Five 50-Foot Coils of Rope. we each take one, and Gridolpho take the extra?
Two Grappling Hooks. Gridolpho takes one, and who wants the other? (Side note we could use these to get up the ship)
Twelve Torches. we each can take 3
Two Healer's Kits. I am profecient with these, so I'll take one, Maya is also profecient so she should take the other
Six Vials of Antitoxin. each take one, and let the Genasis each take one more
Two Potions of Healing. Maya and I are more tankish so two arguments a we take them because we are ment to take the heat, other is that the other two take them because they are more squishy.
Two Sacks for carrying treasure- Seethe and I should take these being the strongest of the group to carry stuff.
Please reply with good or bad and who you think should get the healing potions.

The thief easily catches up to Seethe and swims a quick, tight loop around her. This spins her around in his wake for moment. He slows and swims alongside her, speaking from the bubble of air created around his face by his cloak.
"What parta 'don't run off alone' didya not unnerstand?!"
"Don' play smartass with me, Bubbles.Ya ain't good enough ta do it at a professional level like me. Tha point is here ya are, goin' off inta unknown danger an leavin yer backup behind. We gotta lot ridin' on this job, so as far as I'm concerned, yer trying to gamble MY money takin' a risk like this. If'n ya think I'm gonna...cotton...ta...tha..."
The thief slows his speech as he realizes that, in the time it took him to rant, the pair has swum (swam?) into position to see the hull.
"...shite. Alrigh'. One quick peek since we's here and then straight back ta the ship, OK?"

DM Note: I never get involved in party treasure division. You will have to decide among yourselves, who gets a potion.
The grappling hooks would be a good idea, as the hull is slick with algae.
You also notice that the ship is riding low in the water indicating that the lower decks are most likely flooded.
(Gridolpho) FYI: The masts of the Emperor have been shorn off by the storm that the other captains mentioned to Lord Aubreck.

Gridolpho raises the hood of his cloak and dives gracefully into the water, swimming after Seethe.
Just a note here that the Cloak gives me a Swim speed of 60', twice that of Seethe's. I should be able to catch up easily.
