuss their various plans, "So, if I'm understanding correctly, our plan is to hope that the fact that a group of mixed races like ourselves will be able to negotiate with these folk in good faith because we happen to have a single goblin with us? If it works, what do we hope to offer them? And if it fails, we'll be in the middle of their castle, unarmed and cut off from exits trying to fight them all at once while hoping they don't kill their hostage. If that really is the plan, I think I'll wait out here, let me know how it turns out."
She motions for the group to stop"Hold on Zurzg! Lets find out the situation before you do anything." She as quietly as she can says to the tiethling "Nobody, please explain what you are talking about? Your mouth is running faster than your mind"
Sebastian and Otrov lead you to the Castle. You approach the ruins from the east and you stay hidden in the forrest for now. Marco and Sebastian fly a few times around the area to give you an idea what awaits you.
Map:
The castle consists of seven crumbling towers of different sizes and heights, but the upper stories are all in varying states of collapse. A short flight of steps leads up to a terrace in front of the main entryway. Past the wreckage of a pair of sundered doors lies a shadowed hall. Round towers loom over the entranceway, with dark arrow slits looking down on the terrace.
Nobody will ask if Dain is willing to risk Sabastian taking a closer look in the arrowslits along the eastern wall. "I know its a big ask. But, if we can guarantee none are watching, or even better yet asleep, we could make our way along the east wall towards the north, and see just how bad the damage is there judging by the rubble on the ground. Then, maybe the smallest of us can perhaps squeeze through the arrowslits, take out a few guards quietly, and... I dunno, open any doors to the outside?" He shrugs. "A thought, at least. B-but we got options."

Otrov will scan for anybody manning or walking by the arrow slits, or even any sentries anywhere...can I see anything moving?
perception: 12
The arrow slits are 10ft above ground and 8 inch wide, even for Zurzg or Otrov they are to narrow. There is no light coming from the inside and from your position you can see no movement.
As said before, there are 7 towers, that make up the outside of the castle. You approach from the south east. Imagine the castle as a clock, there are stairs at 6 and 9, and Towers at 10, 11, 12, 1, 3, 5 and 8 o‘clock. There is an average of 2 arrowslits per tower. Roll me perception for Sebastian please. How many towers/ arrowslits do you want to check?
Relgalyn will nod, "I can do something like that, I can create an illusion and move it with us to get us close to the keep, but we'd need to pick and entrance and all go together. The spell isn't that large and doesn't last too long, but it should be good enough to get us close to the keep."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Zurzg looks up at the whispering faces around him, then at the arrow slits in the towers. His little goblin brain starts working overtime to try and determine how his brethren would defend a place like this.

Thinking about things like nocturnal activities, sentries, etc.
Hearing Relgalyn and Nobody talk about giving up their weapons in hostile territory (white dragon what?!) gives her the shivers. She mumbles, "Nobody holds my Prick except me" and snuggles against the crossbow, giving it a small kiss. Looking from the southeast towards the towers, she notices the stairs. "I could run really fast towards those stairs and have a peek, I'm really small and fast and no one usually sees me anyways," she suggests to the group. She tries to mind talk to Magret again, scrunching her face up and causing a vein to throb on her forehead. Dammit!! It's not working...yet. She grins at the thought. "Maybe we don't need a cat bird, maybe we need a bat or a spider or something else..." she suggests. "Do any of you magic-y types detect anything, err, magic-y out there?"

Yours was only the outpost of a small local tribe. If this is King Grolls castle, you would expect most of the troops here to be stronger then the average goblin. You would expect Bugbears and Hobgoblins. And Groll would be strongest of them all.
Dain would only be having the flying cat check the arrow slits on the side we are coming towards and only the ones closest to the group.
Sabastian perception: 17
Sebastin flies up to the closest tower( the one at 5 o’clock) and carefully approach the first arrow slits. From up close he notices that both slits on this tower are shuttered from the inside. But from this close, Sebastian can hear something moveing inside, something big.
Since he didn‘t see anything here, he moves clockwise around the castle to the stairs at 6 o‘clock, they lead to a short corridor, that ends in a closed door. There are two more arrow slits in the wall here. They would provide a view inside, but Sebastian can hear a lot of voices and cluttering inside, so he stays out of sight for now.
